碳纳米管由于其优异的性能和广泛的应用,在过去近三十年中引起了研究者广泛的研究兴趣。在众多不同类型的碳纳米管中,超长碳纳米管由于具有厘米级甚至分米级以上的宏观长度和相对完美的结构,展示出了优异的力学、电学、热学等多方面的优异性能,在透明显示、微电子产业、超强纤维、航空航天等领域具有广阔的应用前景。超长碳纳米管的结构控制制备是充分开发其优异性能并实现其实际应用的关键。在过去二十多年间,超长碳纳米管的研究取得了重要的进展。但同时,在结构控制与批量制备方面也面临巨大的挑战,还存在许多尚未解决的科学与技术难题,从而限制了其实际应用。本文对超长碳纳米管的生长机理、结构控制、选择性制备以及优异性能方面的进展及其背后的创新思想进行了系统的回顾;与此同时,讨论了超长碳纳米管近年来的研究进展、目前面临的挑战和未来的重点攻关方向。期望本文能为超长碳纳米管的可控合成、批量制备以及未来应用提供更多的启发和借鉴,为早日实现高质量超长碳纳米管的宏量制备和产业化起到一些推动作用。 相似文献

ZnO nanoflowers are synthesized by hydrothermal method. The morphology of ZnO is captured by SEM, TEM and HRTEM, which is composed of closely packed nanorods of about 100 nm in diameter and 1 μm in length. The ZFC/FC curves show superparamagnetic features. The abnormal increase in magnetization curves below 14 K comes from the isolated vacancy clusters with no interaction. The magnetic hysteresis at 300 K displays saturation state and confirms room-temperature ferromagnetism. While the magnetic hysteresis at 5 K shows nonsaturation state due to the enhanced effects of vacancy clusters. The O 1s XPS results can be fitted to three Gaussian peaks. The existence of medium-binding energy located at 531.16 eV confirms the deficiency of O ions at the surface of ZnO nanoflowers. 相似文献

Antimony distribution and mobility in rivers around the world's largest antimony mine of Xikuangshan, Hunan Province, China 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
Mining and smelting activities of the world largest Antimony (Sb) mine which is located at Xikuangshan area of Hunan Province, China, constitute important sources of Sb pollution throughout the rivers in or around the mine. Water samples show high levels of Sb (2-6384 µg/l) relative to the average concentration of the world rivers (1 µg/l) and it occurs mainly in oxidized form. Sb has a higher affinity for the particulate phase than for the aqueous phase. Its contents in sediments decreased along with the distance from the mine (from 7316 to 57 mg/kg) and had good correlation relationships (p < 0.001) with porewaters. In addition to the major pools in the Fe-Mn oxide (22.2-66.4%) and residual fractions (5.66-53.5%), Sb was relatively abundant in strongly adsorbed fraction. Laboratory experiments of the contaminated sediments show that with increasing amounts of Sb in the sediment, an increasing amount of Sb was leached and went into solution. Although Sb(V) was the predominant form, the release of Sb(III) in oxic conditions was also observed during laboratory experiments. And the amount of Sb released into solution was higher in anaerobic conditions than in oxygenated water. 相似文献

Through the reaction between the hydroxyl groups of 2-hydroxyl-3-methylbenzoic acid (HMBA), the glycol (G), the diglycol (DG) or the polyethylene glycol (PEG) and the isocyanate groups of 3-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl isocyanate (TEPIC), the hybrid precursors HMBA-Si, G-Si, DG-Si and PEG-Si were obtained. And then the precursors HMBA-Si and G-Si (DG-Si, PEG-Si) have coordinated to the rare earth ions with the carbonyl group of G-Si (DG-Si, PEG-Si) and the carboxyl group of HMBA-Si to form the hybrid materials HMBA-G-RE-Si (HMBA-DG-RE-Si, HMBA-PEG-RE-Si) through hydrolysis and copolycondensation with the tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) via sol–gel process.
