Synthesis of 3,4-disubstituted 2,5-dihydrofurans starting from the Baylis-Hillman adducts via consecutive radical cyclization, halolactonization, and decarboxylation strategy

A facile synthetic method of 3,4-disubstituted 2,5-dihydrofurans and 2,5-dihydropyrroles starting from the Baylis-Hillman adducts was developed. The 2,5-dihydrofuran skeleton was constructed via the consecutive radical cyclization, hydrolysis, halolactonization, and spontaneous decarboxylation strategy starting from the modified Baylis-Hillman adducts.

Reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization initiated with γ-radiation at ambient temperature: an overview

Using γ-radiation as initiation source at ambient temperatures (i.e. T≈20 °C) for reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerizations allows for the generation of narrowly distributed polymeric material with living characteristics. It is shown that the living characteristics effected by RAFT agent mediated bulk polymerizations using γ-irradiation are associated with a RAFT mechanism rather than with reversible termination processes. Furthermore, γ-radiation as initiation source for an appropriate RAFT agent/monomer system allows for effective radical storage and the generation of long-lived reaction intermediates at ambient temperatures.The current overview further demonstrates how the RAFT process together with γ-radiation as source of initiation can be employed to graft various monomers onto polypropylene surfaces in a controlled manner.     

百合提取液对羟自由基的消除作用

在Co^2 -H2O产生羟自由基的稳定体系中，以溴邻苯三酚红为显色剂，用分光光度法测定吸光度的变化值，研究百合提取液在此体系中消除羟自由基的作用，通过常见抗氧化剂对羟自由基消除的量效关系，判断方法的可行性。对照实验表明，百合提取液对羟自由基有较好的消除效果。     

Electrochemical Approach to the Radical Anion Formation from 2′‐Hydroxy Chalcone Derivatives

Three 2′‐hydroxy chalcone derivatives were electrochemically reduced to the radical anion by a reversible one‐electron transfer followed by a chemical dimerization reaction. Under suitable conditions of the medium, the one‐electron reduction produces very well resolved cyclic voltammograms due to the formation of the radical anion. By using appropriately the wide versatility of the cyclic voltammetric technique, was possible to study the generation of the radical anion and its stability.     

A novel synthesis of trifluoromethyl fluoroformate from trifluoromethyl hypofluorite and carbon monoxide in the presence of fluorine gas

Trifluoromethyl fluoroformate is prepared through a radical reaction between CF₃OF and CO initiated by elemental fluorine. The reaction could be integrated into a continuous synthesis process. This method represents a convenient synthesis of the title compound under mild condition.     

A direct approach to α-hydroxy and α-chloro trifluoromethyl derivatives

S-1-Acyloxy-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl and S-1-chloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl dithiocarbonates add efficiently to various functionalised olefins to give the corresponding adducts via a radical chain reaction initiated by a small amount of lauroyl peroxide.     

复发口疮治疗前后血清SOD,MDA等改变研究

选取了３５例ＲＡＵ患者与３０例正常对照，作锌、铁制剂辅助中草药雷公藤、丹参片治疗前后血清ＳＯＤ、ＭＤＡ的改变，实验组与对照组有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），治疗前后对比又有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。而ＰＥＧ－ＣＩＣ的改变，实验组比对照组有显著性增高（Ｐ〈０．０１），治疗前后对比又有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。
