基于紧束缚模型和格林函数方法,研究了有机磁体晶格扰动和侧基自旋取向扰动对金属/有机磁体/金属三明治结构有机自旋器件自旋极化输运特性的影响.计算结果表明:晶格扰动的存在降低了器件的起始偏压,减小了导通电流,并使得电流-电压曲线的量子台阶效应不再显著,扰动不太强时电流仍呈现较高的自旋极化率;而侧基自旋取向扰动减小了体系的自旋劈裂,增加了器件的起始偏压,低偏压下随着扰动的增强器件电流及其自旋极化率明显降低.进一步模拟了温度对器件自旋极化输运的影响.

We present a comprehensive investigation on CrAlGe and realize that it is an itinerant ferromagnet with strong tunability of the Curie temperature $T_{\rm C}$ and the spontaneous moment $\mu_0$ depending on annealing heat treatment. While the value of $T_{\rm C}$ was previously reported to be 80 K with $\mu_0\approx$ 0.41$\mu_{\rm B}$, in this work the two quantities attain values as high as 170 K and 0.66$\mu_{\rm B}$, respectively. Heat treatment does not cause changes of the lattice parameters and symmetry, but results in a slight narrowing of the Bragg peaks. The strong tunability of the itinerant ferromagnetism indicates significantly tunable hybridization between the Cr 3d electrons and the conduction bands, in agreement with the dominant Cr-Al/Ge bonds of this compound. Further tuning along the same line towards even stronger or weaker itinerant ferromagnetism promises an interesting follow-up to clarify the localized-itinerant duality of the 3d electrons in this compound. 相似文献

Systematic studies on the structural, transport and magnetic properties of SrRu1−xCuxO3 (x=0.0–0.2) compounds have been performed. SrRu0.8Cu0.2O3 shows a tetragonal structure unlike the other compositions which exhibit a pseudo-cubic structure. Low temperature powder X-ray diffraction data of SrRu0.8Cu0.2O3 collected at a synchrotron beam line reveals that the tetragonal structure is stable down to 8 K. Ferromagnetic transition temperatures (Tc) are significantly reduced from 160 to 34 K with Cu doping. All the compositions exhibit irreversibilities in MZFC(T) and MFC(T) curves ascribable to the presence of domain structures. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show that the copper ions are anti-ferromagnetically coupled for concentrations higher than x=0.16. The antiparallel arrangement of Ru5+ ions with its neighboring cations also contributes to the large reduction in the observed magnetic moment. X-ray photoemission spectroscopy measurements show evidence for both tetravalent and pentavalent Ru ions while copper is in a divalent state. We conclude from our resistivity data that Cu2+ substitution promotes a polaronic type of conductivity. 相似文献

This paper investigates the effect of Dresselhaus spin--orbit
coupling on the spin-transport properties of
ferromagnet/insulator/semiconductor/insulator/ferromagnet
double-barrier structures. The influence of the thickness of the
insulator between the ferromagnet and the semiconductor on the
polarization is also considered. The obtained results indicate that
(i) the polarization can be enhanced by reducing the insulator
layers at zero temperature, and (ii) the tunnelling magnetoresistance
inversion can be illustrated by the influence of the Dresselhaus
spin--orbit coupling effect in the double-barrier structure. Due to
the Dresselhaus spin--orbit coupling effect, the tunnelling
magnetoresistance inversion occurs when the energy of a localized
state in the barrier matches the Fermi energy EF of the

The contribution of spin-lattice coupling to the phonon self-energy is calculated for a diluted two-dimensional "soft" ferromagnet. The calculations are based on a bond percolation model. Numerical results are presented for the dampings of phonon excitations. At low temperature, the damping rate is much smaller than the frequency of excitations, leading to well-defined phonons. The overall features of the Г ( q ) curves possess similar characteristics: Г ( q ) has two maximum points at qa ≈ 0.5 and qa ≈ 1.7, the value of the latter is much larger than the former. The temperature-dependent phonon line widths arising from spinlattice coupling are also presented. We point out the sensitivity of the interaction on bond concentration of the network. 相似文献
