模拟了在低温底上沉积单层薄膜初期的表面形貌.提出了新的算法,实现了多个原子同时在沉积基底上移动的过程,克服了以往只能模拟基底上仅有一个运动原于的缺点,同时引入了沉积流量,并在此基础上讨论了移动步数、沉积流量等因素对生长的影响作用.模拟结果与实验相近,获得的花样具有分形特征.  相似文献

Games with frequency-dependent stage payoffs (FD-games), are infinitely repeated non-cooperative games played at discrete moments in time called stages. The stage payoffs depend on the action pair actually chosen, and on the relative frequencies with which all actions were chosen before. We assume that players wish to maximize their expected (limiting) average rewards over the entire time-horizon. We prove an analogy to, as well as an extension of the (perfect) Folk Theorem. Each pair of rewards in the convex hull of all individually-rational jointly-convergent pure-strategy rewards can be supported by an equilibrium. Moreover, each pair of rewards in same set giving each player strictly more than the threat-point-reward, can be supported by a subgame-perfect equilibrium. Under a pair of jointly-convergent strategies, the relative frequency of each action pair converges in the long run. Received: March 2002/Revised: January 2003  相似文献

Nanoimprint lithography (NIL) is the cutting-edge technology to produce sub-100 nm scale features on substrates. The fundamental procedure of nanoimprint lithography is replicating the patterns defined in the stamp to any deformable materials such as photoresist spun on substrates by pressing and the physical shape of the resist is deformed during the imprinting process. In this study, for the single-step nanoimprinting process, the 4-in. imprinting head, the fabricated 4-in. mask, the alignment system for multi-layer processes, and the six-DOF compliant mechanism of a wafer stage for single-step nanoimprinting on a 4-in. wafer are proposed. Using the designed nanoimprinting equipment, the nanoscale patterns with 100 nm linewidth and 150 nm height were clearly patterned on the substrate. Finally, the nanoimprinting results show the validity of the developed equipment.  相似文献

Parallel iterative algorithms based on the Newton method and on two of its variants, the Shamanskii method and the Chord method, for solving nonlinear systems are proposed. These algorithms are based on two‐stage multisplitting methods where incomplete LU factorizations are considered as a mean of constructing the inner splittings. Convergence properties of these parallel methods are studied for H‐matrices. Computational results of these methods on two parallel computing systems are discussed. 鉴于传统煤炭地下气化工艺生产煤气热值低的状况,提出了双火源两阶段地下气化的新方法,并介绍了其基本原理,在物料平衡的基础上,对两阶段煤炭地下气化方法理想气化参数进行了计算,简述了双火源两阶段工艺的现场试验过程,通过对试验结果的分析,旨出了中高热值水煤气的形成原因,从而证明了双火源两阶段地下气化方法的合理性和可行性,进一步表明双火源两阶段是我国煤炭地下气化全面实现商业化应用的重要技术工艺。  相似文献

Evidence for the existence of primitive life forms such as lichens and fungi can be based upon the formation of oxalates. These oxalates form as a film like deposit on rocks and other host matrices. Humboldtine as the natural iron(II) oxalate mineral is a classic example. Thermogravimetry coupled to evolved gas mass spectrometry shows dehydration takes place in two steps at 130 and 141°C. Loss of the oxalate as carbon dioxide occurs at 312 and 332°C. Dehydration is readily followed by Raman microscopy in combination with a thermal stage and is observed by the loss of intensity of the OH stretching vibration at 3318 cm-1. The application of infrared emission spectroscopy supports the results of the TG-MS. Three Raman bands are observed at 1470, 1465 and 1432 cm-1 attributed the CO symmetric stretching mode. The observation of the three bands supports the concept of multiple iron(II) oxalate phases. The significance of this work rests with the ability of Raman spectroscopy to identify iron(II) oxalate which often occurs as a film on a host rock.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Thermoanalytical (TA) and hot-stage microscopic techniques were employed to investigate the complicated behaviour of the non-isothermal dehydration of single crystals of α-NiSO4·6H2O. Non-isothermal dehydration to the tetrahydrate proceeds in two stages: (1) surface nucleation and growth of nuclei, followed by advancement of reaction fronts inward; (2) random nucleation and growth near the reaction front as well as in the bulk. Corresponding TA curves were interpreted to represent diffusional removal of evolved water vapour through the surface layer created in stage (1). The dehydration process of the tetrahydrate to the monohydrate is explained on the basis of textural structures produced in the previous step. Crack formation in the surface layer and rapid escape of the water vapour were observed in this step.  相似文献
