Ten phosphorylated β-hydrazones of structure R2P(O)C(NNHRF)CHR2′ were prepared in 54-91% yield by heating the allenes R2P(O)CHCCR2′ with fluorinated hydrazines H2NNHRF in chloroform or methanol [R=Ph, OCH2C(Me)2CH2O or OCH2C(Me)(Pr)CH2O, R′=H or Me and RF=CH2CF3 or C6F5]. Two cyclohexyl derivatives were prepared similarly from R2P(O)CHCCy. The triphenyl derivatives Ph2P(O)CH2C(NNHCH2CF3)Ph and Ph2P(O)CH2C(NNHC6F5)Ph were made in 91 and 68% yield by heating the ketones Ph2P(O)CH2C(O)Ph with an ethanol solution of the corresponding hydrazines. The stereochemistry of the hydrazones was determined by multinuclear NMR experiments. Compounds with C(NNHRF)Me groups exist as a mixture of Z and E isomers, with the Z form predominating (fluorinated group syn to phosphorus). Those with C(NNHRF)CHMe2, C(NNHRF)Cy or C(NNHRF)Ph groups were formed selectively, the Z isomers being the only products. The results are explained by steric hindrance, the bulkier isopropyl, cyclohexyl or phenyl group disfavouring the E configuration. , , , NMR data, coupling constants and IR data are reported. 相似文献

One new acacic acid-type saponin, named lebbeckoside C (1), was isolated from the stem barks of Albizia lebbeck. Its structure was established on the basis of extensive analysis of 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C NMR, DEPT, COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, HSQC and HMBC) experiments, HRESIMS studies, and by chemical evidence as 3-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(l→2)-β-d-fucopyranosyl-(1→6)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl]-21-O-{(2E,6S)-6-O-{4-O-[(2E,6S)-2,6-dimethyl-6-O-(β-d-quinovopyranosyl)octa-2,7-dienoyl]-4-O-[(2E,6S)-2,6-dimethyl-6-O-(β-d-quinovopyranosyl)octa-2,7-dienoyl]-β-d-quinovopyranosyl}-2,6-dimethylocta-2,7-dienoyl}acacic acid 28 O-[β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(l→3)-[α-l-arabinofuranosyl-(l→4)]-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(l→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl] ester. The isolated saponin (1) displayed significant cytotoxic activity against the human glioblastoma cell line U-87 MG and TG1 stem-like glioma cells isolated from a patient tumor with IC50 values of 1.69 and 1.44 μM, respectively. 相似文献

Solid state 47,49Ti, 137Ba, 87Sr NMR spectra have been recorded on BaxSr1−xTiO3 (0 x 1) perovskite samples prepared by the powder sintering method. Multinuclear solid state NMR shows great potential for characterising such systems since the quadrupolar parameters are very sensitive to any geometric deformation around the studied nucleus. 47,49Ti NMR powder lineshapes appear strongly influenced by the presence of even a small amount of barium (or strontium) in the coordination second sphere of the probed titanium site: substitution of strontium by barium induces the broadening of the peaks, due to quadrupolar effects, while the isotropic chemical shift increases. 137Ba NMR spectra exhibit a distribution of the quadrupolar interaction, that could be tentatively quantified, CQ increasing with the amount of strontium. Preliminary results were also obtained on 87Sr NMR showing behaviour comparable to 137Ba NMR, i.e. a broadening of the peaks due to an increasing quadrupolar interaction with the amount of barium distorting the environment of the strontium sites. 相似文献

prediction that this model exhibits “one level of symmetry breaking”. In the present paper we show how to construct systems
that exhibit an arbitrarily large, but finite number of “levels of symmetry-breaking”. As the temperature decreases, such
systems exhibit many phase transitions, as the structure of the overlaps gains complexity. This phenomenon does not seem to

Aristolochic acid (AA) causes interstitial renal fibrosis, called aristolochic acid nephropathy (AAN). There is no specific indicator for diagnosing AAN, so this study aimed to investigate the biomarkers for AAN using a proteomics method. The C3H/He female mice were given ad libitum AA–distilled water (0.5 mg/kg/day) and distilled water for 56 days in the AA and normal groups, respectively. The AA‐induced proteins in the kidney were investigated using a proteomics study, including fluorogenic derivatization with 7‐chloro‐N‐[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]‐2,1,3‐benzoxadiazole‐4‐sulfonamide, followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography analysis and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry with a MASCOT database searching system. There were two altered proteins, thrombospondin type 1 (TSP1) and G protein‐coupled receptor 87 (GPR87), in the kidney of AA‐group mice on day 56. GPR87, a tumorigenesis‐related protein, is reported for the first time in the current study. The renal interstitial fibrosis was certainly induced in the AA‐group mice under histological examination. Based on the results of histological examination and the proteomics study, this model might be applied to AAN studies in the future. TSP1 might be a novel biomarker for AAN, and the further role of GPR87 leading to AA‐induced tumorigenesis should be researched in future studies. 相似文献
