This paper studies the finite statistical-mechanical entropy of the
Schwarzschild anti-de Sitter (AdS) spacetime arising from quantum
massless scalar field by using the `brick wall' approach in the
Painlev\'e and Lemaitre coordinates. At first glance, it seems that
the results would be different from that in the Schwarzschild-like
coordinate since both the Painlev\'e and the Lemaitre spacetimes do
not possess the event horizon obviously. However, this paper proves
that the entropies in these coordinates are exactly equivalent to
that in the Schwarzschild-like coordinate. 相似文献

We study a general class of holographic superconductor models via the Stu¨ckelberg mechanism in the non-minimal derivative coupling theory in which the charged scalar field is kinetically coupling to Einstein’s tensor. We explore the effects of the coupling parameter on the critical temperature, the order of phase transitions and the critical expo- nents near the second-order phase transition point. Moreover, we compute the electrical conductivity using the probe approximation and check the ratios ω g /T c for the different coupling parameters. 相似文献

Using the monodromy technique proposed by Motl and Neitzke (.Adv. Theor. Math. Phys. 7(2003)307), we investigate the analytic forms of the asymptotic quasinormal frequencies for the massless scalar perturbation in the Garfinkle-Horowitz-Strominger dilaton spacetime. We find that the real parts of the quasinormal frequencies are TH ln 3. This agrees with that of the quasinormal modes in the Schwarzschild spacetime. Our result implies that Hod‘s conjecture about In 3 is still valid for the black hole spacetime in the string theory. 相似文献

By using the third-order Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin approximation and the monodromy methods, the quasnormal modes of a coupled scalar field in the canonical non-rotating acoustic black hole spacetime are investigated. It is shown that the coupling between the scalar field and background metric affects the quasinormal frequencies. At low overtones, both the real part and the magnitude of imaginary part increase with the couple factor ξ. For the larger ξ, both of them are almost linearly related to the couple factor. At high overtones, it is found that the frequency formula of the quasinormal modes is 2πω/κ = ln ( 1 + 2 cos√9-24ξ/5 π) - i(2n + 1)π, which means that 5 when ξ is larger, the real part is the linear function of ξ^1/2. 相似文献

Statistical-Mechanical Entropies of Schwarzschild Black Hole due to Arbitrary Spin Fields in Different Coordinates 下载免费PDF全文
The statistical-mechanical entropies of the Schwarzschild black hole arising from the scalar, Weyl neutrino, electromagnetic, Rarita-Schwinger and gravitational fields are investigated in the Painlevg and Lemaitre coordinates. Although the metrics in the Painlevg and the Lemaitre coordinates do not obviously possess the singularity as that in the Schwarzschild coordinate, we find that the entropies of the arbitrary spin fields in both the Painlevd and Lemaitre coordinates are exactly equivalent to that in the Schwarzschild coordinate. 相似文献

Using Newtonian forms for equations of motion, we consider the motion of particles and photons in the dilaton spacetime. Some classical gravitational effects, such as the bending of light rays, the perihelion advance of a planet, the delay of radar echo, and the gravitational redshifts, have been investigated. The results show that the gravitational effects arising from the dilaton can be observed provided that the dilaton is large enough. 相似文献

Quantum Fisher information(QFI) associated with local metrology has been used to parameter estimation in open quantum systems. In this work, we calculated the QFI for a moving Unruh–De Witt detector coupled with massless scalar fields in n-dimensional spacetime, and analyzed the behavior of QFI with various parameters, such as the dimension of spacetime, evolution time, and Unruh temperature. We discovered that the QFI of state parameter decreases monotonically from 1 to 0 over time. Additionall... 相似文献

THERMODYNAMICS OF THE SLOWLY ROTATING KERR-NEWMAN BLACK HOLE IN THE GRAND CANONICAL ENSEMBLE 下载免费PDF全文
We investigate the thermodynamics of the slowly rotating Kerr-Newman (K-N) black hole in the grand canonical ensemble with York's formalism. Some thermodynamical properties, such as the thermodynamical action, entropy, thermodynamical energy and heat capacity are studied, and solutions of the slowly rotating K-N black hole with different boundary conditions are analysed. We find stable solutions and instantons under certain boundary conditions. 相似文献

By using Brown-York quasilocal energy theory we calculate the quasilocal energy of a stationary axisymmetic EMDA black hole and explore the universality of Martinez's conjecture in string theory. We show that the energy is positive and monotonically decreases to the ADM mass at spatial infinity, and the Martinez's conjecture, the Brown-York quasilocal energy at the outer horizon reduces to twice its irreducible mass, is still valid for stationary axisymmetric EMDA black hole. From the result we also find that the Kerr-Sen spacetime keeps up with Martinez's conjecture. This is different from the Bose-Naing result that the quasilocal energy of the Kerr-Sen spacetime does not approach the Martinez's conjecture. 相似文献
