We report a facile method for controllable fabrication of high-density silver nanoparticle films with a widely adjustable surface plasmon resonance (SPR) frequency, based on the gas phase cluster beam deposition. On the one hand, we can control the particle size by depositing clusters on silica substrate. Light extinction spectra of the self-assembled Ag nanoparticles with various particle sizes are characterized and show two SPRs, in which a SPR exhibits a redshift from less 400 nm to more than 570 nm with an increase in the particle size, whereas the other shows a slight position shifting. On the other hand, the inter-particle distance of the self-assembled Ag nanoparticles can also be controlled by depositing clusters on silica glass coated with Formvar film, and the SPR wavelength shows a redshift from <400 nm to more than 560 nm, which can be attributed to the increase of the fraction of closely spaced nanoparticle pairs that are near-field coupled with the deposition mass. The size and coverage-dependent SPR properties are also compared with the results from the discrete dipole approximation calculations. The present method of tailoring metallic microstructures could find important applications in plasmonics. 相似文献

Taking advantage of quantum discord and negativity respectively, four additivity relations of quantum correlations are studied in the atom-cavity system, for three identical two-level atoms resonantly interact with a single-mode high-Q cavity simultaneously. Through numerical analysis, we find that in this model of atom-cavity system, four additivity relations of negativity are always satisfied well, no matter tripartite are in the pure states or the mixed states, while the results of quantum discord are not always satisfied. What’s more, if and only if the mixed three-atom states evolve into the pure states again, four additivity inequality relations of quantum discord and negativity become equalities simultaneously. 相似文献

In this paper, the concept of C-left hyperideals is introduced in ordered semihypergroups, and several related properties are investigated. In particular, we discuss the relationships between the greatest left hyperideals and C-left hyperideals of ordered semihypergroups. Furthermore, we introduce the concept of left bases of an ordered semihypergroup, and give out the sufficient and necessary conditions of the existence of the greatest C-left hyperideal of an ordered semihypergroup by the properties of left bases. The coherent manipulation of Bose–Einstein condensates by far blue detuned optical dipole potentials is discussed in two regimes. The local manipulation of the phase of the condensate wavefunction by temporally applied dipole potentials represents a powerful tool for the design of matter waves. We use this method in particular for the creation of dark solitons in Bose–Einstein condensates and study their dynamics. Spatially inhomogeneous dipole potentials like far blue detuned doughnut laser beams can be used for the creation of Bose–Einstein condensates within a waveguide structure. 相似文献
