The modified analytic embedded atom model (EAM) potentials considering farther neighbor atoms are improved for the noble metals (Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, Rh) and Cu. We not only adopt an end processing function and an enhanced smooth continuous condition for the pair potential, but also adjust the model parameters of multi-body potential by fitting a cohesive energy, a mono-vacancy formation energy, the Rose equation curve for the cohesive energy as a function of lattice parameter, a structure energy difference, elastic parameters and an equilibrium condition of crystal. The calculation results of structure energy differences misfit the experiment data for the noble metals and Cu in the unimproved EAM, because anyone of these differences have not been considered in the calculation of its model parameters. Based on first principle calculation when Ceperley–Alder and Perdew–Burke–Ernzerh type exchange-correlation energy functional were adopted to LSDA and GGA calculation, electronic properties of organometallic honeycomb lattice as a two-dimensional topological insulator was calculated. In the presence of spin–orbit interaction bulk band gap of organometallic lattice with heavy metals such as Au, Hg, Pt and Tl atoms were investigated. Our results show that the organometallic topological insulator which is made of Mercury atom shows the wide bulk band gap of about ∼120 meV. Moreover, by fitting the conduction and valence bands to the band-structure which are produced by Density Functional Theory, spin–orbit interaction parameters were extracted. Based on calculated parameters, gapless edge states within bulk insulating gap are indeed found for finite width strip of two-dimensional organometallic topological insulators. 相似文献

纸页受载后的损伤断裂行为涉及其使用性能,对其损伤断裂过程的研究不仅有助于揭示纸页破坏行为的物理本质,而且有助于对纸页质量及其生产、加工工艺作出更加科学合理的评定。本文基于声发射(Acoustic Emission,AE)实验研究纸页内部微损伤演化过程,给出了评估纸页宏观损伤断裂性能的定量描述方法。首先,根据AE信号与微损伤事件之间存在本质上的关联性,通过采集和观测纸页试样受载过程中的AE信号来研究纸页损伤断裂的基本特征;其次,针对所采集AE信号的数据量大、蕴含信息丰富导致数据分析和处理困难的特点,本文采用多元随机变量的分析方法。利用概率熵和Andrews曲线法等统计分析手段对AE数据展开研究分析,并最终利用一条损伤状态轨迹曲线实现了对纸页微损伤演化过程的完整宏观描述。结果表明,纸页微损伤演化过程呈现明显阶段性变化特征;Andrews曲线的聚类结果有效地区分了不同损伤阶段的相似性和差异性,同时,不同损伤阶段中纸样的微观形貌观测提供了实验性的证据。本文以一种典型的牛皮箱板纸为试件,验证了上述方法的有效性。 相似文献

It is shown that strong coupling of Bose–Einstein condensates to an optical cavity can be realized experimentally. With an additional driven microwave field, we show that a highly nonlinear coupling among atoms in a Bose–Einstein condensate can be induced with the assistance of the cavity mode. With such interaction, we can investigate the generation of many body entangled states. In particularly, we show that multipartite entangled GHZ states can be obtained in such architecture with current available techniques. 相似文献

With its unique data samples at energies of 3.8–4.6 GeV, the BESIII experiment made a significant contribution to the study of charmonium and charmonium-like states, i.e., the XYZ states.We review the results for observations of the Zc(3900) and Zc(4020) states, the X(3872) in e+e− annihilation, and charmonium ψ(13D2) state, as well as measurements of the cross-sections of ωχcJ and ηJ/ψ, and the search for e+e−→ γχcJ and γY (4140). A theoretical evaluation of the collective excitation spectra of nucleus at large deformations is possible within the framework of the dinuclear system (DNS) model, which treats the wave function of the fissioning nucleus as a superposition of a mononucleus configuration and two-cluster configurations in a dynamical way, permitting exchange of nucleons between clusters. In this work the method of calculation of the potential energy and the collective spectrum of fissioning nucleus at scission point is presented. Combining the DNS model calculations and the statistical model of fission we calculate the angular distribution of fission fragments for the neutron–induced fission of 239Pu. 相似文献

细胞内蛋白质的氧化还原状态直接影响细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡,而氧化还原状态的改变对调控细胞的生存或死亡尤为重要。硫氧还蛋白(Thioredoxin, TRX)是一种广泛存在于生物体内的氧化还原调节蛋白,其在细胞内氧化还原状态的变化是发挥其氧化还原调控作用的重要过程。以TRX为对象并以其中的色氨酸残基(Trp)作为内禀荧光探针,利用蛋白质定点突变、SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)、荧光光谱和圆二色谱等技术和方法,研究TRX与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GPX3)相互作用过程中氧化还原态的变化。通过观测TRX以及突变体中色氨酸荧光光谱的变化,研究蛋白相互作用的电子转移模式以及TRX氧化态-还原态之间的相互转化。结果表明氧化态的TRX与还原态的GPX3之间存在相互作用并发生电子交换,解释了二者之间电子传递模式为GPX3将电子传递给TRX,为揭示TRX在细胞信号传递过程中的物理化学机制提供了实验依据。 相似文献

采用孤立实激发与自电离探测技术相结合的方法对Sm原子偶宇称高激发态进行了系统研究.按照不同的自电离通道将所测数据进行了分类和比较,并进行了详细讨论.不仅报道了许多收敛于不同电离限的Rydberg态的能级位置和跃迁的相对强度等信息,而且还把处于同一能域内的Rydberg态和价态进行了辨识.另外,不但提供了一种有效识别不同类型的高激发态的鉴别技术,而且还对处于41800 cm-1到43800 cm-1能域内的Rydberg态和价态的光谱特性进行了详细分析和讨论.

We address a model study which includes the co-existence of the charge density wave (CDW) and ferromagnetic interactions in order to explain the colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) in manganites. The Hamiltonian consists of the ferromagnetic Hund's rule exchange interaction between eg and t2g spins, Heisenberg core spin interactions and the CDW interaction present in the eg band electrons. The core electron magnetization, induced eg electron magnetization and the CDW gap are calculated using Zubarev's Green's function technique and determined self-consistently. The effect of core electron magnetization and the CDW interaction on the induced magnetization as well as on the occupation number in the different spin states of the eg band electrons are investigated by varying the model parameters of the system like the CDW coupling, the exchange coupling, the Heisenberg coupling and the external field. It is observed that the induced magnetization exhibits re-entrant behaviour and exists within a narrow temperature range just below the Curie temperature. This unusual behaviour of the eg band electrons will throw some new insights on the physical properties of the manganite systems. 相似文献
