An experimental method is developed to examine the near tip deformation at the mesoscopic scale level. The differential interference contrast (DIC) method is used by application of the Nomarski prism in polarized microscope for measuring the out of surface deformation. We analyze the polarization changes introduced by a rotated Dove prism on the linearly polarized light, using the Jones calculus and the exact ray trace analysis. The state of polarization changes from the linear to a mildly elliptical one when a plane wave front passes through a rotated Dove prism: its semi-major axis is nearly parallel to the input plane of polarization, for any angle of prism rotation. The interferogram contrast remains high for all shearing angles in spite of polarization changes when the Dove prism is incorporated into a rotational shearing interferometer. This work describes a hybrid procedure for eliminating major interference sources in aqueous near-infrared (NIR) spectra, that include aqueous influence, noise, and systemic variations irrelevant to concentration. The scheme consists of two parts: extension of wavelet prism (WPe) and orthogonal signal correction (OSC). First, WPe is employed to remove variations due to aqueous absorbance and noise; then OSC is applied to remove systemic spectral variations irrelevant to concentration. Although water possesses strong absorption bands that overshadow and overlap the absorption bands of analytes, along with noise and systematic interference, successful calibration models can be generated by employing the method proposed here. We show that the elimination of major interference sources from the aqueous NIR spectra results in a substantial improvement in the precision of prediction, and reduces the required number of PLS components in the model. In addition, the strategy proposed here can be applied to various analytical data for quantitative purposes as well. 相似文献

The synthesis, molecular and crystal structure of bis(triethanolamine)Mn(II) saccharinate, [Mn(tea)2](sac)2 are reported. The configuration of the tea ligands results in an unusual example of coordination number seven for the Mn(II) ion. The two triethanolamine (tea) ligands coordinate to the Mn(II) ion forming a monocapped trigonal prism geometry, in which one of the tea ligands behaves as a tridentate ligand, while the other one acts as a tetradentate donor. The free and coordinated hydroxyl hydrogens of the tea ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding with the amine nitrogen, carbonyl and sulfonyl oxygens of the neighbouring sac ions to form a three-dimensional infinite network. A weak π–π interaction between the phenyl rings of the sac ions also occurs. 相似文献

The title compound, 1,2-bis-(p-nitro-phenylsulfonamido)-4,5-dinitrobenzene, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. A pale yellow prism crystal of C23H26N8O13S2 (Mr = 686.64) was obtained in DMF solution and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.346(4), b = 12.210(5), c = 12.976(5) , α = 108.220(8), β = 99.482(4), γ = 95.490(4)°, V = 1516.7(10) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.504 g/cm3, F(000) = 712, μ = 0.254, Mr = 686.64, the final R = 0.0561 and wR = 0.1487. One sulfonamido group of the title compound is deprotoned and forms N(3)=C(13). The crystal involves N,N-dimethylamine from the decomposition of DMF and the proton is transferred to N,N- dimethylamine. It is a strong proof for the characterization of deprotoned recognition compound by X-ray single-crystal structure. 相似文献

ZnS with hexagonal prism morphology has been synthesized successfully by molten-salt method with ZnS nanoparticles as precursors, and the ZnS nanoparticles were prepared by one-step solid-state reaction of Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O with Na2S·9H2O at ambient temperature. Crystal structure and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and HRTEM. Ultraviolet-visible optical absorption spectrum of the ZnS hexagonal prism shows a distinct red shift from that of bulk ZnS crystals and photoluminescence spectrum exhibits strong emissions at 380 and 500 nm, respectively. Further experiments were designed and the formation mechanism of the ZnS hexagonal prism has been also discussed in brief. 相似文献

为了避免机载光电吊舱中共口径光学系统内部由于道威棱镜旋转引起的激光照射脉冲偏振态的变化,利用琼斯矩阵对道威棱镜的偏振特性与四分之一波片、半波片补偿道威棱镜旋转引起的激光脉冲偏振态变化进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明:线偏振的激光脉冲通过旋转一定角度的道威棱镜时,激光脉冲偏振态变为椭圆偏振,偏振态发生变化;而激光脉冲首先通过旋转一定角度的四分之一波片与半波片时,可使通过道威棱镜系统的激光脉冲偏振态保持不变,且两波片旋转角度与道威棱镜旋转角度之间存在一种非线性关系。采用偏振补偿方法可有效避免机载共口径光学系统中道威棱镜引起的激光脉冲偏振态变化,提高激光脉冲能量利用率,降低激光脉冲后向散射抑制难度。 相似文献
