Combined application of 2D NMR correlation methods and ab initio chemical shift calculations to the structure determination of new heterocyclic compounds

The combined use of 2D NMR correlation methods and ab initio chemical shift calculations is efficient and, in some cases, virtually the only way to determine the structures of new organic compounds. This approach enabled us to establish the structure of the major unusual product of the three-component reaction of imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalin-4-one, bis(2-chloroethyl)amine hydrochloride, and potassium carbonate in DMF. Synthesis and characterization of Boc-protected 4-amino- and 5-amino-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid methyl esters

Syntheses of Boc-protected 4-amino- and 5-amino-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid methyl esters have been achieved and the structures of these compounds have been fully characterized by detailed NMR studies.     

Macrocycle opening in crown ethers

Macrocycle opening in derivatives of benzocrown ethers under the action of amines is affected by the nature of the heteroatoms in the macrocycle, the nature of the functional group in the benzene ring of the crown ether, and the length, branching, and number of hydrocarbon radicals at the amine nitrogen atom. A distinguishing feature of this reaction is the template effect of MeNH₃ ⁺, Me₂NH₂ ⁺, Na⁺, and K⁺ ions.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Macrocycle opening in formyl derivatives of benzocrown ethers under the action of methylamine

A new method for synthesizing nitrogen-containing podands by nucleophilic regioselective cleavage of the macrocycle in formyl derivatives of benzocrown ethers by heating with methylamine and methylammonium chloride has been developed. 微波辐射下无催化剂一锅法合成N-甲基十氢吖啶-1,8-二酮化合物

为了研究从简单易得的原料在无催化剂的条件下一锅法合成N-甲基十氢吖啶-1,8-二酮化合物，我们以各类醛（脂肪醛、芳香醛、二醛）、达咪酮或1,3-环己二酮和甲胺为原料，以乙二醇或水为溶剂，经微波辐射，一步反应得到了一系列N-甲基十氢吖啶-1,8-二酮化合物。反应时间从传统热反应的4-5小时缩短至2-10分钟，产率较高（56-95%），并且不需要使用催化剂。该反应后处理方便，只需要简单洗涤，环境友好，为合成此类化合物提供了一种简便、有效的合成方法。该方法不仅适用于一元脂肪醛、芳香醛，还适用于芳香二醛，因此可以合成含有一个或两个十氢吖啶结构单元的杂环化合物。     

MZr2（AsO4）3（M=Na,K,Rb,Cs）的水热合成与结构表征

用水热晶化法合成了MZr_2(ASO_4)_3(M=Na,K,Rb,Cs)系列化合物。研究了反应物浓度、配比及不同砷源等水热晶化条件对产物物相的影响。用XRD、IR和Raman光谱对产物进行了表征。4种晶体的振动光谱由钠到铯呈现出规律性变化。     

The formation of cation-ligand complexes of tributylammonium cation with diethyl carbonate,ethylene carbonate,propylene carbonate, 4-butyrolactone,ethyl acetate,and cyclopentanone ino-dichlorobenzene at 25°C

The effects of adding millimolar quantities of a series of compounds containing the carbonyl function on the conductances of solutions (0.2 mM) of tri-n-butylammonium picrate ino-dichlorobenzene solvent at 25°C have been measured. Values of the complex formation constants K ₁ ⁺ for 1:1 cation-ligand complexes are derived from these data. The corresponding values of –G ₁ ⁰ at 25°C are (in kcal-mole ^–1 ): 4-butyrolactone, 4.29; propylene carbonate, 3.87; ethylene carbonate, 3.59; cyclopentanone, 3.42; ethyl acetate, 2.84; and diethyl carbonate, 2.78. These results together with earlier results from this laboratory are discussed in terms of the effects of structure on cation-ligand affinity.     

1－N－（苯并咪唑－1－乙酰基）－4－苯基－3－氨基硫脲金属配合物的合成及结构表征

合成了新配体１－Ｎ－（苯并咪唑－１－乙酰基）－４－苯基－３－氨基硫脲（ＢＰＭＳ），将其与Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｄ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）、ＵＯ２（Ⅱ）等金属的醋酸盐反应，合成了７个新配合物。所有化合物均经元素分析、ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和热重分析等表征。红外光谱表明，配体以四齿方式通过烯醇式羰基氧原子、烯醇式硫羰基硫原子以及Ｃ＝Ｎ１和Ｃ＝Ｎ２的氮原子与金属配位     

稀土与含硫有机配体配合物的研究 Ⅳ.轻稀土元素与3-苯基-5-(呋喃-2)吡唑啉二硫代甲酸固体配合物的合成及性质

吡唑啉类化合物具有杀菌特性和植物生长调节作用,3-苯基-5-(呋喃-2)吡唑啉二硫代甲酸盐能与许多过渡金属离子形成稳定的配合物。而与稀土的配合物尚未报道。为考察稀土与含硫有机配体形成配合物的条件及该配合物的性质,我们在非水体系和保护气氛     

meso-四(对-磺酸基苯基)卟啉与痕量铋(Ⅲ)显色反应的研究

本文研究了在催化剂Hg(Ⅱ)存在下,meso-四(对-磺酸基苯基)卟啉与铋(Ⅲ)的显色反应。在室温下,在弱酸性介质中,反应在7min内完成。配合物的最大吸收波长为462nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.78×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。Bi(Ⅲ)含量在0～10μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。配合物的组成为Bi(Ⅲ):TPPS_4=2:3。是目前测定Bi(Ⅲ)灵敏度最高的显色反应之一。用于矿样中痕量铋(Ⅲ)的测定获得了较为满意的结果。
