Wurtzite ZnO thin films were prepared on sapphire substrate by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Raman scattering studies on different crystallographic textures were performed in the backscattering geometry, and polarization effect is investigated in different configurations and . ZnO Raman modes are investigated in each texture. In the case of ZnO thin film deposed on r‐() sapphire plane and using backscattering geometry, new Raman line was observed at 390 cm−1 because this mode has not been noticed in this geometry. It is shown that the frequencies of the quasi‐phonon modes of the examined thin film are in good agreement with the theoretical values calculated within the framework of Loudon model. Andrographolide is a labdane diterpenoid herb, which is isolated from the leaves of Andrographis paniculata, and widely used for its potential medical properties. However, there are no reports on the effects of andrographolide on the human suprapatellar fat pad of osteoarthritis patients. In the present study, our goal was to evaluate the innovative effects of andrographolide on viability and Tri-lineage differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells from suprapatellar fat pad tissues. The results revealed that andrographolide had no cytotoxic effects when the concentration was less than 12.5 µM. Interestingly, andrographolide had significantly enhanced, dose dependent, osteogenesis and chondrogenesis as evidenced by a significantly intensified stain for Alizarin Red S, Toluidine Blue and Alcian Blue. Moreover, andrographolide can upregulate the expression of genes related to osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation, including Runx2, OPN, Sox9, and Aggrecan in mesenchymal stem cells from human suprapatellar fat pad tissues. In contrast, andrographolide suppressed adipogenic differentiation as evidenced by significantly diminished Oil Red O staining and expression levels for adipogenic-specific genes for PPAR-γ2 and LPL. These findings confirm that andrographolide can specifically enhance osteogenesis and chondrogenesis of mesenchymal stem cells from human suprapatellar fat pad tissues. It has potential as a therapeutic agent derived from natural sources for regenerative medicine. 相似文献

采用传统的熔融法制备了Er~(3+)掺杂的新型铋酸盐玻璃(Li_2O-SrO-ZnO-Bi_2O_3,LSZB),并对其光谱性质进行了表征,分析了玻璃的拉曼光谱、吸收光谱、荧光光谱,利用Judd-Ofelt理论研究了其荧光特性。LSZB玻璃样品中Er~(3+)的~4I_(13/2)→~4I_(15/2)跃迁发射峰位于1.53 μm处,半高宽约为78 nm。样品中Er~(3+)的~4I_(13/2)能级寿命为2.848 ms,量子效率为99.93%,受激发射截面达到9.76×10~(-21)cm~2。以上结果显示,Er~(3+)掺杂LSZB玻璃有良好的光谱特性。 相似文献

A vectorial nonlocal and nonlinear parabolic problem on a bounded domain for an intermediate state between type‐I and type‐II superconductivity is proposed. The domain is for instance a multiband superconductor that combines the characteristics of both types. The nonlocal term is represented by a (space) convolution with a singular kernel arising in Eringen's model. The nonlinearity is coming from the power law relation by Rhyner. The well‐posedness of the problem is discussed under low regularity assumptions and the error estimate for a semi‐implicit time‐discrete scheme based on backward Euler approximation is established. Broadband wireless systems generally use orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) with link adaptation (LA) to achieve high throughput while meeting bit error rate (BER) constraint. OFDM systems are known to be affected by non-linearity of high power amplifier (HPA) at transmitter, carrier frequency offset (CFO), symbol timing offset (STO) and channel estimation error at the receiver. The delay in feedback of channel state information (CSI) further affects the performance of LA procedures. The focus of this work is on performance analysis in presence of simultaneous affect of all these impairments on LA based OFDM systems. The results are found to be useful for threshold readjustment which is essential for successful implementation of LA scheme to counter the effects of change in operating conditions from ideal to as listed above. 相似文献

In this paper,a theoretical model to analyze the mode coupling induced by heat,when the fiber amplifier works at high power configuration,is proposed.The model mainly takes into consideration the mode field change due to the thermally induced refractive index change and the coupling between modes.A method to predict the largest average output power of fiber is also proposed according to the mode coupling theory.The largest average output power of a large pitch fiber with a core diameter of 190 μm and an available pulse energy of 100 mJ is predicted to be 540 W,which is the highest in large mode field fibers. 相似文献

Our goal was to obtain the X‐ray crystal structure of the glycosylated chemokine Ser‐CCL1. Glycoproteins can be hard to crystallize because of the heterogeneity of the oligosaccharide (glycan) moiety. We used glycosylated Ser‐CCL1 that had been prepared by total chemical synthesis as a homogeneous compound containing an N‐linked asialo biantennary nonasaccharide glycan moiety of defined covalent structure. Facile crystal formation occurred from a quasi‐racemic mixture consisting of glycosylated L ‐protein and non‐glycosylated‐D ‐protein, while no crystals were obtained from the glycosylated L ‐protein alone. The structure was solved at a resolution of 2.6–2.1 Å. However, the glycan moiety was disordered: only the N‐linked GlcNAc sugar was well‐defined in the electron density map. A racemic mixture of the protein enantiomers L ‐Ser‐CCL1 and D ‐Ser‐CCL1 was also crystallized, and the structure of the true racemate was solved at a resolution of 2.7–2.15 Å. Superimposition of the structures of the protein moieties of L ‐Ser‐CCL1 and glycosylated‐L ‐Ser‐CCL1 revealed there was no significant alteration of the protein structure by N‐glycosylation. 相似文献

Wound healing, one of the most complex processes of the body involving the cooperation of several important biomolecules and pathways, is one of the major therapeutic and economic issues in regenerative medicine. The present study aimed to introduce a novel electrospun curcumin (Cur)‐incorporated chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol/carbopol/polycaprolactone nanofibrous composite for concurrent delivery of the buccal fat pad‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (BFP‐MSCs) and Cur to a full‐thickness wound on the mouse model. Scaffolds were characterized structurally using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fluorescence microscopy imaging and Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, and toxicity of the scaffolds was also evaluated after BFP‐MSC seeding by SEM imaging and 3‐(4,5 dimethyiazol‐2‐1)‐2‐5‐diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Then, its influence on the wound‐healing process was investigated as a wound dressing for a full‐thickness skin defect in mouse model. Results demonstrated that the designed composite scaffolds have the capability for cell seeding and support their growth and proliferation. Macroscopic and histopathological characteristics were evaluated at the end of the 7 and 14 days after surgery, and their results showed that our designed scaffold groups accelerated the wound‐healing process compared with the control group. Among those, scaffold/Cur, scaffold/Cur/BFP‐MSC and scaffold/BFP‐MSC groups demonstrated more wound repair efficacy. These results indicated that the combined grafts can be used to improve the wound‐healing process, and therefore, the electrospun nanofibers presented in this study, Cur and BFP‐MSC together, were demonstrated to have promising potential for wound‐dressing applications. 相似文献

Secretome of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) is actively used in biomedical applications such as alveolar bone regeneration, treatment of cardiovascular disease, and neurodegenerative disorders. Nevertheless, hMSCs have low proliferative potential and production of the industrial quantity of their secretome might be challenging. Human fetal multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (FetMSCs) isolated from early human embryo bone marrow are easy to expand and might be a potential source for pharmaceutical substances production based on their secretome. However, the secretome of FetMSCs was not previously analyzed. Here, we describe the secretome of FetMSCs using LC-MALDI shotgun proteomics. We identified 236 proteins. Functional annotation of the identified proteins revealed their involvement in angiogenesis, ossification, regulation of apoptosis, and immune response processes, which made it promising for biomedical applications. The proteins identified in the FetMSCs secretome are involved in the same biological processes as proteins from previously described adult hMSCs secretomes. Nevertheless, many of the common hMSCs secretome components (such as VEGF, FGF, Wnt and TGF-β) have not been identified in the FetMSCs secretome. 相似文献

The exact Wigner function of a parametrically excited quantum oscillator in a phase-sensitive amplifying/attenuating reservoir is found for initial even/odd coherent states. Studying the evolution of negativity of the Wigner function we show the difference between the “initial positivization time” (IPT), which is inversely proportional to the square of the initial size of the superposition, and the “final positivization time” (FPT), which does not depend on this size. Both these times can be made arbitrarily long in maximally squeezed high-temperature reservoirs. Besides, we find the conditions when some (small) squeezing can exist even after the Wigner function becomes totally positive. 相似文献
