The preparation and characterization of two new mixed-valence, trinuclear species, [Mn3O(O2CCF3)6(H2O)3]CF3COOH4/3H2O (1) and [Mn3O(O2CCF3)6(CH3COOH)3] (2), is reported. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P¯1 (No. 2), with the parameters, a=12.3131(9) Å, b=12.4427(9) Å, c=12.965(1) Å, =72.593(4)°, =73.453(5)°, =68.345(4)°, V=1727.2(2) Å3, and Z=2. A total of 14060 reflections were collected in the range 1.6827.52°. The final weighted and non-weighted agreement indices, R1=0.0589 and wR2=0.1445 were based on a total of 6953 unique reflections with an R int value of 0.0542. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/n (No. 14), with the parameters, a=12.876(3) Å, b=12.212(4) Å, c=17.732(4) Å, =100.40(3)°, V=3640.4(1) Å3, and Z=4. A total of 32197 reflections were collected in the range 1.7227.13°. The final weighted and non-weighted agreement factors, R1=0.0647 and wR2=0.1609 were based on a total of 8018 unique reflections with an R int value of 0.0462. An investigation of the physical properties revealed that both compounds display an intermediate ground state of S=3/2 as a consequence of intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. The magnetic data for compound 1 was best fit to the parameters g=2.09, J=–5.5 cm–1, J=–3.4 cm–1, and D Mn(III)=–4.5 cm–1; the data for compound 2 was best fit to the parameters g=2.10, J=–2.9 cm–1, J=–5.5 cm–1, and D Mn(III)=–4.5 cm–1.  相似文献

Mandelic acid and some aryl substituted derivatives were oxidised under molecular oxygen and a catalytic amount of Bi(0). The corresponding aldehydes and/or the carboxylic acids were obtained selectively depending on the nature of the substituent. Aldehydes and α-keto acids were oxidised under the same Bi(0)/O2 system and α-keto acids were proposed as intermediates in the formation of benzoic acid derivatives.  相似文献

An electron spin resonance (ESR) spin probe study was performed on 1 : 1 by weight poly(acrylic acid) (PAA)/poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) complex over the 100–450 K temperature range with a series of tetramethylpiperidyloxy‐based spin probes. Measurements of the parameters T5mT, Ta and Td demonstrated the effects of probe size and the strength of hydrogen bonding. The probes in the series Tempone, Tempo, Tempol and Tamine (respectively 4‐oxo‐, unsubstituted, 4‐hydroxy‐ and 4‐amino‐2,2,6,6,‐tetramethylpiperidine ‐1‐oxyl) displayed noticeable increases in the hydrogen‐bonding effect, as indicated by Ta and Td. These increases correlated with increasing hydrogen bond acceptor strength. On the other hand, as the probe size became larger, T5mT gradually increased due to the free volume decrease. These effects were analyzed using the established theoretical relationship of T5mT to probe volume expressed by f. Meanwhile, in order to investigate the effect of polymer matrix rigidity, a similar study was performed with a nitroxide spin probe, 2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐1‐piperidine‐1‐oxyl (Tempo), on PAA/PEO complexes of different weight compositions. The quantitative fast motion fraction in the composite ESR spectrum was calculated. The influence of changes in the composition of PAA on the molecular mobility was characterized by changes of the spectral parameters and τc. The molecular mobility was shown to diminish with increasing content of PAA in PAA/PEO blends duo to the restriction of the polymer matrix rigidity increase. An alternative method of synthesis of polymeric nanogels is proposed, based not on polymerization, but on intramolecular crosslinking of polymer chains, initiated by pulse irradiation in dilute aqueous solutions. Kinetic data show that for many water-soluble polymers irradiation under these conditions result in intramolecular crosslinking. Preliminary product studies on poly(vinyl alcohol) indicate that in fact internally crosslinked macromolecules can be obtained by this technique.  相似文献

Peptides represent an extensive class of biologically active molecules. They may be used as leads in the development of novel therapeutic agents provided the pharmacophoric information present within them can be translated into non-peptide analogs that lack the peptide backbone and are stable to proteolysis. This is the rationale for peptidomimetic drug design. Frequently, the -turn has been implicated as a conformation important for biological recognition of peptides. Empirical evidence from known peptidomimetics, coupled with a theoretical model of peptide binding and the observation that glycine and proline residues are common within the -turn, has suggested the design of molecules to mimic placement of between two and four of the side-chains. The moderate number of different -turn conformations, combined with the combinatoric nature of side-chain selection complicates the procedure. In this paper, cluster analysis has been used to classify the arrangement of C_ atoms about the various fragments of the -turn. Recombination of the observed patterns provides a general model for the -turn which may be used as an effective screen for potential peptidomimetic scaffolds in chemical databases.  相似文献

Pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde isonicotinoylhydrazone (1) and its hydrate [1·H2O] (2) were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The introduction of the pyrrole substituent into N"-substituted isonicotinic hydrazide (INH) causes the intramolecular redistribution of the electron density compared to those in INHs studied earlier, which increases the basicity of the hydrazone nitrogen atom (N") involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding. This effect has not been observed in the structures of N"-substituted INHs and benzhydrazides studied previously. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds play a decisive role in the formation of the crystal structures of 1 and 2.  相似文献

Plant bacteria and viruses have a huge negative impact on food crops in the world. Therefore, it is important to create new and efficient green pesticides. In this paper, a series of myricetin derivatives containing quinazolinone sulfide were introduced. Good antibacterial and antiviral activities of the drug molecules 2-((3-((5,7-dimethoxy-4-oxo-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4H-chromen-3-yl)oxy)propyl)thio)-6-fluoro-3-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (T5) and 2-((4-((5,7-dimethoxy-4-oxo-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4H-chromen-3-yl)oxy)butyl)thio)-6-methyl-3-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (T15) respectively were found by biological activity screening. The value of dissociation constant (Kd) of compound T15 to TMV CP was 0.024 ± 0.006 μM, determined by Microscale thermophoresis (MST), which was far less than the value of 8.491 ± 2.027 μM of commercial drug ningnanmycin (NNM). The interaction between compound T15 and TMV CP was further verified by molecular docking. Compound T15 formed strong hydrogen bonds with residues SER:49 and SER:15 (1.92 Å, 2.20 Å, respectively), which were superior to the traditional hydrogen bonds formed by NNM with residue SER:215 (3.64 Å). In addition, the effects of compound T15 on the contents of chlorophyll and peroxidase (POD) in tobacco were studied, and the results indicated that compound T15 could enhance the disease resistance of tobacco plants to a certain extent.  相似文献
