A new polyethylene glycol/graphene oxide composite material bonded on the surface of a stainless‐steel wire was used for solid‐phase microextraction. The layer‐by‐layer structure increased the adsorption sites of the novel fiber, which could facilitate the extraction of trace compounds. The polyethylene glycol/graphene oxide was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis, which verified that polyethylene glycol was successfully grafted onto the surface of graphene oxide. The performance of the polyethylene glycol/graphene oxide coated fiber was investigated for phenols and phthalate esters coupled with gas chromatography with flame ionization detection under the optimal extraction and desorption conditions, and the proposed method exhibited an excellent extraction capacity and high thermal stability. Wide linear ranges were obtained for the analytes with good correlation coefficients in the range of 0.9966–0.9994, and the detection limits of model compounds ranged from 0.003 to 0.025 μg/L. Furthermore, the as‐prepared fiber was used to determine the model compounds in the water and soil samples and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

In this study,powders of polyethylene oxide(PEO) and lithium perchlorate(Li Cl O4) were used as the raw materials for producing the ionic conduction polymer PEO–Li Cl O4 with different complex-ratios and used for anodic bonding through high energy ball milling method,and meanwhile,X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),ultraviolet absorption spectrum test analysis,and other relevant methods were adopted to research the complexation mechanism of PEO and Li Cl O4 and the impact of the ionic conduction polymer with different complex-ratios on the anodic bonding process under the action of the strong static electric field.The research results showed that the crystallization of PEO could be effectively obstructed with increased addition of Li Cl O4,thus increasing the content of PEO–Li Cl O4 in amorphous area and continuously improving the complexation degree and the room-temperature conductivity thereof,and that the higher room-temperature conductivity enabled PEO–Li Cl O4 to better bond with metallic aluminum and have better bonding quality.As the new encapsulating material,such research results will promote the application of new polymer functional materials in micro-electromechanical system(MEMS) components.  相似文献

Hybrid Glass Fibre Reinforced Composites (HGRFCs) made with unidirectional glass fibres and silica or cement microparticles inclusions were investigated in order to improve their performance under flexural and impact loadings. Two full factorial designs were conducted to evaluate (i) the effect of the particle weight fraction on the compressive modulus of epoxy polymer (2131) and (ii) the effect of the number of layers and type of particle (32) on the apparent density, flexural modulus and strength of HGFRCs. Composites with higher flexural properties were evaluated under impact loading via one-way analysis. TGA and FTIR analyses were used to verify the effect of ceramic particles within the polymeric phase. A microstructural analysis (SEM) was performed to verify the fracture mode and better assess the mechanical performance of HGFRCs.  相似文献

The current market has widely adopted the new polyethylene pipe grade PE 100 RC (resistant to cracks) for pipe applications. However, the main drawback of this material is the long test period (∼10,000 h) required for ranking the resins. This paper proposes a modified Pennsylvania edge-notch tensile (PENT) test with higher load and temperature conditions (2.8 MPa and 90 °C). With the modified PENT test, failure time is six times shorter but slow crack growth is maintained. Additionally, it evaluates and finds an unexpected relationship between the strain hardening modulus and specimen thickness. These results suggest that the 0.30-mm thickness recommended by ISO 18488 is not optimal. Therefore, thicker specimens are proposed for accurate strain hardening modulus determination. Both methods are viable alternatives for evaluating the failure resistance of the new polyethylene pipe grades.  相似文献

(13)C NMR is a powerful analytical tool for characterizing polyethylene copolymer composition and sequence distribution. Accurate characterization of the composition and sequence distribution is critical for researchers in industry and academia. Some common composite pulse decoupling (CPD) sequences used in polyethylene copolymer (13)C NMR can lead to artifacts such as modulations of the decoupled (13)C NMR signals (decoupling sidebands) resulting in systematic errors in quantitative analysis. A new CPD method was developed, which suppresses decoupling sidebands below the limit of detection (less than 1:40,000 compared to the intensity of the decoupled signal). This new CPD sequence consists of an improved Waltz-16 CPD, implemented as a bilevel method. Compared with other conventional CPD programs this new decoupling method produced the cleanest (13)C NMR spectra for polyethylene copolymer composition and triad sequence distribution analyses.  相似文献

A series of anilinonaphthoquinone-based nickel complexes, Ni(C10H5O2NAr)(Ph)(PPh3) (Ar = C6H3-2,6-Me (1c); Ar = C6H2-2,4,6-Me (2c); Ar = C6H3-2,6-Et (3c)), were synthesized and the structures of 1c-3c were confirmed by single crystal X-ray analyses. The anilinonaphthoquinone-ligated nickel complexes activated with B(C6F5)3 showed high activities for ethylene polymerization at 40 °C under atmospheric pressure of ethylene and gave polyethylene with long chain branches and short chain branches. The activity of these systems was decreased by lowering polymerization temperature accompanied by increase in molecular weight. The number of the chain branches was also decreased with lowering polymerization temperature and increasing the bulkiness of the ligand.  相似文献

The compatibility Teflon-AF 2400 liquid core optical fibre with resonance Raman spectroscopy (RRS-LCOF) was used to detect aqueous biomolecules. The maximum sensitivity enhancement factor for concentrations greater than the detection limit in a conventional cell was 10, and detection limit reduction of about 1000-fold have been achieved for the measurement of aqueous absorbing sample using Teflon-AF 2400 fibre Raman cell compared to the conventional cell. We were able to collect spectra of 2.5 × 10−9 and 2.5 × 10−10 M aqueous β-carotene using 16.2 mW of laser power and 10 s integration time. This volume of a 2.5 × 10−10 M aqueous solution corresponds to only 1.5 fmol or 830 fg of β-carotene. The results of this preliminary study indicate that RRS-LCOF has potential in bioanalytical and biomedical applications.  相似文献

Simultaneous determination of non-fluorescent glycols in mixtures without separation or chemical transformation steps is described. Two methods based in the measure of fluorescence anisotropy of a probe such as fluorescein dissolved in the analyte or analyte mixtures are described. In the first method, the anisotropy spectra of pure and mixtures of analytes are used to quantitative determination (if the fluorophor concentration is in a range where fluorescence intensity is proportional to concentration). In the second method, a calibration curve anisotropy-concentration based on the application of the Perrin equation is established. The methods presented here are capable of directly resolving binary mixtures of non-fluorescent glycols on the basis of differences on the fluorescence anisotropy of a fluorescence tracer. Best analytical performances were obtained by application of the method based on Perrin equation. This method is simple, rapid and allows the determination of mixtures of glycols with reasonable accuracy and precision. Detection limits are limited by the quantum yield and anisotropy values of the tracer in the solvents. Recovery values are related to the differences in anisotropy values of the tracer in the pure solvents. Mixtures of glycerine/ethylene glycol (GL/EG), ethylene glycol/1,2-propane diol (EG/1,2-PPD) and polyethylene glycol 400/1,2-propane diol (PEG 400/1,2-PPD) were analysed and recovery values are within 95-120% in the Perrin method. Relative standard deviation are in the range 1.3-2.9% and detection limits in the range 3.9-8.9%.  相似文献

A method is described for the measurement of dietary fibre, including resistant starch (RS), non-digestible oligosaccharides (NDO) and available carbohydrates. Basically, the sample is incubated with pancreatic α-amylase and amyloglucosidase under conditions very similar to those described in AOAC Official Method 2002.02 (RS). Reaction is terminated and high molecular weight resistant polysaccharides are precipitated from solution with alcohol and recovered by filtration. Recovery of RS (for most RS sources) is in line with published data from ileostomy studies. The aqueous ethanol extract is concentrated, desalted and analysed for NDO by high-performance liquid chromatography by a method similar to that described by Okuma (AOAC Method 2001.03), except that for logistical reasons, d-sorbitol is used as the internal standard in place of glycerol. Available carbohydrates, defined as d-glucose, d-fructose, sucrose, the d-glucose component of lactose, maltodextrins and non-resistant starch, are measured as d-glucose plus d-fructose in the sample after hydrolysis of oligosaccharides with a mixture of sucrase/maltase plus β-galactosidase.  相似文献
