Considering the uncertainty of measurement when assessing compliance with reference values given in compositional specifications and statutory limits is still a controversial matter. In theory, assessing compliance requires considering both type I (false positive) and type II (false negative) errors. The more the concentration of the analyte in the sample under investigation is close to the allowed concentration limit, the more critical it is to consider both types of errors. This paper describes how this could be done. The matter is discussed in the light of the most recent literature information.  相似文献

通过羧甲基壳聚糖与醛和乳糖反应制得N-烷基乳糖基-O,N-羧甲基壳聚糖,并以戊二醛为交联剂制成水凝胶;以人血清蛋白作为模型药物,初步探讨了该水凝胶对蛋白类药物的释放规律。结果表明:该水凝胶具有亲水-疏水两亲性和不同于壳聚糖的pH敏感性,有望应用于蛋白类药物的控制释放。  相似文献

An optimized HPLC method for the quantification of metoclopramide (MCP) in human plasma and urine is described. MCP and internal standard are extracted from alkalinized substrate into diethyl ether and back-extracted into dilute acid. The analytes are separated with a ternary mobile phase at cyanopropyl-silica and detected at 312 nm (UV detection). The lower limit of quantification is 0.5 ng/ml in plasma and 50 ng/ml in urine. Optimization of extraction, chromatography, and detection is discussed. The method is selective to numerous common drug substances with excellent accuracy and precision data. After validation, the method is applied to the samples of a pharmacokinetic study. Pharmacokinetic parameters indicate the need for a sophisticated method as tool for optimization of metoclopramide formulations.  相似文献

Recently a model has been developed capable of predicting absolute monomer concentrations and their ratios in the polymer, aqueous, and monomer droplet phases as a function of conversion in batch emulsion copolymerizations without using any adjustable parameters. In this article the sensitivity of model predictions of composition drift toward deviations of 10% in all model parameters (maximum swellabilities of monomer in the polymer phase, water solubilities, reactivity ratios, and monomer and polymer densities) was estimated using the monomer combination methyl methacrylate-styrene as an example. From the sensitivity analysis it can be concluded that the reactivity ratios are the most important parameters affecting composition drift. The effects of deviations in maximum swellabilities and monomer and polymer densities on composition drift can be neglected, while the water solubility is important only in those cases where the amount of monomer in the aqueous phase cannot be neglected as compared with the total monomer amount. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A fluoroacetate-sensitive mutant was isolated fromCorynebacterium glutamicum, ATCC 21513, following mutagenesis with NTG. Batch fermentations show that in terms of growth kinetics, glucose utilization, and lysine formation, there are significant differences between the mutant and the parent. The mutant’s specific growth rate (0.22/h) is lower than that for the parent (0.34/h). Also, the yield expressed as lysine/glucose consumed does not alter as a function of the glucose concentration for the mutant, and is about 0.22, whereas for the parent, this coefficient decreases with increasing glucose concentration. The maximum specific rate of lysine production for the mutant is 1.3 g/L/h that is about two-fold higher than that for the parent.  相似文献

我们用谱仪能量传输函数修正的相对原子灵敏度因子获得了XPS定量数据。通过将定量结果与结合能的化学位移相结合的方法,分析了CdTe表面的两个氧化过程,结果表明,机械抛光样品表面的构成是:66%CdTe,28.9%的Cd(OH)2和5.1%TeOx(X>2),而经化学抛光的表面构成是∶84.4%的TdTeO4和15.6%TeOx(X>1)。  相似文献

 能动抛光磨盘实时产生不同的表面变形,在对大口径非球面光学元件进行精磨和抛光时实现与工件表面良好的大尺寸吻合,可以消除传统光学加工采用小尺寸磨头时带来的高频残余误差并提高加工效率。以加工直径1.3m左右,F/2的抛物面光学元件为例,对能动磨盘在不同离轴度时能够产生的变形进行了计算和实验。结果表明,能动磨盘能够以较高精度产生旋转对称或非对称的抛物面形状。对能动磨盘产生变形后的残余误差进行了分析。  相似文献

Two hexacyanoferrate‐based ionic liquids, [C4Py]3Fe(CN)6 and [C16Py]3Fe(CN)6, were synthesized and characterized using Fourier transform infrared and mass spectroscopies and CHN analysis. They were employed as Fenton‐like catalysts in extraction and catalytic oxidative desulfurization of model oil with dibenzothiophene (DBT), benzothiophene (BT), 4,6‐dimethyldibenzothiophene (4,6‐DMDBT), 4‐methyldibenzothiophene (4‐MDBT) and 3‐methylbenzothiophene (3‐MBT) as substrates. Various polar solvents, such as ionic liquids, water and organic solvents, were applied to choose a suitable extractant. The results showed the removal of DBT reached 97.1% with [C4Py]3Fe(CN)6 as a catalyst and 1‐n‐octyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C8mim]PF6) as an extractant under optimal conditions. The activity of sulfur removal followed the order DBT > 3‐MBT > BT > 4‐MDBT >4,6‐DMDBT. The effect of water content on sulfur removal was investigated by adding various concentrations of H2O2. It was found that excess water had a positive effect on sulfur removal but the catalysts were less sensitive than [FeCl4?]‐based catalysts to water. The mechanism was studied using electron spin‐resonance spectroscopy and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. O2?? may be the active oxygen species in the catalytic oxidative desulfurization process and the oxidation products of various sulfur compounds were the corresponding sulfoxides and sulfones.
