The effects of oxygen pressure on the structural and optical properties of high quality transparent conductive ZnO thin films were studied in detail. ZnO thin films were prepared by pulsed filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition system under various oxygen pressures on glass substrate at room temperature. With increasing oxygen pressure, the structure and optical properties of films change. The structural and optical properties of the ZnO thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction, transmittance spectrometry, refractive index, oscillator parameters, energy band gap and Urbach tail. The films show c-axis oriented (0 0 2) hexagonal wurtize crystal structure. It has been found that the grain size of ZnO thin films increases from 16.9 to 22.6 nm with the increase of oxygen pressure from 3.8×10−4 to 6.9×10−4 Torr and the crystallinity is enhanced. Average transmittance is about 90% in the visible region of the ZnO thin films. From optical transmittance spectra of ZnO films, the absorption edge shifts towards the taller wavelength with an increase in oxygen pressure. The energy band gap decreases from 3.31 to 3.20 eV with an increase in oxygen pressure. The packing density investigation shows in ZnO films high packing densities (above 0.78) can be obtained. 相似文献

We present a design for a dual-jet arc plasmatron operating at a frequency of 66 kHz in an argon flow at atmospheric pressure.
We present the results of determination of the temperature, electron concentration, and electrode erosion obtained by atomic
emission spectral analysis. The proposed convenient design for a dualjet plasmatron and the low erosion of the copper electrodes
in the plasma make it possible to use it for medical purposes.

The formation of chromium carbide-based hard-coatings on steels using a 90°-bend filtered cathodic vacuum arc (FCVA) has extensive industrial applications; such coatings are free of macroparticles and exhibit excellent characteristics. In this investigation, a working pressure of C2H2/Ar was adopted to synthesize amorphous chromium carbide film (a-C:Cr) and crystalline chromium carbide film (cryst-Cr3C2) from a Cr target (99.95%) at 500 °C under a substrate voltage of −50 V. The corrosion behavior of a-C:Cr coated on steel (a-C:Cr/steel) and cryst-Cr3C2 coated on steel (cryst-Cr3C2/steel) were compared in terms of open-circuit potentials (OCP) and polarization resistance (Rp) in an aerated 3.5 wt% NaCl aqueous solution, as determined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The XRD results indicated that the transformation of a-C:Cr to cryst-Cr3C2 is distinct as the working pressure declines from 1.2 × 10−2 to 2.9 × 10−3 Torr. The OCP of a-C:Cr/steel and cryst-Cr3C2/steel resemble each other and both assembly are nobler than uncoated steel. The Rp of the coatings exceeds that of the uncoated steel. The SEM observation and the EIS results demonstrate that the cryst-Cr3C2/steel more effectively isolates the defects than dose a-C:Cr/steel. 相似文献

The transferred arc plasma (TAP) torch process has various noteworthy features such as extremely high temperatures, low environmental impact and short processing time which makes it the most suitable technique for synthesizing ceramic composite materials. Furthermore, it is a direct two-step technique which by its virtue of high temperature and power density paves way for high production rate. Hence in this study, an effort has been made to utilize the TAP torch processing technique for the bulk production of La2Zr2O7 with time effectiveness from the mixture of La2O3 and ZrO2 powders (1:2 mol ratios) which were ball milled for 4 h. For this purpose, transferred arc plasma torch was specially designed in laboratory scale level and the operating parameters were optimized in order to achieve maximum La2Zr2O7 formation efficiency. In this study, the phase and microstructure formation of the processed samples was analyzed via X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) images respectively. Moreover, EDX analysis was incorporated to highlight the superior influence of the longer processing time on the stoichiometric ratio of ZrO2/La2O3 in the processed sample as against input power and the gas flow rate. 相似文献

The capacitated arc routing problem (CARP) focuses on servicing edges of an undirected network graph. A wide spectrum of applications
like mail delivery, waste collection or street maintenance outlines the relevance of this problem. A realistic variant of
the CARP arises from the need of intermediate facilities (IFs) to load up or unload the service vehicle and from tour length
restrictions. The proposed Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) is a simple and robust solution technique which tackles the
basic problem as well as its extensions. The VNS shows excellent results on four different benchmark sets. Particularly, for

An in-depth investigation is made on the problem of an arc-shaped interface insulating crack in a three-phase concentric circular
cylindrical piezoelectric composite constitutive model. An exact solution in series form is derived by employing the complex
variable method. In addition, the distribution of physical quantities such as stresses, strains, electric displacements and
electric fields in the whole field and along the interface is also presented. Explicit expressions for crack opening displacement,
jump in electric potential on the crack surface and the electro-elastic field intensity factors at the crack tips are obtained.
Specific calculations demonstrate that the convergence of the series form solution is satisfactory and that the outer phase
(composite phase) will exert a significant effect on the electro-mechanical coupling response of the composite system. Owing
to the fact that stresses and electric displacements still possess conventional inverse square root singularities, the oscillating
singularities near the crack tip under plane strain conditions will be absent and, as a result, no unphysical interpenetration
phenomenon of the two crack surfaces will occur. In conclusion, the elastic solution obtained is also based on a solid physical
foundation.

真空电弧的特性直接受到从阴极斑点喷射出的等离子体射流的影响,对等离子体射流进行数值仿真有助于我们深入了解真空电弧的内部物理机制.然而,磁流体动力学和粒子云网格仿真方法受限于计算精度和计算效率的原因,无法有效地应用于真空电弧等离子体射流仿真模拟.本文开发了一套三维等离子体混合模拟算法,并在此基础上建立了真空电弧单阴极斑点射流仿真模型,模型中将离子作宏粒子考虑,而电子作无质量流体处理,仿真计算了自生电磁场与外施纵向磁场作用下等离子体的分布运动状态.仿真结果表明,单个阴极斑点情况下真空等离子体射流在离开阴极斑点后扩散至极板间,其整体几何形状为圆锥形,离子密度从阴极到阳极快速下降.外施纵向磁场会压缩等离子体,使得等离子体射流径向的扩散减少并且轴线上的离子密度升高.随着外施纵向磁场的增大,其对等离子体射流的压缩效应增强,表现为等离子体射流的扩散角度逐渐减小.此外,外施纵向磁场对等离子体射流的影响也受到电弧电流大小的影响,压缩效应随电弧电流的增加而逐渐减弱. 相似文献
