在果蔬膨化温度闭环控制系统中,一般PID调节器参数难以根据环境变化实时自整定,无法实现对被控制对象的精确有效控制;此外,传统数字PID控制器在系统启动、停止或因加工不同果蔬原料而大幅增减温度设定值时,会因为PID控制器积分积累的影响,引起膨化温度控制系统超调增大,从而导致果蔬膨化温度控制系统相对稳定性降低。针对上述问题,提出了以SCL语言开发基于积分分离算法的单神经元PID控制器。将该积分分离SNPID控制器应用于果蔬膨化温度控制系统中,既能避免控制系统产生较大超调,又可通过调整权系数以增强控制系统的自适应能力,从而实现对果蔬膨化温度的精确有效控制。  相似文献

A comparison of direct immersion solid-phase microextraction (DI-SPME) and stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) coupled to liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorimetric detection for the rapid analysis of resveratrol isomers is described. For DI-SPME, a polar Carbowax-template resin (CW/TPR) 50 μm fiber was the most efficient and optimum extraction conditions were 40 °C and an extraction time of 30 min, stirring in the presence of 5% (m/v) sodium chloride and 0.07 M acetate/acetic acid buffer (pH 6). Desorption was carried out using the static mode for 10 min. Linearity was obtained in the 5-150 and 2-150 ng mL−1 ranges for trans- and cis-resveratrol, with detection limits of 2 and 0.5 ng mL−1, respectively. When using SBSE, a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) twister provided best extraction by means of a derivatization reaction in the presence of acetic anhydride and potassium carbonate. The same time and temperature were used for the extraction step in the presence of 2.5% (m/v) sodium chloride, and liquid desorption was performed with 150 μL of a 50/50 (v/v) acetonitrile/1% (v/v) acetic acid solution in a desorption time of 15 min. Linearity was now between 0.5 and 50 ng mL−1 for trans-resveratrol with a detection limit of 0.1 ng mL−1, while cis-resveratrol could not be extracted. The proposed methods were successfully applied to determining the resveratrol isomer content of wine, must and fruit juices.  相似文献

Graphene‐based pipette tip solid‐phase extraction was combined with ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of carbamate pesticide residues in fruit juice samples. Four milligrams of graphene was used as sorbent material to pack a 1000 μL pipette tip for the extraction of pirimicarb, propoxur, isoprocarb, fenobucarb, and diethofencarb from 3 mL of fruit juice sample. The whole extraction process was finished in 12 min, and the volume of eluent used was only 1.5 mL. Under the optimized conditions, good linear relationship (R > 0.999) and lower limits of detection (0.0022–0.033 ng/mL) were achieved. The recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 80.90 to 124.60% with relative standard deviations less than 4.88%. Compared with commercially available sorbents including propylsulfonic acid silica, graphitized carbon black, and C18, graphene was superior in extraction efficiency. The proposed method is simple, rapid, sensitive, selective, and solvent saving.  相似文献

A method has been developed for the determination of iron, tin and lead in fruit juices using inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy. 将与西瓜成熟度相关的10项指标,经聚类分析分为完全成熟和不完全成熟两大类,利用PCADA和PLSDA两种建模方法,通过近红外光谱分析,针对小型西瓜京秀果实成熟度进行了定性判定。其中PCADA模型的效果最好。赤道部位建模的效果优于瓜顶部位。两个模型中均有误判,且存在着共同被误判的样品,果实样品理化成分和结构的不同都会对光谱信息产生影响,从而导致误判。漫透射近红外技术在小型西瓜成熟度检测方面可以获得较好的效果。但是建立预测模型时应选择合适的光谱采集部位和建模方法。  相似文献

Before entering the cell, the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein receptor-binding domain (RBD) binds to the human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (hACE2) receptor. Hence, this RBD is a critical target for the development of antiviral agents. Recent studies have discovered that SARS-CoV-2 variants with mutations in the RBD have spread globally. The purpose of this in silico study was to determine the potential of a fruit bromelain-derived peptide. DYGAVNEVK. to inhibit the entry of various SARS-CoV-2 variants into human cells by targeting the hACE binding site within the RBD. Molecular docking analysis revealed that DYGAVNEVK interacts with several critical RBD binding residues responsible for the adhesion of the RBD to hACE2. Moreover, 100 ns MD simulations revealed stable interactions between DYGAVNEVK and RBD variants derived from the trajectory of root-mean-square deviation (RMSD), radius of gyration (Rg), and root-mean-square fluctuation (RMSF) analysis, as well as free binding energy calculations. Overall, our computational results indicate that DYGAVNEVK warrants further investigation as a candidate for preventing SARS-CoV-2 due to its interaction with the RBD of SARS-CoV-2 variants.  相似文献

Speciation of lead in soils and relation with its concentration in fruits   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
The lead concentrations of the fruit samples were determined by using slotted tube atom trap (STAT)-enrichment-flame and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS and GF-AAS). The soil samples related to these fruits were also analysed for Pb after extraction with various chemical reagents. The relation between the fruit-lead and soil-extractable lead concentrations was examined in order to explain the bioavailability of lead. A linear relation was observed between the hot Na2EDTA extraction-soluble Pb contents in the soil and the Pb concentrations in the mulberry (R2=0.95), strawberry and apple grown on these soils. Probable chemical forms of lead in soil were evaluated. Acceptable agreement (at least 91%) was achieved between the results of STAT-enrichment-FAAS and GF-AAS.  相似文献

本文用荧光、紫外差示及CD光谱研究果菠萝蛋白酶经甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇微扰后的构象与活力变化情况.酶的荧光强度随有机溶剂浓度增大而增强,表明Tyr、Trp微环境发生明显变化。232nm和285nm处出现紫外差吸收正峰。前峰与酶分于折叠的变化有关,而后峰与Tyr、Trp微环境的变化相关.甲醇、乙醇微扰后,天然酶的208nm和225nmCD双负峰逐渐加强,而乙二醇微扰后,225nm负峰加强。208nm负峰减弱并红移直至完全消失,说明酶分子完全伸展.  相似文献

In this study, ultrasound-assisted vacuum drying (UAVD) was employed as a new approach to improve the efficiency and produce dried hawthorn fruit juice powders with acceptable quality. To achieve these goals, the effects of ultrasound intensity (at four levels of 15.29, 20.38, 22.93 and 24.46 kW/m2) were evaluated. The results showed that UAVD significantly shortened the drying time (P < 0.05), and with the increasing ultrasound intensity, the drying rate increased and the drying time decreased. Based on statistical tests, the Page model was found to fit well to the drying kinetics. After drying, a decline in quality of fresh juices was observed. As compared with vacuum drying individually, UAVD significantly reduced the colour degradation, and increased the retention of the total flavonoids content, five flavonoid compounds contents and antioxidant activity. It was shown that UAVD at the higher ultrasound intensity varied from of 20.38 to 24.46 kW/m2 contributed to a better quality in the dried juice powders. Overall, this study demonstrates that UAVD is a promising technique for improving the drying efficiency and quality retention of hawthorn fruit juices.  相似文献
