提出了一个木质纤维素生物质预处理的全绿色加工过程.以玉米秸秆和玉米芯为原料,以超临界CO2和超声偶合法对木质纤维素进行预处理.超临界CO2预处理条件为:压力15-25 MPa,温度120170℃,含水量50%,反应时间0.54 h.超声场功率600W,温度80℃,作用时间2-8 h.用纤维素酶水解反应获得的还原糖总量来评价预处理效果.结果表明,单纯超临界CO2和超临界CO2偶合超声预处理都能够提高生物质水解反应还原糖产量.对于玉米芯,超临界CO2预处理(170℃,20 MPa,3 0min)后,还原糖产率为62%(未预处理的为12%).对于玉米秸秆(170℃,20 MPa,2.5 h),还原糖产率为46.4%.对于玉米芯,超临界CO2偶合超声预处理(600 W,80℃下超声处理6 h,然后用170℃,20 MPa超临界CO2预处理30 min)后,还原糖产率为87%.对于玉米秸秆,超临界CO2偶合超声预处理(600 W,80℃下超声处理8 h,然后用170℃,20 MPa超临界CO2预处理1 h)后,还原糖产率为25.5%.与未处理生物质相比,X射线衍射结果表明玉米秸秆和玉米芯在超临界CO2和超声预处理后其结晶度没有明显变化.扫描电镜分析则发现木质纤维素的表面积显著增加.  相似文献

The synthesis and stimuli-responsiveness of a diphenyl cyclopropenone(DPCP)-centered poly(methyl acrylate)(PMA)are presented.DPCP-centered PMA could release carbon monoxide(CO)upon UV light in a switched on-and-off manner.The CO-releasing process can be reported by the variations in photoluminescence spectra.In addition,DPCP moiety covalently embedded in the crosslinked polyurethane could also release CO under UV light.Of special,DPCP-centered PMA in solution was selectively dissociated at the phenol ester bond under the ultrasound,and a force-induced hydrolyzation reaction was revealed by D20 exchanging^1 H NMR spectra.The kinetic study reveals that small quantity of water could enhance the chain scission rate.This work provides a DPCP-centered polymer for sitespecific CO-releasing and chain dissociation.  相似文献

Silicon clusters embedded in a silicon dioxide matrix were prepared by ultrasound-assisted implantation resulting in a modified concentration of suboxide states as revealed by high-resolution photoelectron spectroscopy. It is suggested that ultrasound treatment results in formation of different interface structure between silicon cluster and silicon dioxide matrix which is characterized by a distinctly reduced concentration of the suboxide states. It is observed that photoluminescence properties are strongly correlated with the concentration of the suboxide states thereby providing an evidence that besides a quantum confinement effect a closer look at the chemical composition of the nc-Si/SiO2 system is important.  相似文献

Effect of ultrasound and enzymatic pre-treatments with cellulase and pectinase on yield and properties of banana juice were investigated. A two-level full factorial design was employed. The factors selected were ultrasonication time (0 and 30 min), cellulase concentration (0 and 0.2%) and pectinase concentration (0 and 0.2%). The responses studied were yield, viscosity, clarity, total soluble solids (TSS) and pH. It was observed that pectinase was more effective in increasing the yield of juice compared to cellulase. Ultrasonic pre-treatment alone did not significantly increase the yield of juice. When ultrasound was combined with pre-treatment with both the enzymes maximum yield of 89.40% was obtained compared to 47.30% in the control. The viscosity of the juice decreased with addition of enzymes and with application of ultrasound. The clarity of the juice was not affected by cellulase treatment, but improved with pectinase treatment. Ultrasonication alone was found to be more effective than pectinase or cellulase treatment in improving the clarity of the juice. The TSS increased with enzymatic treatment, ultrasonication and their combination. pH was not affected by treatment type, but was found to be lower for the treated juices. Significant correlations were observed between the various responses.  相似文献

Electrochemical, acoustic and imaging techniques are used to characterise surface cleaning with particular emphasis on the understanding of the key phenomena relevant to surface cleaning. A range of novel techniques designed to enhance and monitor the effective cleaning of a solid/liquid interface is presented. Among the techniques presented, mass transfer of material to a sensor embedded in a surface is demonstrated to be useful in the further exploration of ultrasonic cleaning of high aspect ratio micropores. In addition the effect of micropore size on the cleaning efficacy is demonstrated. The design and performance of a new cleaning system reliant on the activation of bubbles within a free flowing stream is presented. This device utilised acoustic activation of bubbles within the stream and at a variety of substrates. Finally, a controlled bubble swarm is generated in the stream using electrolysis, and its effect on both acoustic output and cleaning performance are compared to the case when no bubbles are added. This will demonstrate the active role that the electrochemically generated bubble swarm can have in extending the spatial zone over which cleaning is achieved.  相似文献

Cyanoacetamides 3 were prepared via reacting ethyl cyanoacetate with benzylamine. Yields and reaction times needed for reaction completion at room temperature, by microwaves (μω) heating and under ultrasound (US) irradiations are compared. The formed cyanoacetamides were coupled with aromatic diazonium salts and the formed arylhydrazones were used as precursors to title triazoles and pyrazoles via reacting the former with hydroxylamine and chloroacetonitrile. In this study, the decomposition of struvite by ultrasound stripping and the recycle use of the decomposition product for the treatment of landfill leachate were investigated. The results indicated that when the decomposition of struvite by ultrasound stripping was performed at 55 °C for 40 min, the ammonium in the struvite could be almost completely eliminated from the solution system. The characterization analysis showed that magnesium phosphate and the dissolved phosphate ions were the main active derivatives. Approximately 90% of the total ammonia nitrogen (TAN) in landfill leachate can be removed by reusing the decomposition product at pH 9 for 60 min. Repeated use of the struvite decomposition product revealed that the TAN removal efficiency decreased with an increase in the number of recycles. However, in the process of multiple recycling, about 90% of TAN removal could be maintained by supplementing a certain amount of the preformed struvite to the solution for every recycle. An economic analysis demonstrated that 79.3% of the treatment cost could be saved by the proposed process compared to the non-recycling process.  相似文献

This paper presents an interferometric measurement of the out-of-plane deflections produced by a piezoelectric transducer, manufactured by thick-film deposition of a ceramic paste over an alumina substrate, when is subjected to a DC electric voltage. It is shown that a digital speckle pattern interferometer with an incorporated phase-shifting facility allows the measurement of nanometer displacements generated by the piezoelectric device. These measurements are used to evaluate the effective piezoelectric charge constant along the polarization direction (d33)eff that characterizes the thick-film transducer.  相似文献

Encapsulation of materials in particles dispersed in water has many applications in nutritional foods, imaging, energy production and therapeutic/diagnostic medicine. Ultrasonic technology has been proven effective at creating encapsulating particles and droplets with specific physical and functional properties. Examples include highly stable emulsions, functional polymeric particles with environmental sensitivity, and microspheres for encapsulating drugs for targeted delivery. This article provides an overview of the primary mechanisms arising from ultrasonics responsible for the formation of these materials, highlighting examples that show promise particularly in the development of foods and bioproducts.  相似文献
