In order to improve quantification of high mass ions, the influence of cluster composition on detection efficiencies has been studied using a TOF-SIMS IV with the extended capability of postaccelerating ions up to 20 keV. In this experimental study, we focus on the comparison of detection efficiencies for three types of negatively charged secondary cluster ions: gold-alkanethiolate-clusters (AuxMy), gold-sulfur-clusters (AuxSy) and gold-clusters (Aux). The clusters were sputtered from self-assembled monolayers of hexadecanethiols on gold substrates using 10 keV Ar+ primary ions. The detection efficiencies were derived on the basis of a function for the secondary electron yield and a fourth-order approximated Poisson probability distribution for electron propagation and amplification within the microchannel plate.In addition to the well-known dependence of detection efficiencies on ion mass and energy, which has already been studied for positively charged ions, we were able to show a similar behaviour for the investigated negatively charged secondary ions. We have observed major variations among the three types of clusters at similar mass and energy as predicted in a theoretical approach. The observed differences are due to the different composition of the investigated clusters which has a major influence on the kinetic ion induced electron emission within the microchannel plate. For the first time it was possible to experimentally verify these predictions for detection efficiencies.  相似文献

The 57Fe Mössbauer technique has been used to investigate the effect of zinc oxide substitution in (25???x)MnO–xZnO–15Fe2O3–60B2O3 glass system (x?=?0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mol% of ZnO ). Mössbauer absorption spectra for all the samples recorded at room temperature suggest the existence of the two paramagnetic quadrupole doublets. The observed variations in hyperfine parameters have been explained on the basis of cations distribution and exchange interaction at the lattice sites and it is concluded that B–B interaction increases while the metal–metal interaction decreases due to replacement of manganese oxide by zinc oxide. These results suggest that the present glass system exhibits a paramagnetic behaviour that changes towards the weak paramagnetic when manganese oxide was replaced with zinc oxide.  相似文献

Gold in ores was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry following on-line preconcentration by sorbent extraction in a flow-injection system. The medium polarity adsorption resin Amberlite XAD-8 packed in a 220-μl micro-column was used to collect gold(III) from hydrochloric acid sample solutions for 40 s at 7.6 ml/min. Ethanol was used to elute the adsorbed analytes into the nebulizer. Optimization studies were made on sample loading rate, elution rate and sample acidity. Some possible interferences on the determination are discussed. A 35-fold enrichment was achieved at a sampling frequency of 60 h?1 and with an RSD of 1.4%. The detection limit (3σ) and 2 μg l?1. Results for gold in ore samples showed good agreement with those obtained using activated carbon adsorption preconcentration. The recoveries were 97–108%.  相似文献

We find the existence of a quantum thermal effect, “Hawking absorption.” near the inner horizon of the Kerr–Newman black hole. Redefining the entropy, temperature, angular velocity, and electric potential of the black hole, we give a new formulation of the Bekenstein–Smarr formula. The redefined entropy vanishes for absolute zero temperature of the black hole and hence it is interpreted as the Planck absolute entropy of the KN black hole.  相似文献

 在理论分析的基础上,具体讨论了Fe质量分数小于10-4对1 053 nm处光吸收损耗和Nd3+无辐射跃迁几率的影响规律,发现Fe在1 053 nm处的光吸收损耗和Nd3+无辐射跃迁能量转移都与Fe质量分数成平方关系增长, Fe对1 053 nm光吸收的影响较大而Fe与Nd3+之间的能量转移不足50 Hz。这对生产过程中Fe含量的控制有重要指导意义。  相似文献

 利用瞬态受激旋转拉曼散射(SRRS)模型及相位畸变模型,对具有空间相位畸变的强紫外激光束在空气中长程传输的SRRS效应进行了研究。详细讨论了低频和中高频空间相位畸变对SRRS阈值条件、斯托克斯光转换效率、剩余泵浦光和斯托克斯光相位的影响。研究结果表明,泵浦光的初始相位畸变对斯托克斯光相位畸变的影响较剩余泵浦光的更为明显;高频相位畸变对转换效率影响较低频相位畸变更大; SRRS效应阈值随低频相位畸变的增大而减小,随高频相位畸变的增大而增大。  相似文献

采用提拉法生长出了掺钕钨酸铋钠[Nd∶NaBi(WO4)2,简称Nd∶NBW]和掺钕钨酸钇钠[Nd∶NaY(WO4)2,简称Nd∶NYW]晶体,并给出了制备无开裂优质Nd∶NBW和Nd∶NYW晶体的最佳生长工艺参数。从XRD分析得到Nd∶NBW和Nd∶NYW晶体的晶胞参数,并分析了晶体的拉曼光谱,认为二者结构基本相同,为四方晶系、白钨矿结构、I41/a空间群。由吸收光谱可以看出,Nd∶NBW在802nm有较强的吸收峰,Nd∶NYW在804nm、752nm、586nm附近有较强、较宽的吸收峰,二者均适合于LD泵浦;计算了晶体中Nd3+的吸收截面积。  相似文献

We have studied antimony and selenium atomization processes including a chemical matrix modifier (palladium-containing activated carbon) during their determination by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. We have developed and fine-tuned an experimental setup for determining the kinetic characteristics (activation energy and frequency factor) for element atomization processes from measurements in the initial section of the analytical signal. We provide a rationale for the most likely mechanism for the interactions that occur. 采用一维粒子模拟(PIC)方法,研究了相对论效应对P偏振激光斜入射非均匀等离子体时产生的共振吸收的影响. 计算表明,弱相对论情况下,在临界面附近产生的电子等离子体波的相对论非线性效应占主要作用;随着入射光场的逐渐增大,吸收率逐渐降低. 当入射光强超过3.7×1017W/cm2时,由于超短激光脉冲本身在等离子体中产生相对论效应、等离子体波破裂效应,以及参量不稳定过程激发等,吸收系数随着激光强度又开始增加. 固定等离子体密度标长,取不同的激光入射角、电子初始温度,相对论效应对吸收系数的影响是一致的. 关键词: 激光等离子体 相对论效应 共振吸收 粒子模拟  相似文献

Extension of the working frequency of modern resonator spectrometers into submillimeter wave range is described. Experimental record of atmospheric absorption spectrum covering 45-370 GHz range is demonstrated for the first time, and measured water vapor Jka′, kc-Jka, kc = 51,5-42,2 at 325 GHz line parameters are presented. For the first time pressure lineshift for the 325-GHz water vapor line is measured. Further extension of working range is discussed. New estimations of physical limits of time needed for measurements of absorption in the whole Backward Wave Oscillator (BWO) range are given for phase continuous synthesizer regime. Basic schemes of fast broadband continuous phase synthesized sources are discussed. Verification of the previous measurements of water vapor 31,3-22,0 at 183 GHz line parameters is presented. Comparisons with ringdown resonator spectrometers are given.  相似文献
