Preparation, 19F NMR Spectroscopic Evidence and Study of the Formation of Metal-Mixed Cluster Anions [(Mo6?nWnCl )F ]2?, n = 0?6 The complete system of metal-mixed octahedral cluster ions [(Mo6?nWnCl)F]2?, n = 0?6, is prepared by tempering Mo powder with WCl6 at 600°C. A mixture containing inclusively the geometric isomers (n = 2, 3, 4) all ten possible species is transferred into the tetra-n-butylammonium salts (TBA)2[(Mo6?nWnCl)F]. In the 19F nmr spectrum the 24 expected signals are observed, assigned on the basis of their chemical shifts, multiplicities and intensities, and confirmed by a 2D-19F-19F COSY spectrum. From the integrated intensities the distribution of the different components is derived revealing a non-statistical formation, in that isomers with Mo…?Mo or W…?W atoms in trans-positions in comparision to those with mixed Mo…?W axes are favoured, and that especially the homoleptic compounds Mo6 and W6 are present to an over-average extent. Evaluation of 19F chemical shifts reveals that F bound to W which is in antipodal position to Mo resonates at higher field compared to F bound to W in a W…?W arrangement, caused by an increased shielding, which is synonymous to a positive antipodal-effect by Mo. Vice versa F bound to Mo with an antipodal W resonates at lower field compared with F bound to Mo in an Mo…?Mo arrangement caused by an increased deshielding and synonymous a negative antipodal-effect by W. The chemical shifts, resulting from antipodal-effects, are different for the compounds within the [(Mo6?nWnCl)F]2? - system. The difference of the antipodal effect of successive substitution products results in characteristic values designated as antipodal shift constants, depending on the kind of substituents, which is valid for other cluster systems, too.  相似文献

Methods of (19F, 1H) NMR and impedance spectroscopy are used to investigate the internal mobility and ionic conduction in solid solutions arising in the system PbF2-ZrF4 and polycrystals KSnZrF7, Li(Na)(NH4)6Zr4F23, and M2ZrF6 (M = K, NH4). Factors responsible for the form of ionic motions and their energetics at 170–550 K are considered. It is established that the phase transitions in these compounds are connected with the crystal transition to a superionic state and that the high ionic (superionic) conductivity of beta phases is due to the diffusion of fluoride ions, ammonium cations, and possibly alkali metal cations. Two-dimensional capillary electrophoresis was used for the separation of proteins and biogenic amines from the mouse AtT-20 cell line. The first-dimension capillary contained a TRIS–CHES–SDS–dextran buffer to perform capillary sieving electrophoresis, which is based on molecular weight of proteins. The second-dimension capillary contained a TRIS–CHES–SDS buffer for micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. After a 61-s preliminary separation, fractions from the first-dimension capillary were successively transferred to the second-dimension capillary, where they further separated by MECC. The two-dimensional separation required 60 min.  相似文献

Emerging fields of biochemical research, such as metabolomics, present challenges to current separation technologies because of the large number of metabolites present in a cell and their often low (submicromolar) concentration. Although capillary electrophoresis (CE) holds great promise as the method of choice for high-resolution separations of biological samples, it suffers from poor concentration sensitivity, especially with the use of UV detection. In CE, sweeping and dynamic pH junction represent two complementary on-line focusing techniques that have been used for sensitivity enhancement of hydrophobic and weakly acidic analytes, respectively. However, the application of either the sweeping or dynamic pH junction technique alone might, in some cases, be less effective for the analysis of certain sample mixtures. Recent work in the development of a hyphenated dynamic pH junction-sweeping technique is presented as an effective on-line method of preconcentration suitable for both hydrophilic (anionic) and hydrophobic (neutral) analytes. Sensitive analyses of flavin metabolites by CE with laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detection is demonstrated in various biological matrixes, including cell extracts of Bacillus subtilis, pooled human plasma, as well as heat-deproteinized flavoenzymes. Enhanced analyte band narrowing and improved sensitivity is achieved for flavins using dynamic pH junction-sweeping compared to either sweeping or dynamic pH junction alone. This results in over a 1200-fold improvement in sensitivity relative to conventional injection methods, giving a limit of detection (LOD, defined as S/N = 3) of about 4.0 x 10(-12) M. Strategies for sensitive and more comprehensive analyses of other cell metabolites, including nucleotides, coenzymes, and steroids, are also discussed when using on-line focusing techniques in conjunction with multiplexed CE and UV detection.  相似文献

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. Laser Doppler anemometry is used for the measurements of the plasma and particle velocity profiles in the coil region of an inductively coupled r.f. plasma. Results are reported for a 50 mm i.d. induction plasma torch operated at atmospheric pressure with argon as the plasma gas. The oscillator frequency is 3 MHz and the plate power is varied between 4.6 and 10.5 kW. Plasma velocity measurements are obtained using a fine carbon powder as a tracer. 在室温下测定了CCl_4溶液中,18-冠-6的亚甲基、Eu(fod)的t—丁基质子的PMR化学位移与溶液组成的相互关系。提出了生成配合物RS,R_2S,R_2,R_3(S为18-冠-6,R为Eu(fod)_3)的模式。求得了平衡常数值(升/摩):K_1=[RS]/([R][S])=2.O×10~5,K_2=[R_2S]/([R][RS])=1.0×10~3,Q_1=[R_2]/[R]~2=4.2×10~2,Q_2=[R_3]/([R_2][R])=4.0×10~1。并测得在配合物RS,R_2S中18-冠-6质子的平均化学位移分别为4.90,10.84(ppm,相对于纯18-冠-6); 在配合物R,R_2,R_3,RS,R_2中t-丁基质子平均化学位移分别为1.53,2.33,0.54,1.02,2.42(ppm,相对于TMS)。 根据配合物的化学位移值,并考虑分子及分子轨道的对称性、位阻等因素提出了配合物R_2,RS,R_2S的可能的结构模型。  相似文献

利用X-射线衍射,扫描电镜,拉曼光谱,等离子发射光谱和比表面测定等方法研究了不同状态下失活及新鲜催化剂的结构,杂种类及含量。结果表明,超温使催化剂晶化明显,制备方法对催化剂结构有直接影响,再生使其强度降低,条形催化剂比较容易粉化,无机杂质是次要的失活原因。  相似文献
