建立了散射背景下测定人体血清中Zn^2+含量的激光热透镜光谱分析方法。比较了蛋白质微粒散射对于分光光度法和激光热透镜光谱分析法测定的影响。结果表明,激光热透镜光谱分析方法能够避免溶液中存留蛋白质微粒散射的影响。Zn^2+量在0~1.6μg/mL范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9986),检出限为1ng/mL。应用于人体血清中Zn^2+含量的测定,与原子吸收法测定结果基本一致。 相似文献

A method is described for the rapid and automatic analysis of flexible molecular alignments using multidimensional scaling and a normalized scoring scheme. A projection scheme was devised to separate orientational and conformational effects. It is shown that the approach can be utilized for the identification of common binding orientations or to the study of differences in partioning behavior. It is suggested that the method can be employed as a novel approach exploring molecular similarity as a dynamic property, so that it includes aspects of motion (by way of mutual orientations), conformations and molecular properties. 相似文献

Delayed feedbacks are quite common in many physical and biological systems and in particular many physiological systems. Delay
can cause a stable system to become unstable and vice versa. One of the well-studied non-biological chemical oscillators is
the Belousov-Zhabotinskii (BZ) reaction. This gives relaxation oscillations for a considerable period of time under batch
conditions. This paper deals with the effect of perturbing the limit cycle oscillation of BZ reaction by employing a delayed
electrical feedback to the system under batch conditions. The parameters chosen to study are external resistance and delay.
For various resistances and delays the system was electrically perturbed and found to exhibit various complex mixed mode oscillations.
The dynamic features are accounted for by the Oregonator model, with time delay incorporated in one of the variables.

The effect of introduction of silica particles prepared by the sol-gel technique on the gas transport properties of a polyimide film was studied. The sorption and permeation of N2, O2, CO2, H2 and CH4 were studied and correlated with morphological changes in the polymer structure. From sorption isotherms, we observed that the composite membrane presents higher solubility coefficients than the polyimide one. The solubility coefficient ratio between the composite and the polyimide is about 1.5–2.0. The isotherms were analyzed in terms of the dual mode sorption. The Henry's coefficient and the Langmuir's affinity and saturation constants were obtained allowing to calculate the Langmuir to Henry concentration ratios as function of the gas pressure. These ratios decrease until zero within a certain pressure range as long as the Langmuir's mode is acting and they are higher for the polyimide membrane when compared with the composite one. This study was completed with calorimetric measurements during the sorption. The gas interaction energy in kJ/mol decreases within the same pressure range as previously described. The measured energies are higher for the polyimide film when compared with the composite one because the polyimide membrane presents a stronger energetic effect caused by a higher Langmuir's contribution. From permeation studies at 3.155 Pa, the composite membrane showed higher permeability coefficients and permselectivities than the polyimide one. All these results were explained, taking into account the difference on the imidization degree of both membranes and the morphological changes which may be induced by the silica nodules in the organic/inorganic interphases. 相似文献

The chromatographic performance of the deuterated solvents, CD3OD and D2O, has been investigated in reversed-phase micro high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic performance of CD3OD is only slightly superior to that of CH3OH. However, the performance of D2 is significantly superior to that of H2O, separation of aromatics being improved by about 30%. The applicability of thermal lens spectrometry (TLS) for quantification and routine determination of hexavalent chromium was investigated by using a collinear dual beam thermal lens spectrometer. In aqueous solutions the LOD of 0.1 μg l−1 was obtained for Cr(VI) by using 160 mW laser power. The performance of the technique was verified by the determination of hexavalent chromium in standard reference water samples (NIST SRM 1643a and NIST SRM 1643c) and comparing the results for Cr(VI) in CCA (Cr, Cu, As)-treated timber extracts to concentrations obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Good agreement between the TLS results and reported values for Cr(VI) in SRMs as well as AAS results for Cr(VI) in CCA-treated timbers confirmed that TLS is a reliable and accurate analytical technique applicable for the determination of Cr(VI) in aqueous solutions at concentration levels 0.5–100 μg l−1. 相似文献

运用半连续反应装置对山西吴家坪煤和四川华蓥山煤中氯在亚临界水条件下的脱除规律及形态变化进行了研究。考察了反应温度和压力对氯脱除率的影响;同时还运用化学提取法对原煤及残渣中氯的形态进行了研究。研究结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,煤中氯的脱除率也增加,在410℃、15MPa、60min、水流量为580mL/h时,吴家坪煤中氯的脱除率为84.6%,华蓥山煤中氯的脱除率为72.4%。吴家坪煤中氯在15MPa时的脱除率最大。华蓥山煤中氯主要以有机氯的形态存在,而吴家坪煤中氯有8%为离子可交换态的无机氯,其余为有机结合的氯;在亚临界水萃取煤的过程中,离子交换态结合的有机氯比共价键结合的有机氯更容易挥发,有机氯要首先转化为无机氯然后再逸出。 相似文献
