Reactions of 1,2,4-Triazines with Nucleophiles. 6. Use of SNH Methodology for the Direct Introduction of Cyclic Diketone Residue into the 1,2,4-Triazine Ring FORENAME = D. N.

3-R-6-Phenyl-1,2,4-triazine 4-oxides react with cyclic -diketones (dimethylbarbituric acid, dimedone, and indan) in both acidic (substrate activation) and basic conditions (nucleophile activation) with formation of ^H-adducts, intermediates in the nucleophilic substitution of hydrogen (S_N ^H) in 3-R-5-Nu-4-hydroxy-6-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazines. Oxidative aromatisation of these intermediates or auto-aromatisation of acylated (benzoyl chloride) at the NOH -adducts with elimination of benzoic acid gave the corresponding substituted 1,2,4-triazine 4-oxides or 1,2,4-triazines.     

Functional models of [Fe—S] nitrosyl proteins

The review surveys methods for the synthesis, as well as structures and properties of sulfur-containing iron nitrosyl complexes serving as models of active sites of [Fe—S] nitrosyl proteins, which are potential donors of nitrogen monoxide.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Substituted pyrazine-di-N-oxides as the mediators of catalytic oxidation of organic compounds

The mechanism of oxidation of 2,5-dimethyl-, 2,3,5,6-tetramethyl-, 2,3-dimethyl-5,6-cyclohexa, and 3-phenyl-5,6-cyclohexapyrazine-di-N-oxides is studied by cyclic voltammetry, quantum chemical simulations, and ESR electrolysis. The studies are carried out on electrodes of glassy carbon and Pt in 0.1 M LiClO₄ solutions in acetonitrile. ESR spectra of radical cations of substituted pyrazine-di-N-oxides are recorded. The effects of the temperature, oxygen, and the additions of water, pyridine, and acid on the shape of cyclic voltamograms and the intensity of ESR signals of pyrazine-di-N-oxides are studied. A quantum-chemical simulation of the reaction of pyrazine-di-N-oxide radical cations with acetonitrile is carried out. The oxidation of substituted pyrazine-di-N-oxides is described by the E₁C₁E₂C₂ mechanism, which includes the stage of the formation of a complex between the di-N-oxide radical cation and acetonitrile.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of the Copper Complex of 7，16-Bis（2-hyd roxy-5-met hylbenzyl）-1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadecane

A lariat crown ether ligand 7,16-bis (2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzyl)- 1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadeeane (L1) has been prepared via one-pot Mannich reaction. Its copper(Ⅱ) complex Cu-L1 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-visible spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The result shows that the copper(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated by two nitrogen and four oxygen atoms, two from the crown ether and the other two from the deprotonated phenolate anions, forming an elongated octahedral complex. Electrochemical study indicates that the complex undergoes reversible reduction in DMF solution.     

Soluble polymer-supported catalysts containing pendant quaternary onium salts for the addition reaction of oxiranes with carbon dioxide

The addition reaction of oxiranes ( 15a-d ) with carbon dioxide (CO₂) was carried out using 1 mol % of soluble polymer-supported quaternary onium salts as catalysts under atmospheric pressure. The reaction of 15a-d with CO₂ proceeded very smoothly to give the corresponding five-membered cyclic carbonates ( 16a-d ) in high yields at 90-100°C. The catalytic activity of the soluble polymer-supported quaternary onium salts was strongly affected by the following factors: kind of reaction solvent, degree of introduction of the pendant onium salt residues in the polymer chain, and type of alkyl group on the onium salts due to the balance between lipophilicity and steric hindrance of the onium salt residue. Furthermore, these soluble polymer-supported quaternary onium salts were found ordinarily to have higher catalytic activity than low molecular weight quaternary onium salts under the same reaction conditions. It was also found that the rate of reaction was proportional both to catalyst concentration and to oxirane concentration. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

基于小波变换的循环伏安弱信号特征信息提取

本研究采用连续小波变换(continuous wavelet transform，CWT)技术处理循环伏安弱信号，通过研究苯酚、对苯二酚和对硝基苯酚的共存体系循环伏安弱信号，表明CWT可以成功地识别出极弱信号中的指纹特征信息，并且经处理得到的对应的小波系数峰比原始信号更窄，更高，由此可以成功地确定弱峰的数目和位置。由循环伏安信号所得的结果，有力地证实CWT是循环伏安弱信号识别的有力工具，对于理解弱响应体系电化学机理具有重要作用。     

Towards the synthesis of [15]-membered stevastelins through the 2,3-epoxy analogues

A synthetic approach to the [15]-membered stevastelins, a novel class of immunosuppressant agents, is reported based on a macrolactamization route to the 2,3-epoxy derivative 6. The synthesis of this compound was achieved via a stereoselective epoxidation of the allylic alcohol 13, followed by a coupling reaction with a variety of peptide derivatives to give the epoxy peptides 7-10. After an extensive study of cyclizations with these precursors, the best result was achieved with the macrolactamization of 8 in the presence of DEPC, to obtain the epoxy cyclic depsipeptide 6 in 42% yield. From this product, an epoxy analogue of stevastelin B, compound 27, was prepared. Finally, the synthesis of the natural product was attempted through the opening of the oxirane ring contained in 6 and 26, with a variety of methyl cuprate reagents, but without success.     

安力农的极谱测定及其电化学行为

在ｐＨ５．６，０．１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲溶液（ＰＢＳ）中，得到了安力农的灵敏极谱吸附波，波的二阶导波高在２×１０＾－８～８×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内与安力农的浓度成直线关系，检测下限为１×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，测定出电极过程的电子传递系数ａ＝０．４３，表面电极反尖速率常数ｋｓ＝３．３ｓ＾－１，安力农在汞电极上的吸附遵从Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ等温式，测得其吸附系数β＝８．１×１０＾５。     

聚碳酸酯合成工艺开发的新进展

本文从工艺开发的角度，简要评介了目前聚碳酸酯两大工业生产工艺，即光气化界面缩聚工艺和熔融酯交换缩聚工艺的研究开发新动向。     

Crystal and molecular structure of a 1:1 complex of a chiral α-d-glucosido-benzo-18-crown-6 and potassium thiocyanate

C₂₈H₃₆O₁₀. KSCN is monoclinic, space groupP2₁ withZ=2,a=10.390(3),b=8.959(7),c=16.377(7) Å, =92.49(5)°. FinalR=0.053 for 1437 reflections measured at room temperature. The K^– ion lies on the least-squares plane formed by the six oxygen atoms in the macrocyclic ring. The SCN^– ion was found on the same face of the macrocycle as the chiral glucopyranoside moiety.Methyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-2,3-O-(1,2-bis(ethoxyethoxy)benzenediyl)--d-glucopyranoside.
