By means of Collins diffraction integral, the propagation expression of an ultrashort laser pulse passing through a spatial filter is derived. The effects of the magnification of spatial filter on pulse broadening and distortion of pulse-front for the ultrashort optical pulse are analytically deduced and numerically simulated. It is found that pulse broadening and propagation time difference of a laser pulse getting through spatial filter is proportional to the magnification. As a conclusion, in an ultrashort pulse laser system with a large aperture, the effect of pulse broadening and distortion of pulse-front should be considered.  相似文献

由于脂质过氧化反应(LPO)是导致人体疾病(如肝炎、肝硬化、动脉硬化、脑溢血等)的主要原因, 而黄酮类化合物是一类很强的过氧化反应抑制剂, 因此有必要研究其化学结构与过氧化反应的关系及其抗氧化机理.本文选择α-羟乙基过氧自由基为脂质过氧自由基的模拟物, 采用脉冲辐解方法研究了乙醇溶液中4种典型的黄酮类化合物(槲皮素、芦丁、儿茶素以及黄岑甙)与α-羟乙基过氧自由基的反应动力学, 测得其反应活性顺序为:芦丁>槲皮素>黄岑甙>儿茶素. 同时以黄酮体和邻苯二酚为黄酮类化合物不同结构特征的模型化合物, 用脉冲辐解法测得二者与α-羟乙基过氧自由基的反应速率常数分别为(1.7±0.1)×106和(2.9±0.1)×105 mol-1·dm3·s-1.实验结果表明, 在黄酮类化合物与α-羟乙基过氧自由基的反应中, A环C5位的羟基, C环C2=C3或B-C环的大π键和B环邻二羟基共存时清除α-羟乙基过氧自由基活性最好, 而且C环C2=C3或B-C环大π键的清除活性好于B环邻二羟基, 同时C环是否含有C3-醣甙结构对清除作用没有明显影响. 因此我们推测在黄酮类化合物抑制脂质过氧化反应过程中, 起主要作用的是C环C2=C3或B-C环的大π键与脂质过氧自由基的双键加成反应.  相似文献

Stable cavitation (SC) has shown great potential for novel therapeutic applications. The spatiotemporal distribution of the SC activity of microbubbles circulating in a target region is not only correlated with the uniformity of treatment, but also with some undesirable effects. Therefore, it is important to achieve controllable and desirable SC activity in target regions for improved therapeutic efficiency and biosafety. This study proposes a closed-loop feedback controller based on pulse length (PL) regulation to improve the temporal stability of SC activity. Microbubbles circulating in a physiological flowing phantom were exposed to a 1 MHz focused transducer. The SC signals produced were initially received by another 7.5 MHz plane transducer, followed by high-speed signal acquisition and real-time processing. Based on the real-time-measured SC intensity excited by the current acoustic pulse, the proposed closed-loop feedback controller used three proportional coefficients to regulate the peak negative pressure (PNP) and PL of the next acoustic pulse during the acceleration and stable stages, respectively. The results show that the rise time and the temporal stability of the SC intensity of the microbubbles circulating in these two stages were improved significantly by the optimized proportional coefficients used in the proposed controller. Importantly, when compared with the traditional closed-loop feedback controller based on PNP regulation, the proposed closed-loop feedback controller based on PL regulation reduced the probability of a transition between stable and inertial cavitation, thus avoiding the risk of disadvantageous bioeffects in practical applications. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed PL-based closed-loop feedback controller and provide a feasible strategy for realization of controllable cavitation activity in applications.  相似文献

Introduction

Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) is a unique method to determine regional and local aortic stiffness parameters. Although various methods have been validated, there are no data in patients after acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). In the present study we assessed the feasibility of different CMR derived measures of aortic stiffness in patients after first acute STEMI for the first time.

Methods

CMR derived aortic pulse wave velocity (PWV) determined by the regional transit-time (PWVTT) and local flow-area (PWVQA) method as well as local distensibility coefficients (DCs) was analyzed in 22 healthy young volunteers and 28 patients with recent acute STEMI.

Results

PWVTT and DC of the ascending aorta differed significantly between healthy subjects and STEMI patients (all p < 0.001). PWVQA at thoracic levels of aorta was not different between groups (p > 0.520) and did not correlate with age (p > 0.149) and PWVTT (p > 0.310). Intra- and interobserver variability was high for PWVTT (r = 0.970, p < 0.001 and r = 0.920, p < 0.001), acceptable for DC (all r > 0. 809, p < 0.001 and all r > 0.510, p < 0.001) but low for thoracic PWVQA (all r < 0.330 and all r < 0.372).

Conclusion

PWVTT and local DC are robust methods for the assessment of aortic stiffness in patients after acute STEMI.  相似文献

介绍了非直视单散射信道模型及其在椭球坐标系下的求解方法.在此基础上,针对垂直发收模式,研究了大气信道对紫外光通信系统的影响.对不同天气、不同通信距离条件下,大气信道所产生的能量损耗、时间延迟和脉冲展宽等进行了定量分析和仿真.仿真结果表明:能量衰减随能见度变化曲线存在拐点,即并不是天气越好,能见度越高,系统接收能量越大|通信距离1 km时,能见度18 km处出现能量衰减最小值|能量衰减随通信距离非线性递增,通信距离1 km时,能量衰减近100 dB|随着通信距离的增加,时间延迟和脉冲展宽都近似呈线性增长,通信距离1 km时,时间延迟接近5 μs,脉冲展宽大于10 μs.  相似文献

针对神光Ⅱ高功率激光装置前端预放系统输出的能量设计了一种远程能量控制系统,包括半波片-偏振片组合衰减装置以及闭环负反馈控制系统的设计.在光学调整方案上,设计了半波片-偏振片组合衰减装置,对激光能量进行衰减控制.在控制算法上,实现了对能量控制的闭环比例积分微分调整.在调整准确度上,实现了调整准确度为1%,误差低于0.1%的精确控制.本文所设计的高功率激光装置前端能量控制系统利用能量计、步进电机与计算机软件之间的相互通信来实现对能量的闭环比例积分微分控制,适用范围广,可扩展性好,并具有简单易调整、控制精密、结果准确等特点.  相似文献

背向瑞利散射是光纤中一种重要的物理过程,利用该物理现象实现的光时域反射计是一种重要且常见的光纤测量设备.本文理论研究了任意波形的输入脉冲在光纤中的背向瑞利散射过程,导出了将瑞利散射看作为一种线性系统的冲激响应函数,讨论了方波与有振荡拖尾的注入脉冲的背向散射输出波形.对于方波注入,利用商用光时域反射仪表对理论进行了验证;对于有拖尾的脉冲,进行了实验研究,结果表明仿真与实验结果一致.  相似文献

云雾后向散射会产生引发激光引信虚警的回波信号.基于蒙特卡罗法,对云雾散射回波进行了模拟仿真,并定量给出了云雾散射回波的波形、波峰位置、脉宽和峰值功率随发射脉冲宽度的变化规律.研究结果表明,回波峰值功率随着发射脉宽的增大而增大,且当发射脉宽增大到50ns后趋于饱和,峰值功率将不随脉冲宽度的变化而变化;脉冲展宽的程度随发射脉宽的增大而减弱;发射脉宽对云雾散射回波波峰位置的影响较小.给出的回波信号模拟仿真结果可以为窄脉冲激光引信的目标识别以及探测阈值和脉冲宽度等参量的优化设计提供依据.  相似文献

The velocity profile and radiation pressure field of a bubble cluster containing several thousand micro bubbles were obtained by solving the continuity and momentum equations for the bubbly mixture. In this study, the bubbles in the cluster are assumed to be generated and collapsed synchronously with an applied ultrasound. Numerical calculations describing the behavior of a micro bubble in a cluster included the effect of the radiation pressure field from the synchronizing motion of bubbles in the cluster. The radiation pressure generated from surrounding bubbles affects the bubble’s behavior by increasing the effective mass of the bubble so that the bubble expands slowly to a smaller maximum size. The light pulse width and spectral radiance from a bubble in a cluster subjected to ultrasound were calculated by adding a radiation pressure term to the Keller–Miksis equation, and the values were compared to experimental values of the multibubble sonoluminescence condition. There was close agreement between the calculated and observed values.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new method to selectively fabricate n-type and p-type bismuth (Bi)-telluride (Te) thermoelectric materials by the rate of addition of ethylene glycol (EG) in the Bi–Te co-electrodeposition solution. As the amount of added EG is increased, the atomic ratio of Bi in the deposited Bi–Te alloy reached a slope of 0.463 (at.% of Bi/vol.% of EG), and increased in a linear manner. When the EG content reached approximately 20%v/v, the n-type material changed into a p-type. This change implies that adjusting the EG content in the electrodeposition solution affords simple control of the Bi–Te composition. To demonstrate the applicability of the developed thermoelectric materials, thermoelectric generators (TEGs) were fabricated using electrodeposited n-type (using solution without EG) and p-type (using solution with 30%v/v EG) Bi–Te alloys. The Seebeck voltage of the pair of n-type and p-type thermoelectric materials was 140 mV and the power generated from the pair was 24.36 nW at a 10 °C temperature difference.  相似文献
