Whispering-gallery-mode (WGM) microcavities featuring distinguishable sharp peaks in a broadband exhibit enormous advantages in the field of miniaturized photonic barcodes. However, such kind of barcodes developed hitherto are primarily based on microcavities wherein multiple gain medias were blended into a single matrix, thus resulting in the limited and indistinguishable coding elements. Here, a surface tension assisted heterogeneous assembly strategy is proposed to construct the spatially resolved WGM hetero-microrings with multiple spatial colors along its circular direction. Through precisely regulating the charge-transfer (CT) strength, full-color microrings covering the entire visible range were effectively acquired, which exhibit a series of sharp and recognizable peaks and allow for the effective construction of high-quality photonic barcodes. Notably, the spatially resolved WGM hetero-microrings with multiple coding elements were finally acquired through heterogeneous nucleation and growth controlled by the directional diffusion between the hetero-emulsion droplets, thus remarkably promoting the security strength and coding capacity of the barcodes. The results would be useful to fabricate new types of organic hierarchical hybrid WGM heterostructures for optical information recording and security labels.  相似文献

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) have been implicated in numerous pathological processes and their homeostasis facilitates the dynamic balance of intracellular redox states. Among ROS, hypobromous acid (HOBr) has a high similarity to hypochlorous acid (HOCl) in both chemical and physical properties, whereas it has received relatively little attention. Meanwhile, selective recognition of endogenous HOBr suffers great challenges due to the fact that the concentration of this molecule is much lower than that of HOCl. Fluorescence-based detection systems have emerged as very important tools to monitor biomolecules in living cells and organisms owing to distinct advantages, particularly the temporal and spatial sampling for in vivo imaging applications. To date, the development of HOBr-specific fluorescent probes is still proceeding quite slowly, and the research related to this area has not been systematically summarized. In this review, we are the first to review the progress made so far in fluorescent probes for selective recognition and detection of HOBr. The molecular structures, sensing mechanisms, and their successful applications of these probes as bioimaging agents are discussed here in detail. Importantly, we hope this review will call for more attention to this rising field, and that this could stimulate new future achievements.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical DNA sensor was developed here by using peroxidase-like G-quadruplex-based DNAzyme as a biocatalytic label. A hairpin structure including the G-quadruplex-based DNAzyme in a caged configuration and the target DNA probe were immobilized on Au-electrode surface. Upon hybridization with the target, the hairpin structure was opened, and the G-quadruplex-based DNAzyme was generated on the electrode surface, triggering the electrochemical oxidization of hydroquinone by H2O2, which provide a quantitative measure for the detection of the target DNA. The DNA target was analyzed with a detection limit of 0.6 nM. This method is simple and easy to design without direct conjugation of redox-active element.  相似文献

M-shell ionization of tungsten by Ar12+ ions were investigated in the energy range of 1.2–3.0 MeV. The measurements were also implemented for H, He and Xe ions as a comparative study. A significant shift of the M   X-ray lines to the higher energy side caused by multiple ionizations, which was verified by the analysis of the intensity ratios of MγMγ and MαβMαβ, was observed. The total experimental cross sections of tungsten were compared with the PWBA and ECPSSR theoretical predictions, which are based on two extreme assumptions, namely, single ionization and full ionization.  相似文献

Methacrylamide (MAA) was grafted onto cotton cellulose. The influence of the reaction conditions on the grafting was studied in detail. Upon a chlorine bleach treatment, some of the amide groups in the grafted MAA side chains were transformed into stable acyclic N‐halamines; Hoffman‐type degradation was not observed. The resultant cotton celluloses provided a total kill of 108–109 CFU/mL for Escherichia coli (Gram‐negative bacteria), Staphylococcus aureus (Gram‐positive bacteria), and Candida tropicalis (fungi) in 3 min, 106–107 PFU/mL for the MS2 virus in 5 min, and 106–107 spores/mL for Bacillus subtilis in 4 h.
