Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction with little solvent consumption (DLLME-LSC), a novel dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) technique with few solvent requirements (13 μL of a binary mixture of disperser solvent and extraction solvent in the ratio of 6:4) and short extraction time (90 s), has been developed for extraction of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) from water samples prior to gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis. In DLLME-LSC, much less volume of organic solvent is used as compared to DLLME. The new technique is less harmful to environment and yields a higher enrichment factor (1885–2648-fold in this study). Fine organic droplets were formed in the sample solution by manually shaking the test tube containing the mixture of sample solution and extraction solvent. The large surface area of the organic solvent droplets increases the rate of mass transfer from the water sample to the extractant and produces efficient extraction in a short period of time. DLLME-LSC shows good repeatability (RSD: 4.1–9.7% for reservoir water; 5.6–8.9% for river water) and high sensitivity (limits of detection: 0.8–2.5 ng/L for reservoir water; 0.4–1.3 ng/L for river water). The method can be used on various water samples (river water, tap water, sea water and reservoir water). It can be used for routine work for the investigation of OCPs.  相似文献

将电纺纳米纤维用于萃取分离拟除虫菊酯农药.实验发现电纺纳米纤维对甲氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯菊酯和联苯菊酯农药有较好的吸附能力,对6种拟除虫菊酯农药的最大吸附容量分别为5.4、5.8、6.0、6.5、6.5和8.0μg/mg.应用电纺纳米纤维固相萃取一高败液相同时测定蔬菜样品中6种拟除虫菊酯农药.在优化实验条件下,6种拟除虫菊酯类农药分离效果较好,并在(0.01~0.04)~10mg/L浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9995~0.9999);方法的最小检测限为5~12μg/L,其加标回收率在85.8%~96.6%之间.  相似文献

A solid-phase microextraction technique using steel fiber coated with 20 μm polypyrrole (Ppy) doped with polyphosphate was developed for the GC determination of a group of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in water. The coating was prepared using a three-electrode electrochemical system from a 10% aqueous sodium polyphosphate solution containing 0.05 M pyrrole by applying a constant potential of 1.2 V for 30 min. In order to obtain an adherent, smooth and stable film of polypyrrole, experimental parameters related to the coating process consisting of the type of dopant or counter-ion, deposition potential, concentration of the monomer, concentration of the counter-ion, and deposition time were optimized. The effects of various parameters on the efficiency of SPME process such as extraction time, extraction temperature, ionic strength, desorption time, and desorption temperature were also studied. The coating was highly stable and extremely adherent to the surface of the steel fiber. The method was linear for at least three orders of magnitude with correlation coefficients varying from 0.9818 to 0.9977. The accuracies found through spiking blank samples showed high recoveries between 82 and 110%. Intra- and inter-day precisions of the method were determined from mixed aqueous solutions containing 1.0 ng ml−1 of each OCP. The intra-day precisions varied from 4.7% for heptachlor to 11.4% for methoxychlor, while the inter-day precisions varied from 6.8% for endosulfan I to 13.0% for p,p′-DDD and o,p-DDD. Limits of detection based on S/N = 3 were in the range 0.015-0.66 pg ml−1. The proposed method was applied to monitor organochlorine pesticides in some well water samples.  相似文献

The computer‐assisted design and synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers for the simultaneous capture of six carbamate pesticides from environmental water are reported in this work. The quantum mechanical computational approach was employed to design the molecularly imprinted polymers with carbofuran as template. The interaction energies between the template molecule and different functional monomers in various solvents were calculated to assist in the selection of the functional monomer and porogen. The optimised molecularly imprinted polymer was subsequently used as a class‐selective sorbent in solid‐phase extraction for pre‐concentration and determination of carbamates from environmental water. The parameters influencing the extraction efficiency of the molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction procedure were systematically investigated to facilitate the class‐selective extraction. For the proposed method, linearity was observed over the range of 2–500 ng/mL with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.9760 to 1.000. The limits of detection ranged from 0.2 to 1.2 ng/mL, and the limit of quantification was 4 ng/mL. These results confirm that computer‐assisted design is an effective evaluation tool for molecularly imprinted polymers synthesis, and that molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction can be applied to the simultaneous analysis of carbamates in environmental water.  相似文献

Structural studies performed in this laboratory of organophosphorus pesticides continue with these related compounds. The –NO2 groups of methyl parathion (systematic name: dimethyl 4‐nitrophenyl phosphorothioate, C8H10NO5PS) and dicapthon (systematic name: 2‐chloro‐4‐nitrophenyl dimethyl phosphorothioate, C8H9ClNO5PS) make dihedral angles of 10.67 (8) and 5.8 (1)°, respectively, with the planes of their attached rings, which accompanies angular distortion at the ring C atoms to which the –NO2 groups are attached. Similar distortions are observed at the C atom to which the thiophosphate groups are attached. Significant differences in distances and angles around the phenolic O, versus the –OMe groups, explain why it is the site of hydrolysis for these compounds. A comparison of a torsion angle involving the thiophosphate group and phenolic O atom with similar pesticide structures is given and indicates steric influences on that angle.  相似文献

A surface-sampling technique of liquid extraction surface analysis (LESA) was in-line coupled with capillary electrophoresis (CE) to expand the specimen types for CE to solid surfaces. The new direct surface analysis method of LESA–CE was applied to the determination of organophosphorus pesticides, including glufosinate-ammonium, aminomethylphosphonic acid, and glyphosate on the external surface of a fruit such as apple. Without any sample pretreatment, the analytes sprayed on the surface of a half apple were directly extracted into a liquid microjunction formed by dispensing the extractant from the inlet tip of a separation capillary. After extraction, the analytes were derivatized in-capillary with a fluorophore 4-fluoro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole and analyzed with CE-laser induced fluorescence (LIF). The limits of detection for glufosinate-ammonium, aminomethylphosphonic acid, and glyphosate were 2.5, 1, and 10 ppb, respectively, which are at least 20 times lower than the tolerance limits established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Thus, we demonstrated that LESA–CE is a quite sensitive and convenient method to determine analytes on a solid surface avoiding the dilution from sample pretreatment procedures including homogenization of a bulk sample.  相似文献

Essential oils (EOs) have been used for centuries, and interest in these compounds has been revived in recent years. Due to their unique chemical composition as well as antimicrobial, immunostimulatory, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, EOs are used in pharmacology, cosmetology and, increasingly, in animal breeding and rearing, and processing of animal raw materials. Essential oils have become a natural alternative to preservatives, taste enhancers and, most importantly, antibiotics, because the European Union banned the use of antibiotics in metaphylaxis in animal husbandry in 2006. In the animal production chain, EOs are used mainly as feed additives to improve feed palatability and increase feed intake, improve animal resistance and health status, and to prevent and treat diseases. Recent research indicates that EOs can also be applied to sanitize poultry houses, and they can be used as biopesticides in organic farming. Essential oils effectively preserve meat and milk and, consequently, improve the safety, hygiene and quality of animal-based foods. Novel technologies such as encapsulation may increase the bioavailability of EOs and their application in the production of food and feed additives.  相似文献

建立了江西省两种中药中有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。样品以丙酮提取,在NaCl存在下,以正已烷进行液—液分配,提取液用H2SO4净化,采用DB—1701毛细管柱,GC—ECD检测有机氯农药残留量。最低检测限为1.0×10-3-5.0×10-3mg/kg,添加回收率为85.7%-115.2%,应用于实际样品中有机氯农药残留量的检测,获得了较为满意结果。  相似文献

Capillary electrochromatography using a monolithic matrix was employed to develop a rapid and highly efficient separation methodology for the analyses of mixtures of agrochemical importance. Using this method, ppm‐ppb detection limits for urea, carbamate, and phenoxy acid herbicides were achieved without a preconcentration technique. The detection limits were further decreased to low‐ppb levels for the same class of compounds using an on‐column preconcentration technique.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶方法制备的聚甲基苯基乙烯基硅氧烷/羟基硅油(PMPVS/OH-TSO)固相微革取探头与气相色谱(GC)联用对大白菜样品中的有机磷农药(敌敌鼹、二嗪农、甲摹对硫磷、马拉硫磷和乙基对硫磷)进行了分析,同时优化了固相微革取的实验条件.该探头较商用探头萃取能力更强,方法的检出限低(1.01~2.56ng/g),重现性好(3.5%~9.9%),线性范围宽(2个数量级),对市售的大白菜样品进行了标准加入回收实验,5种有机磷农药的同收率分别为80.2%,90.3%,85.4%,81.9%和91.8%,  相似文献
