The interaction between glass surface and forming nanocrystals plays the important role in the formation of thin ZnO coatings crystal structure. The comparative study of the crystal structure of thin ZnO-based films and powders having similar chemical compositions was performed with the use of SEM, XRD analysis, optical, and luminescent spectroscopy. The influence of different coatings parameters (chemical composition, thickness) on the spectroscopic and morphological properties of thin films and powders reveals the structural features of the interaction between forming ZnO nanocrystals and glass surface. ZnO–SnO2 coatings and powders were prepared by liquid polymer-salt technique. This method provides the close contact between the coatings’ precursors with a surface of the glass during both the nucleation and the initial growth stage of forming oxide crystals. The interaction of nanocrystals and substrate surface is responsible for the texture formation in the ZnO films and determines some features of their optical properties.  相似文献

以减少图像背景和结构纹理对特征提取的干扰为目的,提出了先去除背景和纹理,再进行特征分析的算法.该算法通过最小二乘法则拟合了类抛物线曲面函数提取数字射线图像的背景,减少了背景对图像特征的模糊,在此基础上,针对图像的结构纹理特点确定几何分布参量,定义减法运算公式消隐图像纹理,减少了纹理造成的图像灰度起伏,图像灰度级分布均匀.在平坦的图像背景中,根据数字射线图像信号点服从正态分布规律特点,设定阈值进行特征分割.  相似文献

Pulsed laser depositions of PLZT thin films were performed using an Nd:YAG (1064 nm) laser. The growths took place in vacuum or in an oxygen background. Room temperature and 500 °C were the used substrate temperatures. The X-ray diffraction analysis revealed a preferential crystallographic orientation in the films grown at room temperature in vacuum. Such result is discussed. The velocity distribution functions of the species in the plasma plume were obtained from a time of flight study using optical emission spectroscopy. The maximums of these distributions functions fall around 106 cm/s, equivalent to an energy range of 18-344 eV. Ionic species of heavy elements (like lead) achieved higher velocities than other lighter species. This result is linked to the creation of an accelerating spatial charge and to the thermal nature of the target material extraction that allows some elements to be released first than others. Chemical state variations of the elements present in the films were analyzed. Under these different growing conditions, lead chemical states varied the most.  相似文献

It is well known that, in the basis where the charged-lepton mass matrix is diagonal, there are seven cases of two texture zeros in Majorana neutrino mass matrices that are compatible with all experimental data. We show that two of these cases, namely B3 and B4 in the classification of Frampton, Glashow and Marfatia, are special in the sense that they automatically lead to near-maximal atmospheric neutrino mixing in the limit of a quasi-degenerate neutrino mass spectrum. This property holds true irrespective of the values of the solar and reactor mixing angles because, for these two cases, in the limit of a quasi-degenerate spectrum, the second and third row of the lepton mixing matrix are, up to signs, approximately complex-conjugate to each other. Moreover, in the same limit the aforementioned cases also develop a maximal CP-violating CKM-type phase, provided the reactor mixing angle is not too small.  相似文献

Novel isosorbide derivative containing perfluorocarbon group,bi(perfluorooctanesulfonyl)isosorbide ester as chiral dopant in liquid crystal,was synthesized.Chemical structure was characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,1H NMR and 19F NMR.The optical texture of the mixture was observed by polarized optical microscopy(POM).Novel chiral dopant containing perfluorocarbon group had excellent optical activity.Its specific rotation and molar rotation were noticeable higher than those of bi(4-chloromethylbenzenecarbonic)isosorbide ester.The fluorocarbon group improved the molar rotation of chiral compound and did not affect optical rotation direction.The texture of the mixture added isosorbide derivative with fluorocarbon group showed the oily streak texture.  相似文献

The aim was to design a pattern-recognition (PR) system for discriminating between normal and pathological knee articular cartilage of the medial femoral (MFC) and tibial condyles (MTC). The data set comprised segmented regions of interest (ROIs) from coronal and sagittal 3-T magnetic resonance images of the MFC and MTC cartilage of young patients, 28 with abnormality-free knee and 16 with pathological findings. The PR system was designed employing the probabilistic neural network classifier, textural features from the segmented ROIs and the leave-one-out evaluation method, while the PR system's precision to “unseen” data was assessed by employing the external cross-validation method. Optimal system design was accomplished on a consumer graphics processing unit (GPU) using Compute Unified Device Architecture parallel programming. PR system design on the GPU required about 3.5 min against 15 h on a CPU-based system. Highest classification accuracies for the MFC and MTC cartilages were 93.2% and 95.5%, and accuracies to “unseen” data were 89% and 86%, respectively. The proposed PR system is housed in a PC, equipped with a consumer GPU, and it may be easily retrained when new verified data are incorporated in its repository and may be of value as a second-opinion tool in a clinical environment.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a robust wood species identification scheme by using a feature-level fusion scheme. First, a novel wood feature acquirement system is devised, which can get the curve of 1D wood spectral reflectance ratio and the 2D wood surface color image. Second, the 4 wood color features, the 4 principal texture features, the 4 secondary texture features and the 4 spectral features are established, respectively. Third, a fuzzy BP neural network is proposed to perform the classification work, which consists of 4 sub-networks based on the color feature, texture feature and spectral feature. We have experimentally proved that this scheme improves the mean recognition accuracy to approximately 90% for 5 wood species. Moreover, our feature-level fusion scheme is superior to the recognition schemes which use color feature and texture feature.  相似文献

The prior knowledge of signal is the previous condition of image compressed sensing reconstruction. In order to improve the quality of the priors except for image sparsity, this paper proposes a new model of video image reconstruction. The texture is the important visual feature of video image as a result of its repeat, leading to image global geometrical structures. The nonlocal idea comes from image self-familiar and can represent image detail features from the geometrical point of view. Therefore, the texture geometrical feature of video image is researched, and we take advantage of dual-tree complex wavelet transform to portray the sparsity representation regularization of the texture. What is more, global constrained regularization is constructed with the help of the nonlocal idea. On the basis of the two regularizations above, a new reconstruction model of video image compressed sensing is proposed, which not only preserves the sparsity prior knowledge of image but also improves the quality of prior knowledge of image by promoting geometrical structure. Iterative shrinkage thresholding algorithm is adopted to solve the model leading to a both simple and quick iterative algorithm. Numerical experiments show that our method is efficient for video image recovery, especially preserving the global details of the original video image.  相似文献
