We present a strategy of interfacially bridging covalent network within tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) virus-like particles (VLPs). We arranged T103C cysteine to laterally conjugate adjacent subunits. In the axis direction, we set A74C mutation and systematically investigated candidate from E50C to P54C as the other thiol function site, for forming longitudinal disulfide bond chains. Significantly, the T103C-TMV-E50C-A74C shows the highest robustness in assembly capability and structural stability with the largest length, for TMV VLP to date. The fibers with lengths from several to a dozen of micrometers even survive under pH 13. The robust nature of this TMV VLP allows for reducer-free synthesis of excellent electrocatalysts for application in harshly alkaline hydrogen evolution. 相似文献

The interaction of cucurbit[7]uril (Q[7]) with a pro-virucide, adefovir bis(l-leucine propyl)ester (PMEA-Leu) in aqueous solutions and in solid state was studied by 1H NMR, UV absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence and IR spectroscopy. The 1H NMR revealed that the leucine propyl moiety of the compound could be entrapped in the cavity of the host Q[7], and the other moiety except for leucine propyl moieties, including aminopurine, was probably located at the portal area of Q[7]. Absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy proved that the interaction of Q[7] with PMEA-Leu led to the formation of host–guest inclusion complexes (2:1) that were controlled by the concentration of the host Q[7]. Formation of the inclusion complex between Q[7] and PMEA-Leu was confirmed by IR spectroscopy in solid state. In addition, deliquescent stability studies indicated that the moisture stability of the host–guest complex was significantly enhanced. The phenomenon was explained by the fact that the formation of solid inclusion complexes can prevent the compounds from absorbing water. Finally, bioactivity of PMEA-Leu and its inclusion complex against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) was tested. The compound PMEA-Leu and its inclusion complexes showed some inhibitory activity against TMV at 500 μg/ml in vivo. 相似文献

Six benzimidazolylphenoxyacetic acid O-acetylxylopyranosyl and O-acetylgalactopyranosyl esters were synthesized through esterification
reactions at room temperature using 4-dimethylaminopyridine as a catalyst and triethylamine as a deacidification reagent.
Their structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR spectra, MS, and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds are all of β-configuration. The results show that DMAP
is an effective catalyst; the yields can reach 63.6%. The above esters showed improved antiviral activity against tobacco
mosaic virus.

建立了一种基于毛细管的振荡流反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)的微流控装置检测烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的新方法.根据TMV移动蛋白基因设计一对PCR引物,对粗提纯TMV颗粒直接进行RT-PCR.用0.025%小牛血清蛋白(BSA)对反应毛细管内壁进行静力学和动力学钝化,提高了PCR效率.在此微流控装置上进行RT-PCR,流速为70 μL/min时, 检出限为0.01 μg cDNA;可以在17 min内成功扩增出179 bp的目的DNA片段. 相似文献

To test the possibility that an average color is perceived from a multi-colored pattern, the appearance of colored mosaic patterns as a whole was measured by the method of adjustment. As the range of color distribution in a mosaic pattern became larger, subjects matches deviated more from the photometric averages of each pattern and the subjects perceived higher brightness from mosaic patterns. Since the saliency of element colors was different in an equiluminant mosaic pattern, two possible hypotheses for selecting a color which represents a mosaic pattern was examined by using brightness match results for each element color. The results show that the mosaic element with the highest-saturation strongly influences the choice of a color to represent a mosaic pattern. 相似文献
