对开口箭属植物近20年的甾体皂苷类成分的结构及波谱学研究内容进行综述. 目前已从开口箭属植物中分离鉴定了53个新甾体皂苷,其中27个螺甾烷型甾体皂苷,24个呋甾烷型甾体皂苷,2个变形螺甾烷型甾体皂苷. 不同类型的甾体皂苷其13C NMR波谱在骨架类型、取代基类型及位置等方面均具有其特征性. 通过总结开口箭属甾体皂苷13C NMR波谱特征规律,对进一步鉴定该类化合物结构以及进行波谱数据的归属都起着重要的作用.  相似文献

Two techniques for extraction and purification were excersized in order to obtain a purified saponins extract from several sources (fenugreek, soybean, locust bean and sesame). The results indicate that fenugreek steroid saponins extract has the best surface properties and reduces the surface tension to 33.3 mN/m and the tetradecane-water interfacial tension from 44 mN/m to 7.5 mN/m. The HLB value was evaluated and found to be 18. Three different types of oil (n-tetradecane, soybean oil, tricaprylin) were emulsified with a 6 wt% aqueous solution of saponins to give an average droplet size of 0.7 μm (yet stable after month). An effective synergism is seen when these emulsions were prepared with sucrose fatty acid esters as co-surfactant. Furthermore, the foaming power was evaluated.  相似文献

Four oleanane‐type triterpene saponins, phaseoloideside A–D ( 1 – 4 ), were isolated from the seed kernels of Entada phaseoloides, along with rheediinoside B. The structures of the four new compounds were established by 2D‐NMR spectroscopic methods, HR‐ESI‐MS analysis, and chemical degradation. Phaseoloideside D ( 4 ) showed cytotoxic activity against the Eca‐109 cell line with an IC50 value of 28.0 μM .  相似文献

Glycosides including triterpenoid saponins and flavonoid glycosides are the main constituents of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch (licorice) and exhibit prominent pharmacological activities. However, conventional methods for the separation of glycosides always cause irreversible adsorption and unavoidable loss of sample due to their high hydrophilicities. The present paper describes a convenient method for the simultaneous separation of triterpenoid saponins and flavonoid glycosides from licorice by pH‐zone‐refining counter‐current chromatography. Ethyl acetate/n‐butanol/water (2:3:5, v/v) with 10 mM TFA in the upper organic stationary phase and 10 mM ammonia in the lower aqueous mobile phase was used as the biphasic solvent system. Three triterpenoid saponins and two flavonoid glycosides including licorice‐saponin A3 (63.3 mg), glycyrrhizic acid (342.2 mg), 3‐O‐[β‐d ‐glucuronopyranosyl‐(1 → 2)‐β‐d ‐galactopyranosyl]glycyrrhetic acid (56.0 mg), liquiritin apioside (232.6 mg), and liquiritin (386.5 mg) were successfully obtained from licorice ethanol extract (2 g) in one step. This method subtly takes advantage of the common acidic properties of triterpenoid saponins and flavonoid glycosides, and obviously is much more efficient and convenient than the previous methods. It is also the first time that the separation of acidic triterpenoid saponins by using pH‐zone‐refining counter‐current chromatography has been reported.  相似文献

The naturally occurring saponins exhibit remarkable interfacial activity and also possess many biological activities linking to human health benefits, which make them particularly attractive as bifunctional building blocks for formulation of colloidal multiphase food systems. This review focuses on two commonly used food-grade saponins, Quillaja saponins (QS) and glycyrrhizic acid (GA), with the aim of clarifying the relationship between the structural features of saponin molecules and their subsequent self-assembly and interfacial properties. The recent applications of these two saponins in various colloidal multiphase systems, including liquid emulsions, gel emulsions, aqueous foams and complex emulsion foams, are then discussed. A particular emphasis is on the unique use of GA and GA nanofibrils as sole stabilizers for fabricating various multiphase food systems with many advanced qualities including simplicity, ultrastability, stimulability, structural viscoelasticity and processability. These natural saponin and saponin-based colloids are expected to be used as sustainable, plant-based ingredients for designing future foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.  相似文献

粗糙菝基(Smilax lebrunii Lévl)为百合科菝葜属植物,主要分布在我国甘肃、四川、湖南等地,其化学成分迄今未见报道.前文报道了防已叶菝葜植物甾体皂甙的研究工作,本文介绍从粗糙菝葜根茎中分得的2个新的甾体皂甙.用70%乙醇提取粗糙菝葜根粉(500g),将乙醇提取物经常法脱脂和除糖后,采取多次硅胶柱层析,最后用Sephadex LH-20柱纯化,甲醇洗脱分别得到甙1(50mg)和甙2(10mg).  相似文献

The genus Paris is an excellent source of steroidal saponins that exhibit various bioactivities. Paris mairei is a unique species and has been widely used as folk medicine in Southwest China for a long time. With the help of chemical methods and modern spectra analysis, five new steroidal saponins, pamaiosides A–E (1–5), along with five known steroidal saponins 6–10, were isolated from the rhizomes of Paris mairei. The cytotoxicity of all the new saponins was evaluated against human pancreatic adenocarcinoma PANC-1 and BxPC3 cell lines.  相似文献

Dioscorea nipponica Makino exhibits many biological activities, including relieving cough, eliminating phlegm and preventing asthma. The present study extensively evaluated the extraction process, major components, antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities of total saponins extraction from Dioscorea nipponica Makino. In this study, the optimal extraction process of total saponins extract was optimized by single-factor test and response surface methodology as follows: extraction time 25 min, ethanol concentration 50 % and liquid to material ratio 55:1 ml/g, and the extraction rate was 1.72 %. Eighteen components were initially analyzed by UPLC-QTOF-MS method. Although total saponins extract exhibited mild antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus, and antioxidant activities against ferric-ion, ABTS and DPPH radicals, the perfect anti-inflammatory activity of TSE was demonstrated by significantly reducing the content of NO and the phagocytic activity in LPS induced RAW 264.7 cells, which provided a theoretical basis for the research and development of new anti-inflammatory Chinese medicine.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the determination of three triterpenoid saponins isolated from Astragalus membranaceus leaf extract. In this article, a method for simultaneous determination of Huangqiyenin A, Huangqiyenin E, and Huangqiyenin K was established for the first time. The method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of Astragalus membranaceus leaf extract after oral administration. Liquid–liquid extraction was applied to plasma sample preparation. Multiple reaction monitoring mode with an electrospray ion source in positive electrospray ionization was chosen to quantify the analytes. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Waters HSS T3 column, using gradient elution with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and 5 mM ammonium acetate/water. The pharmacokinetic results showed that all three compounds had the characteristics of rapid absorption-slow metabolism trend. The time of maximum plasma concentration of Huangqiyenin A is higher than Huangqiyenin E and Huangqiyenin K. And the maximum plasma concentration of Huangqiyenin A is higher as well. The pharmacokinetic results revealed the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the three analytes in rat plasma, which could provide a helpful reference for the further study of Astragalus membranaceus leaf extract.  相似文献
