Aqua substitution from mononuclear Pt(II) complexes with 2-(pyrazol-1-ylmethyl)quinoline non-leaving ligands

The rates of aqua substitution from [Pt{2-(pyrazol-1-ylmethyl)quinoline}(H₂O)₂](ClO₄)₂, [Pt(H₂Qn)], [Pt{2-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)quinoline}(H₂O)₂](ClO₄)₂, [Pt(dCH₃Qn)], [Pt{2-[(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)pyrazol-1-ylmethyl]quinoline}(H₂O)₂](ClO₄)₂, [Pt(dCF₃Qn)], and [Pt{2-[(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)pyrazol-1-ylmethyl]pyridine}(H₂O)₂](ClO₄)₂, [Pt(dCF₃Py)], with three sulfur donor nucleophiles were studied. The reactions were followed under pseudo-first-order conditions as a function of nucleophile concentration and temperature using a stopped-flow analyzer and UV/visible spectrophotometry. The substitution reactions proceeded sequentially. The second-order rate constants for substituting the aqua ligands in the first substitution step increased in the order Pt(dCH₃Qn) < Pt(dCF₃Qn) < Pt(H₂Qn) < Pt(dCF₃Py), while that of the second substitution step was Pt(dCH₃Qn) < Pt(dCF₃Qn) < Pt(dCF₃Py) < Pt(H₂Qn). The reactivity trends confirm that the quinoline substructure in the (pyrazolylmethyl)quinoline ligands acts as an apparent donor of electron density toward the metal center rather than being a π-acceptor. Measured pK_a values from spectrophotometric acid–base titrations were Pt(H₂Qn) (pK_a1 = 4.56; pK_a2 = 6.32), Pt(dCH₃Qn) (pK_a1 = 4.88; pK_a2 = 6.31), Pt(dCF₃Qn) (pK_a1 = 4.07; pK_a2 = 6.35), and Pt(dCF₃Py) (pK_a1 = 4.76; pK_a2 = 6.27). The activation parameters from the temperature dependence of the second-order rate constants support an associative mechanism of substitution.     

Synthesis of pyrrol-pyridazyl-triazolyl-pyridines via Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction

Conjugated alternative donor–acceptor type pyrrol-pyridazyl-triazolyl-pyridine N-heterocyclic systems were synthesized via Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of pyrrol-pyridazylacetylene with azidopyridines.     

类晶加合物(M=Co, Cu, Ni)的晶体结构及分子间相互作用的理论研究

合成了3种化合物 [2-ClPyH]2CoCl4(1), [2-ClPyH]2NiCl4(2)和[2-ClPyH]2CuCl4(3), 单晶X射线衍射法晶体结构测定结果表明, 这3种化合物是同形加合物, 在它们的结构中, [2-ClPyH]+离子呈平面状, 而[MCl4]2-离子为变形的四面体. 晶体结构分析发现晶体中存在N—H…Cl和C—H…Cl氢键, 以及Cl…Cl分子间相互作用和π-π堆积作用. 对自由状态下独立的配位离子进行的几何构型优化, 以及三维周期性条件下几何结构优化的量子化学计算结果表明, 标题化合物中具有方向性和选择性的氢键决定延伸性结构的方向, 而相对较弱的卤素…卤素作用在最终晶体结构的确定中扮演很重要的角色.     

Benzo[7,8]indolizinoquinoline scaffolds based on Mg(ClO4)2-promoted regiospecific imide reduction and π-cyclization of N-acyliminium species. Analogues of the topo-1 poison rosettacin and 22-hydroxyacuminatine alkaloids

A general five-step synthesis of a short library of benzo[7,8]indolizinoquinolinine analogues of the topoisomerase-1 (topo-1) poison rosettacin and 22-hydroxyacuminatine alkaloids from DMAD and ortho-ketoanilines is reported. This consists on successively, the tandem aza-Michael addition/cyclodehydration, the hydrolysis of the resulting diesters into corresponding o-dicarboxylic acids, and the tandem intermolecular amidation/cyclodehydration into N-substituted imides. The regioselective reduction of one imide carbonyl into corresponding α-hydroxy lactams promoted by a Lewis acid Mg(ClO₄)₂ was followed ultimately with TFA-promoted π-cationic cyclization via stable N-acyliminiums species as an important key step.     

石墨二炔及其电子转移增强特性

石墨二炔是由sp和sp²杂化的碳原子构成的新的碳同素异形体。由于石墨二炔具有独特的拓扑结构和电子结构、较高的电荷迁移率及优异的电子传输性能,使其与其他材料相互作用,可表现出独特的电子转移增强特性。本文基于石墨二炔的电子转移增强特性,概述了石墨二炔及其电子转移增强特性的最新研究进展,包括金属氧化物/石墨二炔、金属纳米颗粒/石墨二炔、聚合物/石墨二炔以及染料分子/石墨二炔等多种石墨二炔基材料。本文从理论和实验研究两个方面详细阐述了石墨二炔的电子转移增强特性、石墨二炔与不同材料的相互作用以及相关的应用。希望该综述能对石墨炔化学的发展起到一定的积极作用。     

反相高效液相色谱法测定乳品及乳制品中的黄曲霉毒素M_1

采用反相高效液相色谱测定乳品及乳制品中黄曲霉毒素M_1(AFM_1)的含量。样品经氯仿提取,过硅胶固相萃取柱净化,用氯仿-丙酮(1+1)混合溶液将黄曲霉毒素M_1从固相萃取柱上洗脱下来。以ZORBAX SB C_(18)色谱柱为分离柱,水和乙腈为流动相梯度淋洗,用荧光检测器检测,外标法定量。黄曲霉毒素M_1在1.0～25μg·L~(-1)质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.05μg·kg~(-1)。应用此法测定了牛奶和乳粉中AFM_1的含量,并测得其平均回收率分别在76.0%～80.0%和76.7%～90.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于7.0%。     

On the order of a non-abelian representation group of a slim dense near hexagon

In this paper we study the possible orders of a non-abelian representation group of a slim dense near hexagon. We prove that if the representation group R of a slim dense near hexagon S is non-abelian, then R is a 2-group of exponent 4 and |R|=2 ^β , 1+NPdim(S)≤β≤1+dimV(S), where NPdim(S) is the near polygon embedding dimension of S and dimV(S) is the dimension of the universal representation module V(S) of S. Further, if β=1+NPdim(S), then R is necessarily an extraspecial 2-group. In that case, we determine the type of the extraspecial 2-group in each case. We also deduce that the universal representation group of S is a central product of an extraspecial 2-group and an abelian 2-group of exponent at most 4. This work was partially done when B.K.
