Study of the peak effect phenomenon in single crystals of 2H-NbSe2

The weakly pinned single crystals of the hexagonal 2H-NbSe₂ compound have emerged as prototypes for determining and characterizing the phase boundaries of the possible order-disorder transformations in the vortex matter. We present here a status report based on the ac and dc magnetization measurements of the peak effect phenomenon in three crystals of 2H-NbSe₂, in which the critical current densities vary over two orders of magnitude. We sketch the generic vortex phase diagram of a weakly pinned superconductor, which also utilizes theoretical proposals. We also establish the connection between the metastability effects and pinning.

求解电子运动的二阶微分方程，在旋转波近似下，介质在外场突然变化时产生的瞬态感应极化与外场同频，但相位总是落后，最大落后为π/2；振幅大小与初态有关，随时间按指数规律衰减，衰减快慢由介质的阻尼系数决定。     

Effect of the Electron-LO-Phonon Coupling on an Exciton Quantum Dot

The influence of the electron-LO-phonon coupling on energy spectrum of the low-lying states ofan exciton inparabolic quantum dots is investigated as a function of dot size. Calculations are made by using the method of few-bodyphysics within the effective-mass approximation. A considerable decrease of the energy in the stronger confinement rangeis found for the low-lying states of an exciton in quantum dots, which results from the confinement of electron-phononcoupling.     

Tunneling and EPR linewidths due to dislocations in Mn acetate

We compute the width and shape of the EPR and tunneling resonances due to dislocations in Mn₁₂ acetate crystals. Uncorrelated dislocations produce the Gaussian shape of resonances while dislocations bound in pairs produce the Lorentzian shape. We stress that the uniaxial spin Hamiltonian together with crystal defects can explain the totality of experimental data on Mn₁₂. Renormalization of the two-photon vacuum polarization and the self energy vacuum polarization for a tightly bound electron

The renormalization method of Bogoljubov-Parasiuk-Hepp-Zimmermann (BPHZ) is used in order to derive the renormalized energy shift due to the gauge invariant K?llén-Sabry diagram of the two-photon vacuum polarization (VPVP) as well as the self energy vacuum polarization S(VP)E beyond the Uehling approximation. It is outlined, that no outer renormalization is required for the two-photon vacuum polarization and that only the inner renormalization has to be accomplished. It is shown that the so-called nongauge invariant spurious term is absent for a wide class of vacuum polarization (VP) diagrams if one applies the widely used spherical expansion of bound and free-electron propagator. This simplifies significantly calculations in bound state quantum electrodynamics. As one result of our paper the use of the BPHZ-approach in bound state QED is established. Vortex lattice mobility and effective pinning potentials in the peak effect region in YBCO crystals

The peak effect (PE) in the critical current density in both low and high temperature superconductors has been the subject of a large amount of experimental and theoretical work in the last few/several years. In the case of YBCO, crucial discussions describing a dynamic or a static picture are not settled. In that region of field and temperature the mobility of the vortex lattice (VL) is found to be dependent on the dynamical history. Recently we reported evidence that the VL reorganizes and accesses to robust VL configurations (VLCs) with different effective pinning potential wells arising in response to different system histories. One of the keys to understand the nature of the PE is to investigate the VL behavior in the vicinity of the various VLCs in the region of the PE. The stability of these VLCs was investigated and it was found that they have distinct characteristic relaxation times, which may be related to elastic or plastic creep processes. In this paper we review some of these results and propose a scenario to describe the PE in YBCO crystals.     

乌骨鸡活性肽对体外非酶糖基化的抑制作用

采用正交实验优化了体外非酶糖基化反应体系,体系中加入不同浓度的乌骨鸡活性肽I、Ⅱ37 ℃孵育,同时以肌肽为阳性对照,观察乌骨鸡活性肽对非酶糖基化反应的影响.通过测定预定时间体外非酶糖基化体系的吸光度和荧光值计算乌骨鸡活性肽对非酶糖基化反应的抑制率和对非酶糖基化终产物生成的抑制率.结果表明乌骨鸡活性肽Ⅱ对体外非酶糖基化反应和非酶糖基化终产物的生成均具有较强的抑制作用.     

量子卡诺循环

以经典理想气体为工质的卡诺热机循环由两个等温和两个绝热过程构成，热机可逆时，它的效率为最大。本文建立一种量子卡诺热机循环模型，该量子卡诺热机循环以一维无限深势阱中极端相对论粒子系统为工质。通过分析，发现该量子卡诺热机循环中的等温和绝热过程和经典卡诺热机的等温和绝热过程具有相似之处，它的效率表达式和经典热力学的可逆卡诺热机的效率表达式也类似，只是用系统的哈密顿量的期望值即系统的能量平均值代替经典热力学中的温度。     

Quantum Tunneling of Massive Particles from a Garfinkle-Horowitz-Strominger Dilatonic Black Hole

Hawking radiation is viewed as a process of quantum tunneling. The massive particles‘ tunneling from Garfinkle-Horowitz-Strominger black hole is investigated. Using Jingyi Zhang‘s de Broglie wave method, we get the unthermal spectrum, and the result is consistent with the underlying unitary theory.     

清华物理系量子信息研究的新进展

在清华大学物理系成立60周年之际,我们对近年来清华大学物理系量子信息研究的主要进展情况作一介绍,包括量子搜索算法研究,核磁共振量子计算的实验研究,量子通讯的理论与实验研究.在量子搜索算法研究方面,我们提出了量子搜索算法的相位匹配,纠正了当时的一种错误观点,并且提出了一种成功率为100%的量子搜索算法,改进了Grover算法;在核磁共振量子计算实验方面,我们实现了2到7个量子比特的多种量子算法的实验演示;在量子通讯方面,我们提出了分布式传输的量子通讯的思想,应用于量子密钥分配、量子秘密共享、量子直接安全通讯等方面,构造了多个量子通讯的理论方案.在实验室,我们实现了2米距离的空间量子密码通讯的演示实验.
