Composite coating of Ni-Co/Al2O3 was deposited in Ce2(SO4)3 containing electrolyte by pulse reverse current (PRC) method. The effect of Ce2(SO4)3 in electrolyte on morphology, microstructure, composition, micro-hardness and residual macrostress of composite coating was investigated. The results indicates that with addition of Ce2(SO4)3 in electrolyte, the composite coating becomes uniform, compact and possesses finer grains, the composite content of Al2O3 is enhanced, the micro-hardness of composite coating is improved, while the residual macrostress is decreased.  相似文献

A density-functional theory (DFT) study is performed using a full-potential linearized-augmented-plane-waves (FP-LAPW) method to investigate the magnetic structure of vanadium-molybdenum systems (Vn/Mo(0 0 1), n = 1, 2). The topmost V layers relax inward in both systems with a larger contraction in V2/Mo(0 0 1) system. A p(1 × 1) in-plane ferromagnetic ordering with appreciable magnetic moments is obtained on V overlayers, which is found to be the ground state in both systems. The layers below the surface exhibit induced magnetism with antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling.  相似文献

Main features inherent in simplified approach to residual stresses determination in cylindrical shells and tubes, external diameter of which is not less than 60 mm, by combing the hole-drilling method and reflection hologram interferometry are discussed in detail. Initial experimental information in a form of hole diameter increments in principal stress directions is derived from high-quality reflection holograms recorded near cylindrical objects of intermediate curvature value. Converting measured parameters into required stress values is based on the transition model that corresponds to plane stress conditions of pure membrane type. The technique developed is capable of determining residual stress component values within 5% accuracy in an absence of stress gradients over the probe hole diameter when a type of residual stress field corresponds to the transition model adopted. The accuracy analysis involved is based on matrix formulation of conventionally direct problem and an assumption on a pure membrane character of residual stress field under study for thin-walled shell. Required error estimations in a case of inspecting thick-walled cylindrical tube are obtained by combining the above-mentioned approach and an analogy of reconstructed fringe patterns with actual and artificial interferograms, which follow from drilling blind hole of the same geometrical parameters in thick-walled plates. Experimental verification of the developed approach is founded upon a determination of actual stresses in thin-walled cylindrical shell and obtaining residual stress distributions at the proximity of welded joint in thick-walled cylindrical tube.  相似文献

This paper considers the expected residual minimization (ERM) method proposed by Luo and Lin (J. Optim. Theory Appl. 140:103–116, 2009) for a class of stochastic variational inequality problems. Different from the work mentioned above, the function involved is assumed to be nonlinear in this paper. We first consider a quasi-Monte Carlo method for the case where the underlying sample space is compact and show that the ERM method is convergent under very mild conditions. Then, we suggest a compact approximation approach for the case where the sample space is noncompact. The aim of this paper was to investigate the effect of powder feed rate (PFR) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the supersonic plasma-sprayed Ni-Cr-B-Si-C coatings. The microstructure, porosity and mechanical properties of the coatings and the residual stresses at the coating surfaces were experimentally determined. Results showed that the variations of porosity, elastic moduli and micro-hardness of the coatings followed Weibull distribution. From the statistical trend, the porosity of the coating increased with increasing PFR. However, the elastic modulus and the micro-hardness of the coating decreased and reached local minima and then increased with increasing PFR. Elastic modulus could be generally considered to be an increasing function of micro-hardness. The mean value of the elastic modulus of the coating calculated from Weibull plot was almost proportional to the square root of the mean value of the micro-hardness of the coating. Moreover, with increasing PFR, the residual stress at the coating surface, which was mainly governed by the elastic modulus of the coating, decreased to a local minimum and then increased.  相似文献

In subnormal glow discharge under d.c. excitation at different pressure in a varying transverse magnetic field (0 to 30 G) some measurements have been carried out for various initial average tube currents. The voltage across the discharge increases and average tube current and residual current decreases in the magnetic field. With the help of Beckman’s expression [4] for the axial field and the electron density distribution in a transverse magnetic field the observed variation of current and voltage can be satisfactorily explained. The variation of axial electric field with transverse magnetic field can be represented to a fair degree of accuracy by the derived equation. The behaviour of residual current with magnetic field has been observed in these oscillations.  相似文献

We report magnetization and Raman spectroscopy study on single crystals of VOCl, a van der Waals antiferromagnetic material. Magnetization measurement confirms an antiferromagnetic transition at 79 K and a magnetic easy axis along crystallographic a direction. The temperature-dependent Raman spectrum reveals five peaks at 30 K. Below the Neel temperature TN, the Raman-active modes 247 cm~(-1) and 404 cm~(-1) remarkably deviate from the standard Boltzmann function,which is ascribed to the strong magnetoelastic coupling between spins and phonons. We further observe an anomaly in 383 cm~(-1) mode at around 150 K. This coincides with the broad maximum in VOCl's magnetic susceptibility, suggesting a development of short-ranged magnetic order at this temperature.  相似文献

基于13原子二十面体结构,采用密度泛函方法系统计算研究了Fe、Co及Ni单质及二元混合团簇的磁性.发现有限温度下团簇磁性随结构畸变的敏感性随Fe、Co、Ni顺序逐渐减弱,同时发现二十面体结构Fe_(13)及Co_(13)均具有不同磁矩的近简并低能态.对FeNi及CoNi混合团簇、其磁矩随组分的变化不存在反常现象,但对于FeCo混合团簇、其磁矩随组分的演化行为存在个别反常现象.我们认为:这种反常现象能够对FeCo非晶合金中的实验观测结果提供一种可能的理论解释.  相似文献

A series of metal–organic frameworks built from a propionate-functionalized purine-containing ligand 3-(6-oxo-6,9-dihydro-1H-purin-1-yl)propanoic acid (H2L), {[La(HL)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (1), {[Ce(HL)3(H2O)2]·4H2O}n (2), [Co(HL)2(H2O)2]n (3), {[Cd(L)(H2O)]·0.5H2O}n (4) and {[Pb(HL)(C2O4)0.5(H2O)]·2H2O}n (5), was synthesized and characterized. Isostructural 1 and 2 have polymeric chain structures further linked into 3-D porous supramolecular frameworks with 1-D open channels through complicated interchain hydrogen bonding interactions. At 77 K and 1 bar, the dehydrated porous materials 1 and 2 show adsorption behaviors with maximum nitrogen uptakes of 14 and 23 mL g?1, respectively. Complexes 35 are 2-D coordination polymers but have different topological structures. Metallohelicate 3 has (4,4) nets composed of left- and right-handed metal–organic helices sharing the common metal centers, but metallohelicate 4 possesses (4·82) topology and 5 has 63-topological structure. In 3 and 5, the polymeric layers are further assembled through regular interlayer hydrogen bonding interactions to form 3-D supramolecular frameworks. Additionally, the thermostabilities of 15 as well as the magnetism of 3 were also investigated.  相似文献
