应用基于逼近理想解排序法的区间三角模糊多属性决策模型,对三江平原六大分区地下水脆弱性进行了风险预警和评估.评估结果与前人吻合,可为有关决策部门采取相应降低环境风险的措施提供参考.实例验证表明,模型具有更高的计算精度和更好的评价效果,为有关环境风险决策部门对地下水风险预警和评估提供了新的思路和方法.     

On idempotents of a class of commutative rings

Abstract

In the present work, a procedure for determining idempotents of a commutative ring having a sequence of ideals with certain properties is presented. As an application of this procedure, idempotent elements of various commutative rings are determined. Several examples are included illustrating the main results.     

Rings whose singular ideals are nil

Abstract

It is well known that when a ring R satisfies ACC on right annihilators of elements, then the right singular ideal of R is nil, in this case, we say R is right nil-singular. Many classes of rings whose singular ideals are nil, but do not satisfy the ACC on right annihilators, are presented and the behavior of them is investigated with respect to various constructions, in particular skew polynomial rings and triangular matrix rings. The class of right nil-singular rings contains π-regular rings and is closed under direct sums. Examples are provided to explain and delimit our results.     

First-principles prediction of crystal structure and physical properties of ScB3

The crystal structure of ScB₃ is seeked by combining the developed particle swarm optimisation algorithm for crystal structure prediction with first-principles calculations. A new monoclinic phase with the C2/m symmetry is predicted successfully, which is energetically more superior to the early reported R-3m-, P2₁/m-, P6₃/mmc-, P-6m2-, Pnma-, and Pm-3m-type structures in the pressure range from 0 to 100?GPa. The obtained elastic constants and phonon dispersion curve reveal that the C2/m-ScB₃ is mechanically and dynamically stable. The predicted large bulk module, high shear modulus, small Poisson’s ratio as well as the considerable hardness indicate that the C2/m-ScB₃ has outstanding mechanical property. Meanwhile, the dependences of the bulk modulus and Young’s modulus of ScB₃ on the crystal orientation are investigated theoretically. Through applying the strain–stress method, the ideal tensile and shear strengths along different crystal directions are also estimated, and the obtained results confirm that the shear mode dominates the failure mode in the C2/m-ScB₃ structure and it is intrinsically a hard material. The electronic structure calculation and chemical bonding analysis illustrate that the strong covalent B-B and Sc-B bonds are responsible for its structural stability and high hardness.     

Cohen and multiple Cohen strongly summing multilinear operators

Considering the successful theory of multiple summing multilinear operators as a prototype, we introduce the classes of multiple Cohen strongly p-summing multilinear operators and polynomials. The adequacy of these classes under the viewpoint of the theory of multilinear and polynomial ideals and holomorphy types is discussed in detail.     

Cup product structure for symplectic K2

For a field F with trivial involution we have the Karoubi L-groups ±1^Ln(F). For 0≤n≤2 these groups are intimately related to subgroups of the classical Witt ring of quadratic forms. -1^L ₂(F) also has a presentation by symbols due to Matsumoto. In terms of this data we make explicit calculations for two cup product maps that appear in the L-theory of fields.     

On noncommutative piecewise Noetherian rings

We extend the definition of a piecewise Noetherian ring to the noncommutative case, and investigate various properties of such rings. In particular, we show that a ring with Krull dimension is piecewise Noetherian. Certain fully bounded piecewise Noetherian rings have Gabriel dimension and exhibit the Gabriel correspondence between prime ideals and indecomposable injective modules.     

Mixed multiplicities,Hilbert polynomials and homaloidal surfaces

We investigate the relationship among several numerical invariants associated to a (free) projective hypersurface V : the sequence of mixed multiplicities of its Jacobian ideal, the Hilbert polynomial of its Milnor algebra, and the sequence of exponents when V is free. As a byproduct, we obtain explicit equations for some of the homaloidal surfaces in the projective 3‐dimensional space constructed by C. Ciliberto, F. Russo and A. Simis.
