New conversion of Friendlnder reaction of 3-amino-1H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitriles with cyclohexanone

Two different skeletons of heterocyclic compounds,quinoline and quinazolinone analogs could be obtained by a novel one-pot synthesis from substituted 3-amino-1 H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitrile derivatives and cyclohexanone in DMF in the catalyst of anhydrous zinc chloride under reflux.A plausible mechanism was proposed.

吸附于纳米磷化镓粉体表面碱性品红的拉曼光谱(英文)

本文中,对吸附于纳米磷化镓(GaP)粉体表面的碱性品红拉曼光谱进行了研究。通过将吸附碱性品红与纯碱性品红晶体样品的拉曼光谱进行对比、分析可知,碱性品红在纳米GaP粉体表面发生了化学吸附。在吸附碱性品红样品的拉曼光谱中,位于1200~1320cm-1范围内的光谱特征表明可能有新的化学键(P-O-C+或Ga-O-C+)形成。碱性品红分子的中央碳正离子(C+)与GaP表面具有孤对电子的氧原子形成配位键。红外光谱结果表明,氧原子与纳米GaP粉体表面的磷原子或镓原子键合,以P-O,Ga-O或P-O-Ga形式存在于GaP表面。碱性品红分子的呼吸振动,N-苯环伸缩振动,以及苯环C-C伸缩振动散射强度与纯碱性品红晶体样品相比皆有所增强。N-苯环伸缩振动散射强度增加意味着N原子是除C+离子以外的另一个可以与GaP表面发生化学作用的活性中心,这种化学作用是由N原子与GaP表面存在共轭效应造成的。

Hydrogen peroxide biosensor based on electrodeposition of zinc oxide nanoflowers onto carbon nanotubes film electrode

A new amperometric biosensor for hydrogen peroxide was developed based on adsorption of horseradish peroxidase at the glassy carbon electrode modified with zinc oxide nanoflowers produced by electrodeposition onto multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWNTs） film. The morphology of the MWNTs/nano-ZnO electrode has been investigated by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, and the electrochemical performance of the electrode has also been studied by amperometric method. The resulting electrode offered an excellent detection for hydrogen peroxide at -0.11 V with a linear response range of 9.9×10^-7 to 2.9×10^-3 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.991, and response time 〈5 s. The biosensor displays rapid response and expanded linear response range, and excellent stability.     

Electrochemical oxidation behavior of hydroxypivalaldehyde in the ionic liquids

The similar electrochemical oxidation behaviors of hydroxypivalaldehyde in ionic liquids （ILs） medium, C4MIMPF6, C4MIMBF4 and CsMIMPF6, are investigated using classic electrochemical methods, respectively. Only the product, hydroxypivalic acid is detected by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. It can be conferred that the electrochemical oxidation of hydroxypivalaldehyde consists of two successive one-electron irreversible reactions at glass carbon （GC） electrode and the possible reaction mechanism in the ILs is proposed firstly. The diffusion coefficients of hydroxypivalaldehyde are obtained according to the electrochemical characteristics of hydroxypivalaldehyde in C4MIMPF6, C4MIMBF4 and CsMIMPF6.     

A Novel Synthesis of (-)-10-epi-α-Cyperone

The eudesmane derivative, (-)-10-epi-α-cyperone 1, is widely used as a chiral starting material for the synthesis of other fused-ring sesquiterpenes1.
