快变海底和自由表面流共振生成的弱非线性Stokes波

运用WKBJ型摄动逼近法,对环境流同沙纹海底共振产生的自由表面水波的非线性效应进行了研究。沙纹海底由缓变平均水深部分和快变海底部分叠加构成。根据对快变海底波长的不同选取,可以相应地激发环境流同非平整海底的同步共振、超谐波共振和次谐波共振,由此产生自由表面波运动。对次谐波共振进行了详细考察。对于定常流自治动力系统,对可能出现的非线性各种稳态及其稳定性进行了探讨。假如环境流具有一个小振动分量,动力系统成为非自治的,则将发生混沌现象。     

Dihydrochalcones from Symplocos vacciniifolia

A new dihydrochalcone glucoside, vacciniifolin, along with confusoside, trilobatin and sieboldin were isolated from the leaves of Symplocos vacciniifolia. By the method of spectral analysis, this new compound was elucidated as 2‘,3,4,4‘-tetrahydroxydihydrochalcone 4‘-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside.     

A New Sesquiterpenoid from Magnolia delavayi

A new sesquiterpenoid was obstained from the leaves of Magnolia delavayi. Its structure was determined as 8β-acetoxy-10α-ethyloxy-guaia-4α, 11-diol on the basis of spectral evidence.

Stochastic Inversion of Seabottom Scattering Coefficients from Shallow-Water Reverberation

A stochastic inverse method is presented to estimate the seabottom scattering coeffcients on the base of shallow-water ray mode reverberation theory. The reverberation data measured in the Asian Sea International Acoustic Experiment (ASIAEX) in the East China Sea in 2001 are analysed. The seabottom scattering coefficients areestimated from the reverberation loss. The inverted results are then tested by comparing the experiment data with the predictions of the reverberation vertical correlation and the reverberation loss measured on the different sea states at the same site. The fact that the experimental data are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions indicates the validity of the estimates.     

一种环烯醚萜甙（8—O—acetyl—shanzhiside methylester）的2D NMR

利用二维核磁共振技术对从独一味植物中分离的的环烯醚萜甙化合物进行了＾１Ｈ和＾１３Ｃ ＮＭＲ的归属，并确定其糖与甙的接点。     

深地层剖面仪及其特性

DDC1-1深地层剖面仪是地层穿透深度可达千米的大型海洋调查设备,它适用于大陆架、大陆坡、海槽及大洋的海底下地质构造调查,也可用于海底资源的地质环境调查。它的研制成功填补了国内空白。 本文介绍了该剖面仪的组成框图、工作原理、回波信号处理特性,并给出一些典型的地层剖面图。     

A New Stigmasterol and a New Eremophilenolide from Ligularia dolichobotrys

A new stigmasterol 3β, 7α, 22-trihydoxystigmast-5-ene (1) and a new eremophilenolide 8α-methoxy-6β-angeloyloxyeremophil-7(1 l)-en-8β, 12-olide-14-oic acid (2) were isolated from Ligularia dolichobotrys Diels. Their structures were deduced on the basis of spectral data.     

薄层扫描法测定洋金花中3种茛菪生物碱的研究

在硅胶G薄层板上，以甲苯-丙酮-无水乙醇-氨水=体积比(15：10：7：2)为展开剂，用改良碘化铋钾与KI—I2混合液作为显色剂，采用双波长薄层扫描法实现了中药材洋金花中3种莨菪生物碱(山莨菪碱、阿托品、东莨菪碱)的同时分离和测定。平均加标回收率在105％～107％之间。     

青海省西宁种植山莨菪中重金属元素特征

青海地道中藏药材山莨菪人工引种栽培试验成功。采集两年生和三年生种植山莨菪在不同生长期的植物全植株,采用流动注射氢化法原子吸收光谱分别测试了其不同组织中铅、砷、汞、镉等重金属元素含量。结果表明,山莨菪在生长周期内吸收的重金属元素并非全部蓄积在根组织器官中,部分重金属元素通过年生长周期内的生长发育而随着地上茎叶部分等组织器官的枯萎被代谢排出植物体外。
