Ag3SbS3 semiconductor material is an attractive substance for different optoelectronic and data storage applications [D. Adler, M.S. Shur, M. Silver, S.R. Ovchinsky, J. Appl. Phys. 51 (1979) 3289]. The most reliable way to get thin films with proper quality is the pulse laser deposition (PLD) technology. The paper reports data on growth dynamics (electron microscopic experiments (EME) performed in situ in order to clarify structural features of the films under PLD process), X-ray diffraction (XRD) investigations and room temperature current-voltage (IVC) characteristics. The sets of investigated samples were prepared by Nd:IAG laser. Films were deposited under substrate temperatures T = 300 K and T = 400 K and at different pulse repetition frequencies. EME studies revealed time-dependent changes of the grown films’ structure occurring under stationary pulse repetition frequency and the substrate temperature. The structure of the films was identified as an amorphous with nanoscale crystalline phase inclusions (there are results of the XRD studies). The IVCs investigations performed at the room temperature and under applied bias up to 10 V in both directions showed a domination of tunneling current for all samples under study. 相似文献

Cadmium telluride thin films were deposited on conducting glass and titanium substrates by the pulse plating technique at
different duty cycles in the range 10–50%. The films were characterised by X-ray diffraction and were found to possess single
phase cubic structure. Optical studies indicated a direct band gap of 1.45 eV. Surface morphology of the films indicated that
the crystallite size increases with increase of duty cycle. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy studies confirmed the formation

We present a comprehensive study of the selective excitation of two-photon fluorescence from various pairs of dyes and dyes in different conjugation states with tailored pulse shapes found with a genetic algorithm (GA). We investigate a number of biologically important dyes, and include dyes conjugated to trastuzumab (Herceptin®) and to a poly(amidoamine) dendrimer. We consider in detail the ability of tailored pulse shaping to discriminate dyes with significant spectral overlap. Our procedure for adaptive pulse shaping includes power-law and chirp-scaling checks to prevent trivial convergences. The GA uses a multiplicative fitness parameter in a graded search method that converges on pulse shapes that not only differentiate two-photon processes, but do so in a high signal regime. We consider the results in terms of not only the absolute maximum ratio of discrimination achieved, but also present the evolutionary course of the GA and compare the improvement to a quantitative measure of the noise level. We also implement a time-domain acousto-optic measurement of two-photon excitation cross-section spectra. The results show that the ability to discriminate dyes is determined almost entirely by their differences in two-photon excitation cross section. 相似文献

Optical time division multiplexing (OTDM) is emerging and promising alternative for future high-speed photonic networks because of its ability to accommodate higher bit rate and flexible bandwidth. Among other factors the performance of an OTDM system largely depends upon the switching characteristics of a de-multiplexer (DEMUX). Symmetric Mach-Zehnder (SMZ) have been found to be most suitable than all the available de-multiplexing switches because of compact size, thermal stability, and low power operation. 基于毛细管电泳三脉冲安培检测技术,同时测定了氨基酸注射液中具有电活性的色氨酸和酪氨酸的含量。研究了三脉冲电位及时间、电解液的浓度、酸度、电泳电压及进样时间对电泳分离和检测的影响,得到了最优测定条件。以铂微盘电极为工作电极,Ag/AgCl为参比电极,三脉冲电位为:E1-900mV,t1100ms;E2700mV,t2100ms;E3950mV,t3100ms,在15mmol/L的磷酸盐(pH=11)缓冲溶液中,上述两组分在10min内完全分离。测定色氨酸和酪氨酸的线性范围分别为1×10-3~5×10-7mol/L和1×10-3~8×10-7mol/L,检出限分别为0.25μmol/L和0.17μmol/L(S/N=3);平行进样的峰电流相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.9%和3.3%(n=7)。 相似文献
