Using microwave‐assisted synthesis method, a series of paramagnetic ionic liquids comprising 1‐vinyl‐3‐alkylimidazolium VRIM+ cation and tetrahalogenidoferrate (III) FeClmBr4 ? m? anion were designed and synthesized. The structure was analyzed using 1H NMR and Raman spectroscopy. Ultraviolet–visible absorption spectra, thermal stability, magnetic susceptibility, viscosity, ionic conductivity, and solubility were characterized. Results show that elongation of the alkyl chain leads to replacement of bromides with a small amount of chlorides in the anion, shifting of UV maximum absorption peaks to shorter wavelengths, reduction of ionic conductivity, and solubility in polar solvents, as well as increase in fluidity, magnetic susceptibility, and solubility in nonpolar solvents. New ferrocene naphthyridine derivatives were successfully synthesized. The di-substituted ferrocene derivative FecDN behaves as a selective visual chemosensor for mercury ions, exhibiting a rapid and clearly visible precipitation with good selectivity (precipitation) and sensitivity (0.01 μM). The interaction of the ferrocene derivatives and metal ions was investigated by ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–vis), electrochemical methods, 1H NMR, as well as infrared (IR), and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The application of FecDN in the detection and removal of mercury ions is very simple, rapid, and intuitive.  相似文献

Activity‐based protein profiling (ABPP) and bioimaging have been developed in recent years as powerful technologies in drug discovery. Specifically, both approaches can be applied in critical steps of drug development, such as therapy target discovery, high‐throughput drug screening and target identification of bioactive molecules. We have been focused on the development of various strategies that enable simultaneous activity‐based protein profiling and bioimaging studies, thus facilitating an understanding of drug actions and potential toxicities. In this Minireview, we summarize these novel strategies and applications, with the aim of promoting these technologies in drug discovery.  相似文献

Photocatalytic CO2 reduction to CH4 requires photosensitizers and sacrificial agents to provide sufficient electrons and protons through metal-based photocatalysts, and the separation of CH4 from by-product O2 has poor applications. Herein, we successfully synthesize a metal-free photocatalyst of a novel electron-acceptor 4,5,9,10-pyrenetetrone (PT), to our best knowledge, this is the first time that metal-free catalyst achieves non-sacrificial photocatalytic CO2 to CH4 and easily separable H2O2. This photocatalyst offers CH4 product of 10.6 μmol ⋅ g−1 ⋅ h−1 under non-sacrificial ambient conditions (room temperature, and only water), which is two orders of magnitude higher than that of the reported metal-free photocatalysts. Comprehensive in situ characterizations and calculations reveal a multi-step reaction mechanism, in which the long-lived oxygen-centered radical in the excited PT provides as a site for CO2 activation, resulting in a stabilized cyclic carbonate intermediate with a lower formation energy. This key intermediate is thermodynamically crucial for the subsequent reduction to CH4 product with the electronic selectivity of up to 90 %. The work provides fresh insights on the economic viability of photocatalytic CO2 reduction to easily separable CH4 in non-sacrificial and metal-free conditions.  相似文献

Both hydrogen (H2) and copper ions (Cu+) can be used as anti-cancer treatments. However, the continuous generation of H2 molecules and Cu+ in specific sites of tumors is challenging. Here we anchored Cu2+ on carbon photocatalyst (Cu@CDCN) to allow the continuous generation of H2 and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in tumors using the two-electron process of visible water splitting. The photocatalytic process also generated redox-active Cu-carbon centers. Meanwhile, the Cu2+ residues reacted with H2O2 (the obstacle to the photocatalytic process) to accelerate the two-electron process of water splitting and cuprous ion (Cu+) generation, in which the Cu2+ residue promoted a pro-oxidant effect with glutathione through metal-reducing actions. Both H2 and Cu+ induced mitochondrial dysfunction and intracellular redox homeostasis destruction, which enabled hydrogen therapy and cuproptosis to inhibit cancer cell growth and suppress tumor growth. Our research is the first attempt to integrate hydrogen therapy and cuproptosis using metal-enhanced visible solar water splitting in nanomedicine, which may provide a safe and effective cancer treatment.  相似文献

Axisymmetric acoustic wave propagating in a shear pipeline flow confined by a rigid wall is studied in the two-part paper. The effects of viscous friction and thermal conduction on the acoustic wave propagating in the liquid and perfect gas are respectively analyzed under different configurations of acoustic frequency and shear mean flow. In Part 2 of this paper, comprehensive analysis of the effects of shear mean flow and acoustic frequency on the features (relative phase velocity and attenuation coefficient) of the acoustic wave are numerically addressed in cases of water and perfect gas respectively. Comparisons between the non-isentropic and isentropic models are provided in details. Meanwhile, discussions of the thermoviscous effects on the acoustic wave between water and perfect gas are given.  相似文献

Herein, we report an epitaxial‐growth‐mediated method to grow face‐centered cubic (fcc) Ru, which is thermodynamically unfavorable in the bulk form, on the surface of Pd–Cu alloy. Induced by the galvanic replacement between Ru and Pd–Cu alloy, a shape transformation from a Pd–Cu@Ru core–shell to a yolk–shell structure was observed during the epitaxial growth. The successful coating of the unconventional crystallographic structure is critically dependent on the moderate lattice mismatch between the fcc Ru overlayer and PdCu3 alloy substrate. Further, both fcc and hexagonal close packed (hcp) Ru can be selectively grown through varying the lattice spacing of the Pd–Cu substrate. The presented findings provide a new synthetic pathway to control the crystallographic structure of metal nanomaterials.  相似文献

We report a supramolecular strategy to prepare conductive hydrogels with outstanding mechanical and electrochemical properties, which are utilized for flexible solid‐state supercapacitors (SCs) with high performance. The supramolecular assembly of polyaniline and polyvinyl alcohol through dynamic boronate bond yields the polyaniline–polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel (PPH), which shows remarkable tensile strength (5.3 MPa) and electrochemical capacitance (928 F g?1). The flexible solid‐state supercapacitor based on PPH provides a large capacitance (306 mF cm?2 and 153 F g?1) and a high energy density of 13.6 Wh kg?1, superior to other flexible supercapacitors. The robustness of the PPH‐based supercapacitor is demonstrated by the 100 % capacitance retention after 1000 mechanical folding cycles, and the 90 % capacitance retention after 1000 galvanostatic charge–discharge cycles. The high activity and robustness enable the PPH‐based supercapacitor as a promising power device for flexible electronics.  相似文献
