Crystalline carbon nitrides: thin films and bulk samples

A new method was developed for the preparation of bulk samples of crystalline carbon nitride on exposure of an amorphous nitrogen- and carbon-containing material to high temperature and ultrahigh pressure in the presence of crystallization seeds. Amorphous carbon nitride whose composition was close to C₃N₄was used as a starting material. Thin films of crystalline carbon nitrides prepared by the laser-electric discharge method were used as crystallization seeds.     

Sol-Gel Formation of ITO Thin Film from a Sol Including ITO Powder

Recently, low temperature synthesis of ITO thin film of low resistivity is desired in the field of LCD (Liquid Crystalline Display) production. This paper describes the results of experiment to produce ITO thin film from a sol containing crystalline ITO particles and alkoxides of In and Sn. Crystallization temperature of ITO thin film obtained from the sol mixed with ITO powder was lower than that of ITO from the sol without ITO powder. Furthermore, the resistivity of the former ITO thin film was lower than that of the latter. It was assumed that these results were attributed to the promotion effect of ITO crystalline particles to crystalize the amorphous ITO gel at lower temperature. This low temperature crystallization effect plays an important role in enhancing the crystallinity and electric conductivity of ITO thin film from sol-gel process.

RLC串联电路暂态过程时间常数的测量与修正

本文分析了RLC串联电路暂态过程时间常数τ的实验测量值与理论值偏差的原因,以频率为振荡频率的正弦波代替欠阻尼振荡波,测出电路电容和电感上的损耗电阻,对时间常数的理论值进行修正,可使τ的理论修正值与实验测量值基本吻合。     

目的地充电站电动汽车充电设施优化配置

为了研究城市商业区目的地充电站的设施优化问题,本文在充分考虑快、慢充电设施充电时间的差异性和顾客在目的地接受充电时间异质性的基础上,构建了针对两类服务设施的排队论模型,同时以将同类型服务设施并联视为一台大型服务设施为出发点,这一出发点的可行性通过对M/M/1和M/M/n模型的相关指标值比对进行了验证;然后,在窗口能力不等的多服务窗排队系统中纳入已并联的快充与慢充充电设施,在获得模型基本参数基础上,再运算得到稳态方程及相关指标值,在此基础上构建了使用方与建设方综合服务费用最小的目标函数。本文末对所提出方法可行性与优越性由算例与对比分析进行了证实。     

The Quantization of Mesoscopic Electric Circuit with the Discreteness of Electron Charge

The importance of discreteness of electron charge for mesoscopic electric circuit is addressed. A quantization bf the circuit in accord with the discreteness of electric charges is proposed, and a Schrödinger equation incharge representation'is obtained. The Schrödinger equation is turned to be Mathieu equation in'current representation', the wavefunction and energy spectrum can be solved exactly. The WKB solutions of the energy levels for the ground state and the excited states are given.     

废弃电路板塑料颗粒流化床热解实验研究

应用热重 红外研究了电路板热解过程的动力学方程和相关产物。在高温流化床惰性气氛条件下热解电路板塑料颗粒,采用元素分析和傅里叶变换红外光谱等方法分析所收集的高沸点液体和固体的性质。结果表明,当温度和气速分别升高时,液体产品的收率也随之升高。热解油主要成分是芳烃,含有苯的取代官能团,热解固体产物主要成分是碳和玻璃纤维。
