基于均匀设计优化深山草莓花瓣离体培养及植株再生体系

应用均匀设计法对深山草莓花瓣诱导愈伤组织和愈伤组织再分化芽苗的主要因子和水平进行了探讨.结果表明,深山草莓花瓣愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为LS+TDZ 2.06 mg.L-1+2,4-D 0.60 mg.L-1,诱导率为98%;愈伤组织再分化芽苗的适宜培养基为1/2 LS+TDZ 2.30 mg.L-1+NAA 0.10 mg.L-1+KT1.30 mg.L-1,分化率为96.3%.炼苗移栽后观察植株的形态、花、果及生长等特征,以筛选具有优良性状的株系.     

层次ω-开集及其应用

首先在L-保序算子空间中引入层次ω-开集,讨论了它的一些基本性质;其次用层次ω-开集刻画了（ω_1,ω_2）-连续序同态和（ω_1,ω_2）-开序同态的一些新的特征性质.     

Weighted endpoint estimates for commutators of Marcinkiewicz integrals

Let μΩ^mb be the commutator generalized by μΩ, the n-dimensional Marcinkiewicz integral, and b ∈ BMO（R^n）. The author establishes the weighted weak LlogL-type estimates for μΩ^mb when Ω satisfies a kind of Dini conditions, which improves the known result essentially.     

带交易费用的最优投资和比例再保险

研究了保险公司的最优投资和再保险问题.保险公司的盈余通过跳-扩散风险模型来模拟,可以把盈余的一部分投资到金融市场,金融市场由一个无风险资产和n个风险资产组成,并且保险公司还可以购买比例再保险;在买卖风险资产时,考虑了交易费用.通过随机控制的理论,获得了最优策略和值函数的显示解.     

改进的GM（1,1）幂模型及其参数优化

为了提高灰色GM（1,1）幂模型的拟合精度,对灰色GM（1,1）幂模型的背景值进行了改进,建立了一类改进GM（1,1）幂模型.利用粒子群优化算法给出了改进GM（1,1）幂模型的参数优化.实例分析结果表明基于粒子群算法的改进的GM（1,1）幂模型具有更高的预测和拟合精度.     

单位球上F（p，q，s）空间到Z^a型空间的加权Cesaro算子

本文讨论了单位球上F（p,q,8）空间到Z^a型空间的加权Cesaro算子的有界性和紧性问题,并给出了乃为有界算子和紧算子的充要条件．     

Three-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation of bulk fin field effect transistor

In this paper,we investigate the performance of the bulk fin field effect transistor(FinFET) through a threedimensional(3D) full band Monte Carlo simulator with quantum correction.Several scattering mechanisms,such as the acoustic and optical phonon scattering,the ionized impurity scattering,the impact ionization scattering and the surface roughness scattering are considered in our simulator.The effects of the substrate bias and the surface roughness scattering near the Si/SiO2 interface on the performance of bulk FinFET are mainly discussed in our work.Our results show that the on-current of bulk FinFET is sensitive to the surface roughness and that we can reduce the substrate leakage current by modulating the substrate bias voltage.     

Monte Carlo study of the universal area distribution of clusters in the honeycomb O（n） loop model

We investigate the area distribution of clusters (loops) in the honeycomb O(n) loop model by means of the worm algorithm with n = 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2. At the critical point, the number of clusters, whose enclosed area is greater than A, is proportional to A-1 with a proportionality constant C. We confirm numerically that C is universal, and its value agrees well with the predictions based on the Coulomb gas method.     

Crystal structure and thermochemical properties of bis（1-octylammonium） tetrachlorochromate phase change materials

A new crystalline complex(C8 H17 NH3) 2 CdCl 4(s)(abbreviated as C8Cd(s)) is synthesized by liquid phase reaction.The crystal structure and composition of the complex are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction,chemical analysis,and elementary analysis.It is triclinic,the space group is P-1 and Z = 2.The lattice potential energy of the title complex is calculated to be U POT(C 8 Cd(s))=978.83 kJ·mol-1 from crystallographic data.Low-temperature heat capacities of the complex are measured by using a precision automatic adiabatic calorimeter over a temperature range from 78 K to 384 K.The temperature,molar enthalpy,and entropy of the phase transition for the complex are determined to be 307.3±0.15 K,10.15±0.23 kJ·mol-1,and 33.05±0.78 J·K-1 ·mol-1 respectively for the endothermic peak.Two polynomial equations of the heat capacities each as a function of temperature are fitted by using the leastsquare method.Smoothed heat capacity and thermodynamic functions of the complex are calculated based on the fitted polynomials.     

Optical nonlinearity measurement of 4-（N-methyl,N-hydroxyethl）amino,4＇-nitroazobenzene using a transmittance technique with a phase object（T-PO） with top-hat beams at 600-nm wavelength

The transmittance technique with a phase object（T-PO）,for measuring optical nonlinear coefficients is proposed with a top-hat beam.The sensitivity of the T-PO with a top-hat beam is a factor of 4 greater than that with a Gaussian beam.The validity of this method is verified by measuring the nonlinearity of a well-characterized liquid,CS 2 at 532-nm wavelength.The ease of use of this method has been proved by measuring a new compound 4-（N-methyl,N-hydroxyethyl）amino,4＇-nitroazobenzene（ANAB） at 600-nm wavelength,indicating that this method can be extended to the measurement of optical nonlinearities in a wide-band spectrum.
