The hydrothermal treatment of sugars features a promising technology for the production of fine and platform chemicals from renewable resources. In this work the hydrothermal decomposition of fructose was studied in a buffered medium at a pH range between 2.2 and 8.0. It is demonstrated that at lower pH values mainly 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), levulinic acid and humin are generated, while lactic acid and acetic acid are produced at higher pH values. The work shows that the use of moderate acidic conditions may have advantages for the hydrothermal HMF production over the use of strongly acidic conditions, as especially the degradation into levulinic acid is suppressed. Besides, this study deals with a rather complex reaction network, hence limitations and need for adaption of the kinetic model are discussed. 相似文献

为了对海水痕量营养盐与重金属进行测定,基于FCS的设计思想,采用流动注射分光光度法研制了具有自适应外界设备、快速组建多种仪器及全数字化通信等特点的软硬件一体化的通用测定平台。平台以ARM(S3C2416)处理器为核心,Linux为操作系统,LCD作为人机交互显示,触摸屏或者USB鼠标完成输入控制,构成完整的嵌入式工控机系统;采用CAN总线并制定CAN应用层协议管理设备,提高了系统的可靠性及抗干扰能力。实际测试和应用证明,该平台自动化程度高,通用性、重用性及可扩展性均较强,可组建成亚硝氮、硝氮、氨氮、活性磷、铁等多种痕量元素的实验室、船载和原位分析系统,检测限为nmol/L级别。平台对样品的测试准确度与商品专用仪器无显著性差异。 相似文献

Although a single type of chemical agent (eg, gels, microspheres, surfactants, etc.) has achieved some effects in enhanced oil recovery of carbonate reservoirs, for pore-cavity-fracture carbonate reservoirs, the use of a single type of chemical agent does not perform well. The main objective of this study is to study the effect of different types of chemical agents in enhanced oil recovery of complex carbonate reservoirs. In order to determine the screening principle of chemical agents, the types of water channeling in the North Troyes reservoir were analyzed. For complex fractures, step by step plugging, multi-agent and multi-slug comprehensive intervention is carried out to ensure the plugging of high-permeability channels and inhibit the seepage of large channels. It can plug channeling fracture channel, adjust secondary dominant channel and reduce matrix flow resistance, so as to expand macroscopic swept volume and improve microscopic water flooding efficiency. The results show that it is difficult to comprehensively control water channeling in pore-cave-fracture carbonate reservoir, and the reservoir heterogeneity in the test area can be improved by mixing different types of control and flooding agents and carrying out deep profile control. The plugging rate of gel is 97.18 %, and the oil–water selection ratio is 0.45 in fractured core; the expansion rate of nano - microspheres is more than 3 times; the wetting modifier can improve the imbibition oil displacement efficiency by 14.76%, and the test result shown that nano - microspheres and wetting modifier have good synergistic oil displacement effect. The field application result shown that daily oil production of oil well in the test area increased by 5.0 m3/d and the daily water rate decreased by 19.0% compared with that before the control flooding. The findings of this study can help for better understanding of enhanced oil recovery in pore-cave-fracture carbonate reservoir. 相似文献

The abuse and contamination of antibiotics have long been a hot issue of global concern. On the basis of inner filter effect (IFE), this article established the fluorescence detection system of a mixture of Rutin-AuNPs and 7-hydroxycoumarin, realizing the rapid and sensitive detection of etimicin. The system was also successfully applied to actual samples through a smartphone sensing platform. Due to the antioxidant property of rutin, Rutin-AuNPs were green synthesized with uniform particle size, good monodispersity, and favorable stability. As a good fluorescent quencher, Rutin-AuNPs could effectively quench the fluorescence of 7-hydroxycoumarin based on IFE with a quenching percent of 89.81 %. However, etimicin could bind tightly to the surface of Rutin-AuNPs through charge attraction, Au-N bond, and affinity between sugars, leading to the replacement of 7-hydroxycoumarin. In addition, one or more of the above effects caused aggregation of Rutin-AuNPs, leading to fluorescence recovery rapidly. A linear response between the fluorescence system and etimicin was reasonably established with detection limits as low as 0.12 μM. This system was successfully applied to real sample detection. 为了实现漆包机生产的远程监控,设计了一款基于Web的实时漆包机远程监控平台。该平台使用模块化,可扩展的设计方案,采用了Spring MVC的后台Web应用程序框架,基于Modbus协议的数据交互,Ajax方式的网络数据异步提交以及无刷新的图表显示技术。传统的监控平台只能通过以太网在企业内部访问,而该平台可接入互联网,可实现随时随地通过电脑及或者移动终端对生产设备各部分的温度点、电机风机转速、耗电量统计的实时监视,对温度的上下限及电机转速进行远程控制,接收设备状态异常的实时报警,数据存储分析。实验测试表明,该平台的实时性和稳定性均能达到车间生产的要求。 相似文献

Biosensors based on field‐effect transistor (FET) structures have attracted considerable attention because they offer rapid, inexpensive parallel sensing and ultrasensitive label‐free detection. However, long‐term repeatable detection cannot be performed, and Ag/AgCl reference electrode design is complicated, which has hindered FET biosensors from becoming truly wearable health‐monitoring platforms. In this paper, we propose a novel wearable detection platform based on AlGaN/GaN high‐electron‐mobility transistors (HEMTs). In this platform, a sweatband was used to continuously collect sweat, and a pH detecting unit and a potassium ion detecting unit were formed by modifying different sensitive films to realize the long‐term stable and repeatable detection of pH and potassium ions. Experimental data show that the wearable detection platform based on AlGaN/GaN HEMTs has good sensitivity (pH 3–7 sensitivity is 45.72 μA/pH; pH 7.4–9 sensitivity is 51.073 μA/pH; and K+ sensitivity is 4.94 μA/lgαK+), stability (28 days) and repeatability (the relative standard deviation (RSD) of pH 3–7 sensitivity is 2.6 %, the RSD of pH 7.4–9 sensitivity is 2.1 %, and the RSD of K+ sensitivity is 7.3 %). In the fields of biocomputing and biomolecular, DNA molecules are applicable to be regarded as data of logical computing platform that uses elaborate logic gates to perform a variety of tasks. Graphene oxide (GO) is a type of novel nanomaterial, which brings new research focus to materials science and biosensors due to its special selectivity and excellent quenching ability. G-quadruplex as a unique DNA structure stimulates the intelligent application of DNA assembly on the strength of its exceptional binding activity. In this paper, we report a universal logic device assisted with GO and G-quadruplex under an enzyme-free condition. Integrated with the quenching ability of GO to the TAMRA (fluorophore, Carboxytetramethylrhodamine) and the enhancement of fluorescence intensity produced by the peculiar binding of G-quadruplex to the NMM (N-methylmesoporphyrin IX), a series of basic binary logic gates (AND. OR. INHIBIT. XOR) have been designed and verified through biological experiments. Given the modularity and programmability of this strategy, two advanced logic gates (half adder and half subtractor) were realized on the basis of the same work platform. The fluorescence signals generated from different input combinations possessed satisfactory results, which provided proof of feasibility. We believe that the proposed universal logical platform that operates at the nanoscale is expected to be utilized for future applications in molecular computing as well as disease diagnosis. 相似文献
