A method of digital filtering for eliminating the twin-image noise of reconstructed images in optical scanning holography is proposed and demonstrated by the example of slit objects. The fringe number of the scanning beam in relation to the twin-image noise is investigated in detail. Some results of computer simulations are obtained. In the far field, the further object scanned by the scanning beam with fewer fringes has lower and flatter amplitude of the twin-image noise for reconstructed images. However, being independent of the fringe number the twin-image noise affects seriously on the reconstruction in the near field. So the twin-image noise should be considered in reconstruction in the near field.  相似文献

The branching ratio, the photoemission intensity ratio of two spin-orbit-split components, has been applied for the first time as a means for obtaining a photoelectron holographic image. Angle-resolved photoemission from a monolayer of Bi adsorbed on Si(111) shows fine-structure oscillations in the branching ratio of the Bi 5d core level due to diffraction effects. These oscillations as a function of photon energy are recorded for a number of emission angles. Three-dimensional holographic inversion of the data yields an atomic image which shows that the Bi adatoms are arranged in a trimer structure.  相似文献

We propose a novel image encryption method that combines the pure intensity random encoding and the digital holography technique. A phase-shifting interferometer records both phase and amplitude information of a complex object with a CCD sensor array. The encryption is performed by placing two pure intensity random masks between the image to be encrypted and an intensity recording device. Electronic decryption can be performed with fast Fresnel reconstruction procedure. Numerical simulation results show the validity of the algorithm and an optoelectronic implementation setup is also presented.  相似文献

This paper describes a holographic system based on the use of fibre optics and automatic spatial carrier fringe pattern analysis. Carrier fringes are generated by simply translating the object beam between two exposures. Single-mode optical fibres are used to transfer both the object and reference beams. The fast Fourier transform method is used to process the interferograms: it extracts phase from fringe patterns resulting from the interference of tilted wavefronts. The method is illustrated by measuring the deformation of an arbitrarily clamped, uniformly loaded circular plate. The results are given for the perspective plot of the out-of-plane deformation field, the maps of wrapped and unwrapped phase, and a contour map of the unwrapped phase.  相似文献

Transient shock waves in a confined elliptical chamber are experimentally investigated. Quantitative results of the pressure distribution are obtained for an air-filled cavity. Lower bounding surfaces of different geometrical shapes can be inserted making it possible to get chambers with varying height. An electrical discharge across a pair of electrodes inside the cavity gives rise to the shock waves. Double pulsed holographic interferometry is used to study the propagation and focusing process of the waves. The results are quantitatively evaluated by using the method of two-reference-beam holography. The angular pressure distribution behind the converging wave front is presented for different geometries of an air-filled cavity. The pressure distribution is non-homogeneous but symmetric along the wave front. The pressure level is higher for the geometry where the height of the chamber decreases with the radial distance from the outgoing focus and lower for increasing height of the chamber. In addition, shock waves in a water-filled cavity are studied. In this case qualitative results are obtained. Received 3 November 1996 / Accepted 5 January 1997  相似文献

Due to its unequalled advantages, the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) modality has truly revolutionized the diagnosis and evaluation of pathology. Because many morphological anatomic details that may not be visualized by other high tech imaging methods can now be readily shown by diagnostic MRI, it has already become the standard modality by which all other clinical imaging techniques are measured. The unique quantum physical basis of the MRI modality combined with the imaging capabilities of current computer technology has made this imaging modality a target of interdisciplinary interest for clinicians, physicists, biologists, engineers, and mathematicians. Due to the fact that MRI scanners perform corticomorphic processing, this modality is by far more complex than all the other high tech clinical imaging techniques. The purpose of this paper is to outline a phase coherent wavelet approach to Fourier transform MRI. It is based on distributional harmonic analysis on the Heisenberg nilpotent Lie group G and the associated symplectically invariant symbol calculus of pseudodifferential operators. The contour and contrast resolution of MRI scans which is controlled by symplectic filter bank processing gives the noninvasive MRI modality superiority over X-ray computed tomography (CT) in soft tissue differentiation.  相似文献

本文叙述了一种三维物场的定量再现、分析方法,其中采用了电子全息法,它包括:1)三维物场全息图的数字记录,2)全息图面上复振幅分布的数字再现,3)三维物场的逐层再现。由此可以获得整个三维物场的信息,这一方法以CCD摄象机作为记录介质,然后把由CCD采集的数字全息图输入计算机,利用频谱滤波法经过傅里叶变换、频谱分离、反傅里叶变换再现出全息图面上的复振幅。在此基础上借助频域衍射公式可再现出任何一层(平行于全息图面)上的图象。这样,我们用这一数字再现和逐层分析的方法便可研究三维物场的一些特性,如物体在其中的位置等。整个再现过程是由计算机软件实现,其中采用了二维快速傅里叶变换算法,再现过程可在几分钟内完成。本文同时还给出了这一数字再现方法的空间分辨率,并且通过计算机模拟展示了一个理想三维物场的再现过程及再现结果。最后指出了这一方法存在的问题及未来的应用前景。  相似文献
