本文采用ICP-MS法测定了土壤国家标准样品中的部分重金属元素(Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr、 Ni、Mo)的含量,其测定值与推荐值相符,准确度符合要求。各元素方法的检出限满足要求,精密度介于0.91%~4.34%,加标回收率介于94%~106%。该方法简便快速,结果准确,可以运用于大批量地质样品中的部分重金属元素含量的同时测定。  相似文献

Ultrasonic-assisted treatment is an eco-friendly and cost-effective emulsification method, and the acoustic cavitation effect produced by ultrasonic equipment is conducive to the formation of stable emulsion. However, its effect on the underlying stability of low-molecular-weight oyster peptides (LOPs) functional-nutrition W1/O/W2 double emulsion has not been reported. The effects of different ultrasonic power (50, 75, 100, 125, and 150 W) on the stability of double emulsions and the ability to mask the fishy odor of LOPs were investigated. Low ultrasonic power (50 W and 75 W) treatment failed to form a well-stabilized double emulsion, and excessive ultrasound treatment (150 W) destroyed its structure. At an ultrasonic power of 125 W, smaller particle-sized double emulsion was formed with more uniform distribution, more whiteness, and a lower viscosity coefficient. Meanwhile, the cavitation effect generated by 125 W ultrasonic power improved storage, and oxidative stabilities, emulsifying properties of double emulsion by reducing the droplet size and improved sensorial acceptability by masking the undesirable flavor of LOPs. The structure of the double emulsion was further confirmed by optical microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy. The ultrasonic-assisted treatment is of potential value for the industrial application of double emulsion in functional-nutrition foods.  相似文献

The matched energy band structure and efficient carrier separation efficiency are the keys to heterogeneous photocatalytic reactions. A novel organic/inorganic step scheme (S-scheme) heterojunction PDI-Urea/BiOBr composite photocatalyst was constructed by simple solvothermal reaction combined with in-situ growth strategy. The composite photocatalyst not only has high chemical stability, but also can generate and accumulate a large number of active species (h+, ?O2?, ?OH, H2O2). PDI-Urea/BiOBr showed higher photocatalytic activity for the degradation of antibiotic such as ofloxacin (OFLO), tetracycline (TC) and the production of H2O2 in the spectral range of 400–800 nm. The apparent rate constant of 15% PDI-Urea/BiOBr for photocatalytic degradation of TC (or OFLO) was 2.7 (or 2.5) times that of pure BiOBr and 1.7 (or 1.8) times that of pure PDI-Urea. The H2O2 evolution rate of 15% PDI-Urea/BiOBr was 2.5 times that of PDI-Urea and 1.5 times that of BiOBr, respectively. This work has formed a mature S-scheme heterojunction design thought and method, which offers new visions for the development of heterogeneous photocatalysts.  相似文献

A [3 + 2]/[2 + 1] cycloaddition reaction of gem?difluorocyclopropenes is presented, offering a mild and efficient approach to accessing tri- and tetra-substituted 4-fluoropyridines in moderate to good yields with excellent regioselectivity. Intravenous nanosuspensions are attracted growing attention as a viable strategy for development of intravenous formulations of poorly water-soluble drugs. However, only few information about the biological fate of intravenous nanosuspensions is currently known, especially amorphous nanosuspensions are not reported yet. In this study, the in vivo fate of herpetrione (HPE) amorphous nanosuspensions following intravenous administration was explored by using an aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) probe and HPLC methods. The ACQ probe is physically embedded into HPE nanoparticles via anti-solvent method to form HPE hybrid nanosuspensions (HPE-HNSs) for bioimaging. HPE-HNSs emit strong and stable fluorescence, but fluorescence quenches immediately upon the dissolution of HPE-HNSs, confirming the self-discrimination of HPE-HNSs. Following intravenous administration of HPE-HNSs, integral HPE-HNSs and HPE show similar degradation and biodistribution, with rapid clearance from blood circulation and obvious accumulation in liver and lung. Due to the slower dissolution and enhanced recognition by reticulo-endothelial system, 450 nm HPE-HNSs accumulate more in liver, lung and spleen than that of 200 nm HPE-HNSs. These results demonstrate that integral HPE-HNSs determine the in vivo performance of HPE-HNSs. This study provides insight into the in vivo fate of intravenous amorphous nanosuspensions.  相似文献

Amino acids are basic units to construct a protein with the assistance of various interactions. During this building process, steric hindrance derived from amino acid side groups or side chains is a factor that could not be ignored. In this contribution, adsorption behaviors of C-terminal amino acid derivatives with amino acid residues fused in 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride were investigated by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations at various liquid/solid interfaces. STM results at 1-phenyloctane/HOPG interface show that N,N'-3,4,9,10-perylenedicarboximide (GP) and N,N'-methyl-3,4,9,10-perylenedicarboximide (AP) formed linear and herringbone structures, respectively. The driving force could be attributed to different H-bonding sites induced by steric hindrance at side groups. N,N'-Benzyl-3,4,9,10-perylenedicarboximide (PP) generates both linear and herringbone structures because steric hindrance changes the H-bonding sites between PP molecules, whereas N,N'-isopropyl-3,4,9,10-perylenedicarboximide (LP) failed to be imaged because of strong steric hindrance coming from larger side group. To further investigate the impact of steric hindrance, we utilized octanoic acid (OA) as solvent to capture the adsorption details of LP and PP. We found that OA molecules drag PP and LP molecules in a different direction to generate linear structure, impeding the molecular rotation. The structure–solvent relationship shows that the steric hindrance is brought by the large side group, which makes it easier to recognize OA molecules at the interface. These results demonstrate that steric effect plays a significant role in altering interaction sites of the compounds during the adsorption process at the liquid/solid interface.  相似文献

The development of effective uranium-removal techniques is of great significance to the environment and human health. In this work, a double potential step technique (DPST) was applied to remove U(VI) from uranium-containing wastewater using a carbon felt electrode modified by graphene oxide/phytic acid composite (GO-PA@CF). The application of DPST can inhibit water splitting and prevent GO-PA from adsorbing other interfering ions in wastewater. The GO-PA composite can effectively accelerate the electrochemical reduction rate of U(VI), which significantly improved the electrochemical deposition rate of uranium oxide. As a result, the maximum removal efficiency and maximum removal capacity of GO-PA@CF electrode reached 98.7% and 1149.3 mg/g, respectively. The removal efficiency remained 97.2% after five cycles of reuse. Moreover, the removal efficiency of GO-PA@CF electrode can reach more than 70% in simulated wastewater.  相似文献

以烟酰胺和硝酸铕为原料,采用热溶剂法合成了烟酰胺-铕配合物的微纳米球。其结构和性能经红外光谱(IR)、热重(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、元素分析(EDS)和荧光检测等表征。研究结果表明:配合物含有碳、氧、氮和铕等元素,其红外光谱图与烟酰胺配体有明显的差异;配合物的质量在250 ℃和550 ℃条件下出现了明显的下降,下降率分别为15%和19%; SEM照片显示配合物为大小不均一的微纳米球,且具有较好的荧光发光性能,发射峰位于579 nm, 591 nm, 612 nm, 618 nm, 693 nm和699 nm。烟酰胺配体和烟酰胺-铕配合物对腺癌人肺泡基底上皮细胞(A549细胞)的活性影响趋势一致,随着药物浓度升高,该细胞活性没有发生明显变化。  相似文献
