CO2重整甲烷制合成气催化剂六铝酸盐LaNiy/Al12-yO19-δ的研究 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
A series of Ni modified hexaaluminates LaNi y Al 12- y O 19- δ ( y =0 3, 0 6, 0 9, 1 0) were prepared by decomposition of nitrates and calcination at high temperature. The crystalline structure and catalytic properties for CO 2 reforming of methane to synthesis gas were investigated by using XRD, XPS, TPR and TGA techniques. The results showed that a pure hexaaluminate LaNi y Al 12- y O 19- δ phase is formed only when y value is in 0< y ≤1. The reduced hexaaluminates LaNi y Al 12- y O 19- δ exhibit significant catalytic activity and stability for the reaction of CO 2 reforming of methane to synthesis gas at 780 ℃, and no deactivation resulting from carbon deposition is found. In the meantime, the catalytic activity is obviously affected by the modifier Ni in the hexaaluminate lattices. Under the same reaction conditions, the conversion of CH 4 and CO 2 increase with increase in the amount ( y value) of the modifier Ni. 相似文献

A series of M-modified hexaaluminates, MNiAl(11)O(19-|?)(M=Ca, Sr, Ba), were prepared as new catalysts for methane reforming With CO2 to syngas. The structures and catalytic activities of these catalysts were investigated. These catalysts exhibited high catalytic activities and good stability for methane reforming With CO2 to syngas at high temperatures. The conversions of CH4 and CO2 were over 93.4% and 91.2%, respectively. When the reaction was carried out at 780oC for 2 h. no Ni sintering and catalyst deactivation were found. 相似文献

Investigations of the constituents of the stem barks of Garcinia xanthochymus have yielded two new compounds, garcinenones X (1) and Y (2), along with five known xanthones, 1,4,5,6-tetrahydroxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)xanthone (3), 1,4,6-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)xanthone (4), 1,4,5,6-tetrahydroxy-7,8-di(3-methylbut-2-enyl)xanthone (5), 1,3,5,6-tetrahydroxy-4,7,8-tri(3-methylbut-2-enyl)xanthone (6), and 1,5,6-trihydroxy-7,8-di(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-6',6'dimethylpyrano(2',3':3,4)xanthone (7). The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods. The cell growth inhibitory activity of the isolated compounds against the PC-3 cell line was measured. Among them, compounds 2, 3, 5, and 6 exhibited significant inhibitory effects with IG50 values of 14.3, 15.5, 11.1, and 6.8 microM, respectively. 相似文献

In this paper, the properties of carbon deposited on hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and in the meantime, the amount of carbon deposited on the catalyst, after both CH4 decomposition and CO2 reforming of CH4, was determined by means of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively. The rates of carbon deposited on the catalyst were also investigated and the apparent kinetic equation of CO2 reforming of CH4: vc = kp0.72(CH4).p-0.55(CO2), was established by analyzing the relation between the rates of deposited carbon and the pressure ratio of CH4 and CO2. 相似文献

The amount of carbon deposited on hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst in CH4 decomposition and CO2 reforming of methane was determined by means of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The properties of carbon formed on the catalysts were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), temperature-programmed CO2 reaction (TPR-CO2), and temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) techniques. The experimental results showed that hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst possessed high resistance to carbon deposition in CO2 reforming of methane to synthesis gas at high temperatures, and CO2 played an important role in eliminating carbon during the reaction. At least two forms of the deposited carbon, graphite and carbide, were produced during methane reforming with CO2. 相似文献
