提出一种由水, 异丙醇, 正丁醇组成的新型微乳液, 并以其为反应介质制备了甲烷高温燃烧La0.95Ba0.05MnAl11O19-a催化剂. 采用1H NMR, FT-IR, 电导法及激光粒度散射法研究了新型微乳液中水的结构及相特性. 新型微乳液中水的体积分数小于一定值时, 电导率与水含量成非线性关系, kφ曲线上存在一临界值(φP=0.15). 水质子的化学位移随水含量的降低移向高场. 加入4% D2O测定的O—D键的伸缩振动随水含量增加而向高波数方向移动. 异丙醇铝在新型微乳液中水解形成的Al(OH)3 胶体粒子的粒径范围为226~329 nm. 采用新型微乳液作为反应介质制备的Ba0.05La0.95MnAl11O19-α催化剂的粒径在30 nm, 明显小于纯水制备的样品(100 nm). BET 比表面积为65 m2/g, 比纯水制备样品高出约一倍. XRD结果显示, 1200 ℃焙烧10 h即可获得含单一β-Al2O3相的催化剂. Ba0.05La0.95MnAl11O19-α催化剂甲烷催化燃烧的T10为420 ℃, 比纯水制备样品下降了90 ℃. 甲烷催化燃烧活性提高是由于含有较多Mnn+纳米结构六铝酸盐的形成.  相似文献

A natural montmorillonite, produced from Laiyang of Shandong Province, was pillared by Tipolycations to form Ti-pillared clay (Ti-PILC), and characterized by BET surface area, infrared spectra and thermal analysis. The characterization results show that Ti-PILC has a larger surface area and more hydroxyl groups than that of the natural clay, thus was used as the catalytic carriers to prepare supported Cu catalysts (Cu/TiopILC). The 20%Cu/Ti-PILC with 10mmol/g of Ti/clay shows a high catalytic performance of methane combustion in the temperature range of 400-500℃.  相似文献

Summary The energies of combustion of crystalline L-α-glutamic and 6-aminohexanoic acids were measured in a static bomb adiabatic calorimeter, in pure oxygen at 3040 kPa. Corrections were made for the heats due to the ignition of sample and for the nitric acid formation. The derived enthalpies of formation for L-α -glutamic and 6-aminohexanoic acids are ΔfHcr0= -1002.6±1.1 kJ mol-1and ΔfHcr0= -641.6±1.2 kJ mol-1, respectively. The data of enthalpy of formation are compared with literature values and with estimated values by means of group additivity, using parameters recommended by Domalski and Hearing.  相似文献

The standard molar enthalpies of formation f H m ° (l) at the temperature T = 298.15 K were determined using combustion calorimetry for N-methylpiperidine (A), N-ethylpiperidine (B), N-propylpiperidine (C), N-butylpiperidine (D), N-cyclopentylpiperidine (E), N-cyclohexylpiperidine (F), and N-phenylpiperidine (G). The standard molar enthalpies of vaporization l g H m ° of these compounds were obtained from the temperature variation of the vapor pressure measured in a flow system. From these data the following standard molar enthalpies of formation in gaseous phase f H m ° (g) were derived for: A –(61.39 ± 0.88); B –(88.1 ± 1.3); C –(105.81 ± 0.66); D –(126.2 ± 1.3); E ( –88.21 ± 0.75); F –(135.21 ± 0.94); G (70.3 ± 1.4) kJ · mol–1. They are used to determine the strain enthalpies of the cyclic amines A–G. The N-alkylated piperidine rings have been found to be about strainless.  相似文献

用FTIR和UV-Vis研究了2个系列不同V和K负载量的VOx/TiO2和K-VOx/TiO2催化剂结构的变化;并使用程序升温氧化反应技术对这两种催化剂催化柴油炭黑燃烧活性进行了考察.结果表明,当VOx/TiO2催化剂中n(V)∶n(Ti)=0.04时,催化剂活性最好(tm=389℃).添加K能显著改善VOx/TiO2催化剂活性,n(K)∶n(V)∶n(Ti)=0.04∶0.04∶1时,炭黑燃烧的反应温度最低(tm=343℃).FTIR和UV-Vis结果表明,当VOx/TiO2催化剂n(V)∶n(Ti)>0.04∶1时,催化剂表面有V2O5形成,由于V2O5氧化能力较弱,因而催化剂的活性反而降低.而当K-VOx/TiO2催化剂中n(K)∶n(V)达到1∶1时,由于形成的KVO3物种与TiO2载体有很好的协同作用,所以催化剂活性最好.  相似文献

在加压热天平上终温900℃,升温速率20℃/min,0.1MPa-3MPa的条件下考察了神木煤显微组分加氢热解的热失重行为、半焦元素分布、脱硫脱氮率及半焦的燃烧反应特性。结果表明:镜质组和丝质组的加氢热解失重行为相似,在378℃-718℃出现明显失重峰,但镜质组加氢热解失重峰温低,失重速率大,在实验压力范围(0.1MPa-3MPa)内,随热解压力升高,半焦中C含量增加,H、O含量下降,脱硫脱氮率增加,在压力为3MPa时,镜质组的脱硫率显著高于丝质组,镜质组加氢热解半焦的燃烧反应性高于丝质组半焦,随加氢热解压力的增加,半焦的燃烧反应性表现出先下降后增加的趋势。  相似文献

This paper reports numerical convergence study for simulations of steady shock‐induced combustion problems with high‐resolution shock‐capturing schemes. Five typical schemes are used: the Roe flux‐based monotone upstream‐centered scheme for conservation laws (MUSCL) and weighted essentially non‐oscillatory (WENO) schemes, the Lax–Friedrichs splitting‐based non‐oscillatory no‐free parameter dissipative (NND) and WENO schemes, and the Harten–Yee upwind total variation diminishing (TVD) scheme. These schemes are implemented with the finite volume discretization on structured quadrilateral meshes in dimension‐by‐dimension way and the lower–upper symmetric Gauss–Seidel (LU–SGS) relaxation method for solving the axisymmetric multispecies reactive Navier–Stokes equations. Comparison of iterative convergence between different schemes has been made using supersonic combustion flows around a spherical projectile with Mach numbers M = 3.55 and 6.46 and a ram accelerator with M = 6.7. These test cases were regarded as steady combustion problems in literature. Calculations on gradually refined meshes show that the second‐order NND, MUSCL, and TVD schemes can converge well to steady states from coarse through fine meshes for M = 3.55 case in which shock and combustion fronts are separate, whereas the (nominally) fifth‐order WENO schemes can only converge to some residual level. More interestingly, the numerical results show that all the schemes do not converge to steady‐state solutions for M = 6.46 in the spherical projectile and M = 6.7 in the ram accelerator cases on fine meshes although they all converge on coarser meshes or on fine meshes without chemical reactions. The result is based on the particular preconditioner of LU–SGS scheme. A posteriori analysis of the statistics of two large-eddy simulation (LES) solutions describing a piloted methane–air (Sandia D) flame is performed on a series of grids with progressively increased resolution reaching about 10.5 million cells. Chemical compositions, density and temperature fields are modelled with a steady flamelet approach and parametrised by the mixture fraction. The difference between the LES solutions arises from a different numerical treatment of the subgrid scale (SGS) mixture fraction variance – an important quantity of interest in non-premixed combustion modelling. In the first case (model I), the variance transport equation is solved directly, while in the second (model II), an equation for the square of the mixture fraction is solved, and the variance is computed from its definition. The comparison of the LES solutions is based on the convergence properties of their statistics with respect to the turbulence resolution length scale. The dependence of the LES statistics is analysed for velocity and the mixture fraction fields, and tested for convergence. For the most part, the statistics converge for the finest grids, but the variance of the mixture fraction shows some residual grid dependence in the high-gradient regions of the jet near field. The SGS variance given by model I exhibits realisability everywhere, whereas in regions of the flame model II is non-realisable, predicting negative variances. Furthermore, the LES statistics of model I exhibit superior convergence behaviour.  相似文献
