The health status of the momentum wheel is vital for a satellite. Recently, research on anomaly detection for satellites has become more and more extensive. Previous research mostly required simulation models for key components. However, the physical models are difficult to construct, and the simulation data does not match the telemetry data in engineering applications. To overcome the above problem, this paper proposes a new anomaly detection framework based on real telemetry data. First, the time-domain and frequency-domain features of the preprocessed telemetry signal are calculated, and the effective features are selected through evaluation. Second, a new Huffman-multi-scale entropy (HMSE) system is proposed, which can effectively improve the discrimination between different data types. Third, this paper adopts a multi-class SVM model based on the directed acyclic graph (DAG) principle and proposes an improved adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) method to train the SVM model. The proposed method is applied to anomaly detection for satellite momentum wheel voltage telemetry data. The recognition accuracy and detection rate of the method proposed in this paper can reach 99.60% and 99.87%. Compared with other methods, the proposed method can effectively improve the recognition accuracy and detection rate, and it can also effectively reduce the false alarm rate and the missed alarm rate. 相似文献

针对轮-轨滚动接触的短波长波浪形磨损现象,采用有限元法分析了三维实体模型的接触状态,通过计算分析了高频力作用下接触表面的塑性变形过程.结果表明:在一定的运动条件下,由于重复滚压作用,接触表面发生硬化并达到安定极限状态,生成有规律的短波长变形;钢轨表面塑性变形受枕木间距的影响;就具有随动硬化特性的钢轨材料而言,当摩擦系数μ<0.3时,屈服现象发生在材料表层下方;随着摩擦系数的增大,接触表面的切向力增大,安定极限的临界接触压力Po降低,屈服点移向接触表面,材料失效加快. 相似文献

This study was aimed at investigating traction performance of a cage wheel for use in swampy peat soils in Indonesia. The tests were conducted in a soil bin filled with peat soil taken from the swampy areas. A set up was developed to measure tractive performance of a single cage wheel. Deep sinkage and high wheel slip were identified as the major problems of using the existing cage wheel design in swampy peat soils. The results revealed that increasing the lug angle from 15 to 35° and the length of lug improved the tractive performance of the cage wheel significantly, while increasing the number of lugs from 14 to 18 and width of lug did not improve the tractive performance significantly. A cage wheel with lug size 325×80 mm, 35° lug angle, 14 lugs (26° lug spacing), with 2 circumferential flat rings installed on the inner side of the lugs, out performed the other settings for use with power tillers in swampy peat soils. 相似文献

In this study, we consider a quantized-feedback-communication-based control design problem for the distributed adaptive formation tracking of multiple nonholonomic mobile robots with unknown slippage constraints under capacity-limited network control environments. Uniform-hysteretic quantizers are employed to quantize all the inputs and states of robots and the quantized position information of each robot is only transmitted to neighboring robots through directed networks. Compared with existing literature related to the robot formation, the primary contribution of this paper lies in establishing a novel local adaptive control design methodology to deal with the discontinuity problem caused by using the quantized states of each follower and the quantized position communication of neighboring robots. In the proposed strategy, the communication of the orientations and velocities of neighboring robots is not required for the local control design of follower robots. Moreover, quantized-states-based adaptive compensation schemes are constructed for the effects of signal quantization and wheel slippage. Based on the analysis of quantization errors, the practical stability strategy of the overall closed-loop formation system is derived with the convergence of local tracking errors. The synthesis, gas sorption studies, magnetic properties, and theoretical studies of new molecular wheels of core type {MnIII8LnIII8} (Ln=Dy, Ho, Er, Y and Yb), using the ligand mdeaH2, in the presence of ortho‐toluic or benzoic acid are reported. From the seven wheels studied the {Mn8Dy8} and {Mn8Y8} analogues exhibit SMM behavior as determined from ac susceptibility experiments in a zero static magnetic field. From DFT calculations a S=16 ground state was determined for the {Mn8Y8} complex due to weak ferromagnetic MnIII–MnIII interactions. Ab initio CASSCF+RASSI‐SO calculations on the {Mn8Dy8} wheel estimated the MnIII–DyIII exchange interaction as ?0.1 cm?1. This weak exchange along with unfavorable single‐ion anisotropy of DyIII/MnIII ions, however, led to the observation of SMM behavior with fast magnetic relaxation. The orientation of the g‐anisotropy of the DyIII ions is found to be perpendicular to the plane of the wheel and this suggests the possibility of toroidal magnetic moments in the cluster. The {Mn8Ln8} clusters reported here are the largest heterometallic MnIIILnIII wheels and the largest {3d–4f} wheels to exhibit SMM behavior reported to date. 相似文献

Critical ideals of a graph G which are the determinantal ideals of its generalized Laplacian matrix were first introduced by Corrales and Valencia as a generalization of the critical group. Then it was shown that critical ideals are also closely related to other properties of the graph, such as the clique number and the zero forcing number. In this note, we give a simple proof of Theorem 4.13 proved in [7], which gives a Gröbner basis of the first nontrivial critical ideal of a cycle. After that as applications we determine explicit expressions for the characteristic ideals of a cycle and the critical groups of a family of thick wheels. 相似文献

利用SFC提供的束流对新建的转轮系统进行了检验实验,得到了相关的实验结果.实验证明了该装置的可靠性,为进一步开展超重核的研究完成了预实验.A new set up was built in IMP. The reaction 24Mg+232Th was performed as a test experiment for this set up. The decay chains of 252No and 253No have been observecl in this reaction.
