提出了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定肉制品中8种雌激素(辛基酚、壬基酚、双酚A、己烯雌酚、雌酮、17β-雌二醇、17α-乙炔雌二醇和雌三醇)含量的方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取两次,过HLB固相萃取柱净化后,将洗脱液氮吹至近干,残渣用甲醇-水(1+9)溶液溶解。采用AC-QUITYTMBEH C18色谱柱分离,用含0.1%(体积分数)甲酸的5mmol.L-1乙酸铵溶液和甲醇组成的流动相梯度洗脱。质谱测定中采用负离子电离方式,多反应监测模式。方法检出限(3S/N)在0.2~0.3μg.kg-1之间。方法的回收率在76.2%~108.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为4.3%~11.7%。  相似文献

用密度泛函理论(Density Functional Theory,DFT)方法,在B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)水平上对一种香豆素衍生物分子进行几何结构优化,得到其最稳定构型、分子能量及HOMO、LUMO轨道能量。在优化结构的基础上用同样的方法,在B3LYP/6-31G基组水平上计算了该分子的红外振动光谱和核磁共振1HNMR谱,并对其红外光谱峰位及1HNMR化学位移进行了归属。  相似文献

The complete set of Higgs-boson two-loop contributions to electric dipole moments of the electron and neutron is calculated in the minimal supersymmetric standard model. The electric dipole moments are induced by CP-violating trilinear couplings of the `CP-odd' and charged Higgs bosons to the scalar top and bottom quarks. The dynamics of NN-qubit GHZ state quantum Fisher information (QFI) under phase noise lasers (PNLs) driving is investigated in terms of non-Markovian master equation. We first investigate the non-Markovian dynamics of the QFI of NN-qubit GHZ state and show that when the ratio of the PNL rate and the system–environment coupling strength is very small, the oscillations of the QFIs decay slower which corresponds to the non-Markovian region; yet when it becomes large, the QFIs monotonously decay which corresponds to the Markovian region. When the atom number NN increases, QFIs in both regions decay faster. We further find that the QFI flow disappears suddenly followed by a sudden birth depending on the ratio of the PNL rate and the system–environment coupling strength and the atom number NN, which unveil a fundamental connection between the non-Markovian behaviors and the parameters of system–environment couplings. We discuss two optimal positive operator-valued measures (POVMs) for two different strategies of our model and find the condition of the optimal measurement. At last, we consider the QFI of two atoms with qubit–qubit interaction under random telegraph noises (RTNs).  相似文献

In this study,the preparation of a new kind of magnetic and luminescent Fe3O4/CdTe nanocomposites was demonstrated. Superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were first synthesized by hydrothermal coprecipitation of ferric and ferrous ions,followed by the modification of their surfaces with tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAOH) and the chemical activation with aspartic acid.The surface-modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles were then covalently coated with CdTe quantum dots(QDs),which were modified with mercaptoacetic acid(MPA),to form the Fe3O4/CdTe magnetic and luminescent nanocomposites through the coordination of the amino groups on the surfaces of Fe3O4 and the carboxyl groups on CdTe QDs.The structure and properties of as-synthesized nanocomposites were characterized.It was indicated that the nanocomposites possessed structure with an average diameter of 40- 50 nm,yellow-green emission feature and room temperature ferro-magnetism.Both the fluorescence and UV-vis absorption spectra of the nanocomposites showed a blue shift comparing with those of CdTe QDs.The mechanism of the blue shift was presented.The nanocomposites retained the ferromagnetic property with a saturation magnetization of 8.9 emu/g.  相似文献
