基于激光尾场加速的全光汤姆孙散射能够提供高质量X射线束并大大减小装置的尺寸.与分光式相比,自反射式的构架可以降低实验的时空同步难度,但是由于激光尾场电子加速和汤姆孙散射过程耦合, X射线优化难度大,目前缺乏参数优化的相关报道.本文用数值模拟修正解析理论的方法,定量分析了激光尾场电子加速和汤姆孙散射过程中激光和电子束的焦斑、脉宽、能量等参数变化情况,并给出了激光在等离子体镜上的反射率,从而实现了用解析公式计算而非数值模拟跟踪参数变化,在保证精度的同时节约了计算时间.另外,利用修正后的公式优化了给定激光条件下的自反射式全光汤姆孙散射X射线,通过改变等离子体密度和等离子体镜位置这两个参数给出了最优X射线亮度和光子产额,该方法为将来结合人工智能优化控制全光汤姆孙散射光源提供了理论基础.  相似文献

The spatial arrangement of individual cell types can now be routinely controlled using soft-lithography-based micropatterning of complementary cell-adhesive and cell-resistant patterns. However, the application of these tools in tissue engineering to recreate tissue complexity in vitro has been hampered by the challenge of finding noncytotoxic procedures for converting complementary cell-resistant regions that define the arrangement of the first cell type into cell-adhesive regions to allow for the attachment of other cell types. A polyelectrolyte assembly approach is presented here for the first time, which allows for this noncytotoxic conversion and, thus, micropatterning of two different cell types, for example, endothelial cells and fibroblasts, on biodegradable substrates. The flexibility of this approach is further demonstrated by inducing organized capillary formation by endothelial cells on micropatterned lines followed by subsequent assembly of fibroblasts.  相似文献

A known polyoxygenated briarane, briaexcavatolide P (1), was isolated from a Formosan octocoral Briareum stechei. Moreover, the same species B. stechei, collected from Okinawan waters, yielded three chlorine-containing briaranes, including two new compounds, briastecholides B (2) and C (3) as well as a known analogue, briarenol R (4). The structures of 1–4 were established using spectroscopic methods. In addition, briarane 1 demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity in lipo-polysaccharide-induced RAW 264.7 mouse macrophage cells by suppressing the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) protein.  相似文献

强激光驱动加载已成为冲击波作用下材料动态破碎过程研究的一种有效手段.采用间接驱动方式,设计合适的腔型进行物理实验研究,可实现更大且更均匀的冲击加载一维区.采用数值模拟和物理实验方法,研究强激光间接驱动材料动态破碎过程的实验技术.首先,利用IRAD程序设计适用于开展动态破碎过程研究的半柱腔,其直径为2 mm、腔长为2 mm;进而通过物理实验获得此腔型下多个激光能量点、脉宽2 ns和3 ns条件下辐射峰值温度和波形;最后,利用流体模拟方法给出多种辐射波形下的冲击加载波形.利用高能X射线成像和光子多普勒干涉仪诊断给出间接驱动加载下层裂过程的物理图像和速度历史.经分析发现,间接驱动的加载一维区达到2 mm,平面性优于5%,能有效地开展相关物理实验研究.研究结果为新型柱腔设计、冲击加载技术及动态破碎过程研究提供了重要的研究基础.  相似文献

A series of lithium and sodium iminophenoxide complexes have been successfully synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography and investigated as catalysts for the ring opening polymerization of L-lactide. The nature and steric bulk of the ligands coordinated to the central metal ions greatly influence the catalytic properties. Complexes with bidenate ligands exhibit higher catalytic activity than tridentate counterparts because the third coordination atom contends with L-lactide, which decreases activity. Oxygen is the third atom in the tridentate ligand, providing stronger chelation ability with Li and Na than nitrogen or sulfur and occupies the space with which L-lactide is coordinated.  相似文献

A chemosensor based upon the sugar-aza-crown ether 7 with one anthracenetriazolymethyl moiety was prepared and its fluoroionophoric properties toward transition metal ions were investigated. Chemosensor 7 exhibits highly selective recognition toward Cu2+ ion among a series of tested metal ions in MeOH solution. The association constant for 7∗Cu2+ in MeOH solution was calculated to be 2.5 × 104 M−1.  相似文献

Seven new alkaloids belonging to three typical classes, isolated from an ethanolic extract of Pandanus amaryllifolius, were applied to establish the models in structural elucidation. The first type [pandanusines A and B (1 and 2)] was applied to alkaloids with a diazaspirocyclic ring system. The absolute stereochemistry of aminal carbon is determined by analysis of J-based configuration analysis and circular dichroism spectroscopy, which has never been revealed before. The second type [pandalizines C–E (35)], the stereochemistry of unusual indolizinone with chiral hydroxyl substitutions were determined by circular dichroism spectroscopy and vibrational circular dichroism experiments. The last type [norpandamarilactonines C and D (6 and 7)], a comparing model in determination of diastereomers of pyrrolidinyl α,β-unsaturated γ-lactone alkaloids was established. Our study provides solutions for a challenging subject in stereochemistry determination for three different types of Pandanus alkaloids.  相似文献

The rapid and solvent-free determination of organophosphate esters (OPEs) in aqueous samples via one-step microwave-assisted headspace solid-phase microextraction (MA-HS-SPME) followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis is described. Tri-n-butyl phosphate (TnBP) and tris-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (TEHP) were selected as model compounds for the method of development and validation. The effects of various extraction parameters for the quantitative extraction of these analytes by MA-HS-SPME were systematically investigated and optimized. The analytes, in a 20 mL water sample (in a 40 mL sample bottle containing 2 g of NaCl, pH 3.0), were efficiently extracted by a polydimethylsiloxane-divinylbenzene (PDMS-DVB) fiber placed in the headspace when the system was microwave irradiated at 140 W for 5 min. The limits of quantification (LOQs) for TnBP and TEHP were 0.5 and 4 ng/L, respectively. Using the standard addition method, MA-HS-SPME coupled with GC-MS was utilized to determine selected OPEs in surface water and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) influent/effluent samples. Preliminary results show that TnBP was commonly detected OPEs in these aqueous samples, the correlation coefficients (r2) of the standard addition curves were greater than 0.9822, indicating that the developed method appears to be a good alternative technique for analyzing OPEs in aqueous samples.  相似文献

在激光尾波场电子加速机理中,为了有效地加速电子,需要抑制衍射散焦等造成的激光传输不稳定性问题. 激光脉冲的稳定传输不仅有利于能量耦合给等离子体波,而且对电子束的注入及稳定加速有着重要影响,具有一定横向密度分布的充气型放电毛细管可以有效引导激光脉冲的传输. 利用等离子体的Stark展宽效应对毛细管产生的等离子体进行密度测量,给出了等离子体密度与充气压强之间的关系. 利用磁流体程序CRMHA对毛细管的放电特性进行了模拟,研究了毛细管引导效应的形成机理. 关键词: 充气型放电毛细管 Stark展宽 磁流体模拟 引导  相似文献
