The role of point defect production during deformation was examined by sealing the vacancy sinks in the grain boundaries with solutes to magnify its effect upon instantaneous strain-rate changes. AA1100 aluminium sheets were thermal-mechanically treated to result in a grain size of about 25 µm and in grain boundaries that were not capable of acting as efficient vacancy sinks. Tensile tests at various temperatures ranging from 78 to 300 K showed that above 195 K, the pinning effect could be quantitatively analysed. A rate equation analysis for mono- and di-vacancy recovery was adopted to perform fits to the deduced change in flow stress with time after strain-rate change from which apparent activation energies were derived. This examination indicates that the migrating species are predominantly di-vacancies. It is concluded that point-defect atmospheres have the capacity to glide in unison with mobile dislocations and hence are sensitive to the magnitude of the strain rate and temperature.  相似文献

The essence of bake hardening is to exploit the classical strain ageing in a positive way to increase the strength of the formed steel sheets used in outer body panel of a passenger car during the paint-baking operation. A new model that takes into account the strengthening contributions from Cottrell atmosphere and precipitate formation has been developed in the present work. The model predicts the increase in strength as a function of the amount of free solute C (calculated as a function of the annealing temperature), the amount of deformation, ageing temperature and time. The model predictions have been found to agree quite well with the experimental results; the individual contributions of Cottrell atmosphere and precipitation strengthening have been quantified.  相似文献

利用SBDART软件包计算了不同地球大气系统下2.5~5μm波段范围内的大气透过率和地球大气背景红外辐射光谱。计算目标与地球大气背景之间的信噪比,并据此分析了地球大气系统对红外目标探测的影响。结果表明:当目标位于卷云之上时,在2.5~3μm波段与4~4.5μm波段信噪比较大,信噪比随着目标高度的升高而增大,易于探测;当目标处于卷云以下时,卷云对红外信号有较强的吸收作用,光学厚度对信噪比影响较大,粒子尺度对信噪比影响不大,卷云厚度越大,信噪比越小。  相似文献

空间高层大气遥感远紫外成像光谱仪主要用于观测高层大气中的远紫外辐射和实现对其内部中尺度现象成像的功能。目前我国该类的相关仪器研究基础还比较薄弱,针对这种情况,在光学系统设计的角度上给出了一种适用于130~180nm波段探测的光学系统方案。该成像光谱仪光学系统以离轴抛物镜为物镜,串联Wadsworth结构为成像光谱系统;这种串联Wadsworth成像光谱系统采用离轴抛物镜做准直镜,分光器件为平面光栅和球面光栅串联,实现二次色散,同时球面光栅起到聚焦成像作用;在像差理论的基础上,对该结构的光程函数和各像差进行了分析,获得了改进结构的宽波段完善成像条件。针对低轨空间探测应用要求设计了相关改进型Wadsworth结构成像光谱仪光学系统,设计结果证明系统像差得到了充分校正,在奈奎斯特频率(20lp/mm)下全视场全波段调制传递函数值在0.6以上。该优化结构同时具备高空间分辨率和高光谱分辨率,性能优越。  相似文献

Based on the extended Huygens–Fresnel principle, the closed-form propagation equation of partially coherent Sinh-Gaussian (ShG) beams through the turbulent atmosphere has been derived by using the quadratic approximation of the Rytov's phase structure function. The influence of turbulence on propagation properties of partially coherent ShG beams and their beam quality in the far field are studied both analytically and numerical. The fully coherent ShG beam has been treated as a special case of the partially coherent ShG beam when the degree of spatial coherence α=∞. It is shown that in comparison with the free-space propagation the turbulence accelerates the evolution of three stages that partially coherent ShG beams undergo. The smaller α is, the less partially coherent ShG beams are affected by the turbulence. In particular, we find that the β parameter decreases as the decentered parameter δ increases, but the dependence of the Strehl ratio on δ is not monotonous. There exists an optimal δopt, the influence of turbulence on the maximum intensity of the corresponding partially coherent ShG beam with δopt is the smallest. Therefore, a suitable choice of δ may reduce the influence of turbulence on the beam quality in the far field in practice.  相似文献

The hydroxyl radical (?OH) plays important roles in environment and health problems. However, the short life time and low concentrations of ?OH limited its detection. In this work, a simple method has been successfully performed for the sensitive detection of hydroxyl radical based on an activated glassy carbon electrode (AGCE).4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4-HBA) was used as a trapping agent for ?OH radicals, leading to the production of electroactive 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3,4-DHBA). Different procedures including polarisation and cyclic voltammetry in acid or base solutions have been used to activate the glassy carbon electrodes. The electrochemical behaviours of 3,4-DHBA on these activated electrodes were studied and compared. Experimental results showed that the glassy carbon electrode polarised in H2SO4 (AGCE-P/H2SO4) has the greatest sensitivity and reproducibility to 3,4-DHBA. 3,4-DHBA performed a linear relationship from 1.0 × 10?7 to 1.0 × 10?4 M on the AGCE-P/H2SO4. The detection limit was down to 6.2 × 10?8 M. This method has been successfully applied for the detection of hydroxyl radical levels in atmosphere without separation and purification process.  相似文献

Cerium-containing oxide fluoride glasses CeF3-BaF2-AlF3-SiO2 were prepared under CO and Ar atmospheres. The glass prepared in a CO atmosphere exhibited blue emission under UV irradiation because the hydrolysis of CeF3 to a Ce4+-containing compound during heating process was controlled. The emission spectrum was separable into three peak components by peak analysis. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra were measured to investigate the valency of the elements in the glass. Oxide and fluoride ions in the glass respectively have different electronic states from those in CeO2 and CeF3. The electronic state of cerium ion in the oxide fluoride glass differed from that in CeO2 and CeF3.  相似文献

Effects of sintering atmospheres on properties of SrCo0.4Fe0.5Zr0.1O3−δ mixed-conducting membranes were in detail studied in terms of sintering behavior, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability. The sintering atmospheres were 100% N2, 79% N2–21% O2, 60% N2–40% O2, 40% N2–60% O2, 20% N2–80% O2 and 100% O2 (in vol.%), and the prepared membranes were correspondingly denoted as S-0, S-21, S-40, S-60, S-80 and S-100, respectively. It was found that the properties of membranes were strongly dependent on the sintering atmosphere. As the oxygen partial pressure in the sintering atmosphere (PO2) increased, sintering ability, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability decreased at first, which was in the order of S-0 > S-21 > S-40. However, as PO2 increased further, sintering ability, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability increased gradually: S-40 < S-60 < S-80 < S-100. And the S-100 membrane had the best sintering ability, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability in all membranes.  相似文献
