Reactions of disodium tetracarbonylferrate, Na2Fe(CO)4, with sterically hindered dialkylaminodichlorophosphines, R2NPCl2 (R2N=diisopropylamino, dicyclohexylamino, and 2,2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidino) in diethyl ether lead to the air-stable phosphorus-bridging carbonyl derivatives (R2NP)2COFe2(CO)6 as the major products. The phosphorus-bridging carbonyl group in (i-Pr2NP)2COFe2(CO)6 has been found to undergo the following types of reactions: 1)Reduction, 2)Acylation, 3)Extrusion of the carbonyl group. To identify the detailed roles of water bridges in neonicotinoids recognition, twenty-four neonicotinoids compounds were designed, synthesized, bioassayed and modelled. Of all nine fragments mimicking water bridges, cyano group was the optimal one. The insecticidal activities indicated that the water bridge might be stable in the active site and was not suitable to be replaced by other groups, which highlighted the significance of water bridges for neonicotinoids. 相似文献

Six novel μ-oxamido heterobinuclear complexes, namely Cu(oxae)Ln(Me2bpy)2-(ClO4)3 (Ln=La, Nd, Gd, Tb, Ho, Er), where oxae denotes N, N'-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamido dian-ion, Me2bpy is 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridyl, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, conductivity measurements and electronic spectra. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of Cu(oxae)Gd(Me2bpy)2(ClO4)3 has been meaured over the range 4-300 K. The least-squares fit of the experimental susceptibilities yielded J - 1.87 cm-1.The observed Gd(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ) coupling is ferromagnetic. One plausible mechanism that can cause a ferromagnetic coupling between Gd(Ⅲ) and Cu(Ⅱ) is discussed in terms of spin-polarization. 相似文献

The reaction of a water solution of K4Re6Te8(CN)6 with a solution of Mn(NO3)2 in 0.02M hydrochloric acid in the presence of DMF gave crystals of a cluster rhenium complex [{ Mn(H2O)2(DMF)}2Re6Te8(CN)6]·2H2O. The structure of the compound was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction (a = 12.6679(9) Å, b = 17.4524(12) Å, c = 9.7882(6) Å, β = 105.570(6)°, V = 2084.6(3) Å3, Z = 2, space group P21/n, R = 0. 0389). In the complex, the [Re6Te8(CN)6]4− cluster anions are linked to Mn2+ cations by the cyanide bridges, the manganese cations being additionally coordinated by the DMF molecule and two water molecules. The neighboring clusters are joined by Re-C-N-Mn bridges into a three-dimensional framework possessing cavities filled with doubly disordered water molecules.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by Yu. Summary Measurements of energy transformation in mitochondria are done on a capillary differential titration calorimeter CTD2156. It is important to mention that a sediment is quickly formed by the mitochondria suspension without mixing by means of a vibrating needle. During the measurements, the vibrating needle is located inside the working volume of the chamber. The design of the calorimeter is substantiated theoretically. It provides a new mode of a reagent input in the measuring volume of the calorimetric chambers. It expands the spectrum of tasks that can be solved using this instrument. In the capillary calorimeter the calorimetric chambers unit is simple and small in size. These advantages of capillary chambers provide an opportunity to unite 20 capillary calorimetric chambers in one calorimetric block. It allows designing a multi-channel titration calorimeter. There are obvious advantages of such a calorimeter over other instruments in screening researches and in researches of objects maintaining stability only for a short time. 相似文献

A theory of electron tunneling through a single-center bridge redox group that has two electronic levels participating in the electron transfer process is presented. The temperature is presumed to be low enough to ignore activation redox conversions of the bridge group. Salient features of this system are due both to the presence of two electroactive states of the bridge group and to relaxation processes along the reaction coordinate. The processes in question make the tunneling current time-dependent at fixed potentials and can bring about hysteresis in current-voltage curves when cycling the bias potential.
