用正电子研究半导体材料GaSb的缺陷

用正电子寿命谱和符合多普勒技术研究了电子辐照过的GaSb样品．揭示出原牛未掺杂GaSb样品中存在单空位型VGa相关缺陷，具有284ps左右的寿命值．电子辐照能使这种缺陷的浓度增大，使平均寿命值从辐照前的265Ps增大到辐照后的268ps．低温符合多普勒展宽实验结果表明退火后的电子辐照过的原生未掺杂GaSb样品中仍然存在反位缺陷Gasb．掺Zn、Te样品的实验也证实电子辐照在GaSb样品中会引入VGa，284 ps类型的缺陷．     

Simultaneous chemical fingerprint and quantitative analysis of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae by accelerated solvent extraction and high‐performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry

Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae (RSG) is a well‐known herbal medicine with the homology of medicine and food. In this study, simultaneous chemical fingerprint and quantitative analysis of the bioactive flavonoid components of RSG were developed using accelerated solvent extraction and high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with ion trap tandem mass spectrometry. The operational parameters of accelerated solvent extraction including extraction solvent, extraction temperature, static extraction time, solid‐to‐liquid ratio, and extraction cycles were optimized. Hierarchical cluster analysis, similarity analysis, and principal component analysis were performed to evaluate the similarity and variation of the samples collected from several provinces in China. Subsequently, high‐performance liquid chromatography fingerprints were established for the discrimination of 16 batches of RSG samples, and the major six flavonoids, namely, toxifolin, neoastilbin, astilbin, neoisoastilbin, isoastilbin, and engeletin were then quantitatively determined. The calibration curves for all the six analytes showed good linearity (r² > 0.999), and the limits of detection and quantification were less than 0.10 and 0.27 μg·mL^?1, respectively. Therefore, the proposed extraction and determination methods were proved to be robust and reliable for the quality control of RSG.     

Superquencher formation via nucleic acid induced noncovalent perylene probe self-assembly

A fluorophore labeled oligonucleotide could induce aggregation of a positively charged perylene probe. The perylene aggregate could very efficiently quench the fluorescence of the labeled fluorophore. Based on this observation, a new method for the highly sensitive and selective detection of a protein has been developed.

A New Three‐dimensional Metal‐organic Framework based on Dinuclear Rare Earth Cluster and Olsalazine

A new microporous metal organic frameworks Eu₂(olz)₃ · 7(DMF), based on olsalazine, has been successfully designed and synthesized. Eu‐olz has three‐dimensional structure with dinuclear rare earth cluster and drug molecule olsalazine as ligand, and features as low toxic MOF materials. The Eu‐olz exhibits weak fluorescent emission which can be ascribed to the luminescence of the organic ligand.     

Stereospecific Synthesis and Photophysical Properties of Propeller-Shaped C90H48 PAH

Herein, we have synthesized an enantiomerically pure propeller-shaped PAH, C₉₀H₄₈, possessing three [7]helicene and three [5]helicene subunits. This compound can be obtained in gram quantities in a straightforward manner. The photophysical and chiroptical properties were investigated using UV/Vis absorption and emission, optical rotation and circular dichroism spectroscopy, supported by DFT calculations. The nonlinear optical properties were investigated by two-photon absorption measurements using linearly and circularly polarized light. The extremely twisted structure and packing of the homochiral compound were investigated by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.

固态发酵-水煮耦合炮制牛蒡子提高牛蒡子苷元含量

研究了黑曲霉Aspergillus niger ZJUT712菌株固态发酵和水煮工艺相耦合炮制牛蒡子. 结果表明,该工艺提高了牛蒡子中有效成分牛蒡子苷元的含量,从而有利于促进牛蒡子摄入体内迅速起效. 最佳固态发酵炮制条件为: 0.5 g牛蒡子粉、 3 g麸皮、 2 g甘蔗渣、 0.3 g蛋白胨和10 ml Mandels营养液,固液比1∶3.6 g/ml, 初始pH 5.6, 30 ℃发酵 7 d. 牛蒡子苷元产率随底物初始浓度的增加而降低. A.niger ZJUT712转化0.174 mmol/L牛蒡子苷的产率可达93.0%. 7 d时间内A.niger ZJUT712水解牛蒡子苷的过程符合Monod方程,反应动力学常数为Vm=0.083 7 mmol/(L·d), Km=0.16 mmol/L.
