以单纤维十字型横向拉伸试验为研究对象,对纤维/基体界面采用弹性-软化双线性内聚力模型,建立了纤维复合材料在横向拉伸作用下界面法向失效过程的解析模型。得到了沿纤维/基体圆周界面的法向应力分布,纤维/基体界面的状态与界面承载力和单纤维复合材料承载力的关系,以及内聚力参数和试件几何尺寸对它们的影响。结果表明:纤维/基体圆周界面在脱粘前经历全部弹性及弹性+软化两种状态;当界面为弹性状态时,界面法向应力随界面强度线性增加;当界面为弹性+软化状态时,界面软化范围随界面裂纹萌生位移的增加而增大;界面初始脱粘位置与拉伸荷载方向重合;界面初始脱粘时的界面承载力随界面强度及界面裂纹萌生位移的增加而增加,随界面裂纹生成位移的增加而降低;单纤维复合材料的脱粘荷载受基体截面尺寸的影响,当纤维体积含量相同时,沿荷载方向截面尺寸的增大对提高脱粘荷载更显著。 相似文献

Indium phosphide (InP) quantum dots (QDs) are ideal substitutes for widely used cadmium-based QDs and have great application prospects in biological fields due to their environmentally benign properties and human safety. However, the synthesis of InP core/shell QDs with biocompatibility, high quantum yield (QY), uniform particle size, and high stability is still a challenging subject. Herein, high quality (QY up to 72%) thick shell InP/GaP/ZnS core/shell QDs (12.8 ± 1.4 nm) are synthesized using multiple injections of shell precursor and extension of shell growth time, with GaP serving as the intermediate layer and 1-octanethiol acting as the new S source. The thick shell InP/GaP/ZnS core/shell QDs still keep high QY and photostability after transfer into water. InP/GaP/ZnS core/shell QDs as fluorescence labels to establish QD-based fluorescence-linked immunosorbent assay (QD-FLISA) for quantitative detection of C-reactive protein (CRP), and a calibration curve is established between fluorescence intensity and CRP concentrations (range: 1–800 ng mL−1, correlation coefficient: R2 = 0.9992). The limit of detection is 2.9 ng mL−1, which increases twofold compared to previously reported cadmium-free QD-based immunoassays. Thus, InP/GaP/ZnS core/shell QDs as a great promise fluorescence labeling material, provide a new route for cadmium-free sensitive and specific immunoassays in biomedical fields. 相似文献

PbI2/MoS2,as a typical van der Waals(vdW)heterostructure,has attracted intensive attention owing to its remarkable electronic and optoelectronic properties.In this work,the effect of defects on the electronic structures of a PbI2/MoS2 heterointerface has been systematically investigated.The manner in which the defects modulate the band structure of PbI2/MoS2,including the band gap,band edge,band alignment,and defect energy-level density within the band gap is discussed herein.It is shown that sulfur defects tune the band gaps,iodine defects shift the positions of the band edge and Fermi level,and lead defects realize the conversions between the straddling-gap band alignment and valence-band-aligned gap,thus enhancing the light-absorption ability of the material. 相似文献

Mesoporous core–shell nanostructures with controllable ultra-large open channels in their nanoshells are of great interest. However, soft template-directed cooperative assembly to mesoporous nanoshells with highly accessible pores larger than 30 nm, or even above 50 nm into macroporous range, remains a significant challenge. Herein we report a general approach for precisely tailored coating of hierarchically macro-/mesoporous polymer and carbon shells, possessing highly accessible radial channels with extremely wide pore size distribution from ca. 10 nm to ca. 200 nm, on diverse functional materials. This strategy creates opportunities to tailor the interfacial assembly of irregular mesostructured nanounits on core materials and generate various core–shell nanomaterials with controllable pore architectures. The obtained Fe,N-doped macro-/mesoporous carbon nanoshells show enhanced electrochemical performance for the oxygen reduction reaction in alkaline condition. 相似文献

Ni-Dimethylglyoxime complex immobilized on functionalized Fe3O4 was synthesized by a post-grafting way and utilized as a novel, thermally stable, recoverable, and efficient for green synthesis of dicoumarols through reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin with various aldehydes in excellent yields and higher rate. Fe3O4@SiO2-silylcyclopropyl-dimethylglyoxime-Ni superparamagnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller technique. 4,4′-bipyridine bridged two Cu (II) complexes, [Cu2L12(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 ( 1 ) and [Cu2L22(4,4′-bipy)]n·(2H2O)n ( 2 ) (where, HL1 = 2-[(3-methylamino-propylimino)-methyl]-phenol, H2L2 = 3-[(2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzylidene)-amino]-propionic acid, and 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal structure determination, mass spectrometry, FT-IR, electronic absorption, and emission spectroscopy. Complex 1 is dinuclear cationic compound and counter balanced by perchlorate anion, whereas complex 2 possesses 1D poly-nuclear structure. Both the complexes crystallize in monoclinic system with P21/c space group and the copper centers possess square pyramidal geometry. H-bonding, C-H···π, π···π interactions results the formation of two dimentional supramolecular structure for both the complexes. Interactions of complexes with bovine serum albumins (BSA) and human serum albumins (HSA) have been studied by using electronic absorption and emission spectroscopic technique. The calculated values of binding constants (Kb) are (9.22 ± 0.26) × 105 L mol−1 ( 1 -BSA), (7.19 ± 0.16) × 105 L mol−1 ( 1 -HSA), (5.05 ± 0.20) × 105 L mol−1 ( 2 -BSA) and (3.56 ± 0.25) × 105 L mol−1 ( 2 -HSA). The mechanism of serum albumins-complex interactions have been investigated by fluorescence lifetime measurement. Fluorescence spectroscopic studies indicate that both the complexes interact with calf thymas-DNA. Catecholase activity of the complexes has been studied in methanol using 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol (3,5-DTBC) as substrate and the result show that both the complexes are active for catalytic oxidation of 3,5-DTBC to 3,5-di-tert-butylquinone (3,5-DTBQ) in presence of molecular oxygen. Calculated values of turnover numbers are 71.81 ± 1.04 h−1 and 69.45 ± 0.74 h−1 for 1 and 2 , respectively. 相似文献

A series of new heteromultinuclear FeI/RuII clusters are described. The complexes (η6-arene)RuFe2S2(CO)6 (arene = p-cymene 1 , C6Me6 2 ) and Fe2[μ-S (Cp*Ru)(CO)2]2(CO)6 (Cp* = η5-C5Me5) ( 3 ) were prepared by the reduction reactions of (μ-S)2Fe2(CO)6 with 2 equiv of LiHBEt3, followed by treatment (μ-SLi)2Fe2(CO)6 with ruthenium-arene complexes Ru2(μ-Cl)2Cl2(η6-arene)2 or Cp*Ru (CO)2Cl in 22–33% yields. Further reactions of 1 and 2 with 1 equiv of triphenylphosphine in the presence of the decarbonylating agent Me3NO·2H2O, afforded the corresponding monophosphine-substituted FeI/RuII complexes (η6-arene)RuFe2S2(CO)5(Ph3P) (arene = p-cymene 4 , C6Me6 5 ) in 75% and 78% yields. While treatment of parent complex 1 or 2 with 1 equiv of diphosphine Ph2PCH2PPh2 (dppm) in xylene at reflux temperature resulted in the formation of the diphosphine-bridged RuFe2S2(CO)9 derivate RuFe2S2(CO)7(dppm) ( 6 ). The possible pathway for the formation was proposed. Two isomers of novel macrocyclic complexes involve the (η6-arene) Ru-bridged quadruple-butterfly Fe/S clusters [{μ-S (CH2)3S-μ}{(μ-CS2)Fe2(CO)6}2]2[(η6-arene)Ru]2 (arene = p-cymene 7a and 7b , C6Me6 8a and 8b ) were isolated by reactions of two μ-CS2-containing dianion [{μ-S (CH2)3S-μ}{(μ-S=CS)Fe2(CO)6}2]2− with [Ru2(μ-Cl)2Cl2(η6-arene)2], in which the propylene groups are attached to two S atoms by ee and ea types of bonds respectively. All the new complexes 1 – 8 have been characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopy, and particularly for 1 – 6 , 7b and 8a by X-ray crystallography. The design of new uranyl-ligands (uranyl-Ls) is of great significance for the separation and utilization of uranium. In this paper, the triazole group was introduced into uranyl-salophen (uranyl-S) to form new asymmetric uranyl-unilateral benzotriazole salophen (uranyl-UBS); we further replaced two oxygen atoms of uranyl-UBS with two sulfur atoms to generate uranyl-unilateral benzotriazole thio-salophen (uranyl-UBTS) as a new receptor. Then, we comprehensively explored coordination models of uranyl-UBS and uranyl-UBTS with R/S-triadimefons (R/S-TDFs) enantiomers as the guests using density functional theory calculations at the B3LYP//RECP/6-311G** level; we then investigated enantioselectivity recognition of the new receptors to the guests R/S-TDFs. The results indicated that the uranium atoms of the receptors uranyl-S, uranyl-UBS and uranyl-UBTS could coordinate with the carbonyl oxygens in guests R/S-TDFs to form complexes of guest-receptors R/S-TDFs-uranyl-Ls that exhibited two stable V-shaped structures with quite different properties. It was found that the coordination ability to the guests R/S-TDFs is uranyl-UBTS > uranyl-UBS > uranyl-S, while the enantioselectivity for the guests is uranyl-UBTS > uranyl-S > uranyl-UBS and, when the receptor is the same, R-TDF has stronger coordination ability than S-TDF. These results provide information and theoretical supports for the experiments of asymmetric uranyl-UBS with R/S-TDFs, and produce a reference for further exploring the coordination characteristics of asymmetric uranyl-salophen with the triazole derivatives. 相似文献
