 利用交替三线性分解算法与反相高效液相 二极管阵列检测 (RP HPLC DAD)相结合 ,在洗脱时间为1 0 86min~ 1 399min(间隔 1 / 1 50min)、紫外吸收波长为 2 68nm~ 2 98nm(间隔 1nm)时对苯二酚位置异构体的重叠及光谱体系进行了分辨研究。分辨结果与实际结果一致。同时测定了水溶液中共存的邻苯二酚、间苯二酚和对苯二酚的含量 ,回收率分别为 (1 0 0 1± 1 0 ) % ,(99 4± 1 4) % ,(1 0 0 5± 1 7) %。研究结果表明 :该方法定量快速准确 ,实验操作步骤简单 ,解决了在干扰物存在条件下三者很难同时分辨的问题。  相似文献

以ZnO纳米柱阵列为模板, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出TiO2/ZnO和N掺杂TiO2/ZnO的复合纳米管阵列. 扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis)的结果表明: 两种阵列的纳米管均为六角形结构, 直径约为100 nm, 壁厚约为20 nm; 在N-TiO2/ZnO复合纳米管阵列中, 掺入的N离子主要是以N-Ox、N-C和N-N的形式化学吸附在纳米管表面, 仅有少量的N离子以取代式掺杂的方式占据TiO2晶格O的位置; 表面N物种形成的表面态能级和取代式掺杂导致带隙的窄化, 增强了纳米管阵列的光吸收效率, 促进了光生载流子的分离. 光催化实验结果表明, N离子的掺杂有利于N-TiO2/ZnO复合纳米管阵列光催化活性的提高.  相似文献

Some newly synthesized fluorinated nitroxides, such as t-butyl perfluoroalkyl nitroxides ButN(O) Rf (Rf=CF3, 5; C2F5, 6; n-C3F7, 7) and s-butyl perfluoroacyl nitroxides BusN(O) CORf (Rf=CF3, 9; n-C3F7, 10) have been employed as ESR probes of solvation in different common organic solvents. In aprotic solvents, the measured aN values for each of the nitroxyl probes show a linear correlation with the cybotactic polar solvent parameters ET (Dimroth) and Z (Kosowar), i.e. aN=bET+c, and aN=bZ+c′. The physical significance for the slope (b or b′), the slope×ET or slope×Z, the extrapolated intercept on aN axis, c or c′, are linked, respectively, to the sensitivity of a specific nitroxide toward solvation, the magnitude of the overall solvation effect on the aN value, and the intrinsic aN value of each nitroxide in the ideal gaseous state. The intercept on the aN axis may also serve as a new measure of electronegativity for perfluoroalkyl groups, CF3, C2F5, n-C3F7, and perfluoroacyl groups, CF3CO, n-C3F7CO. In protic solvents, i.e. alcohols and carboxylic acids, however, aN values of all the probes, kept almost no change with the increase in ET and Z. Furthermore, the plots of aN versus non-cybotactic solvent constants, such as dipolar moment (μ) and dielectric constant (ε), all show random variations.  相似文献

Summary A reversed phase liquid chromatographic method is proposed for the analysis of basic hair dyes (raw materials and colourant formulations). The performance of the method was enhanced by introducing post-column on-line photochemical derivatisation in combination with a Diode Array Detector. On-line photoderivatisation provided an effective way of selectively transforming the analytes to compounds with different spectral properties. For each analyte two characteristic UV-Visible spectra (photoreactor on and off) were obtained with the same mobile phase and this information in combination with the chromatographic data (k' at pH 3.0 and 4.5) enabled the unambiguous identification of both commonly used, approved, and banned basic hair dyes. Additionally, this approach was found useful to improve the method sensitivity, allowing the determination of analytes present in low concentration (0.03%) in complex commercial formulations.This work constitutes part of the thesis for the Dottorato di Ricerche of Roberto Gotti.  相似文献

A simplified method of determining the molecular correlation energy by two separate calculations, one for the internal and one for the non-internal correlation energies, is extended to multiconfigurational zeroth-order wavefunctions. This extension offers the possibility of deriving correlated potential energy curves or surfaces for processes involving configurational changes. The internal correlation energy is shown to be correctly determined by an MC/CI procedure combining the use of minimal and extended basis sets. An original semi-empirical “atoms-in-molecules” method based on the L.C.A.O. expansion of the molecular wavefunction is proposed for the non-internal correlation energy calculations. This method is shown to be able to overcome some of the shortcomings of a previous populations analysis approach. Test calculations concern potential curve parameters (D e ,T e ,R e ,W e ) of the ground and some excited states of the NH, C2, HCN and CN molecules. A spreadsheet method allowing rapid calculation of combined standard uncertainties is described. The model used allows explicitly for correlation effects, and requires a user to enter only the parameters, the calculation used to obtain the final result (including relevant influence factors), the individual standard uncertainties for the parameters, and estimates of correlation coefficients where necessary. The estimation of correlation coefficients in common cases is discussed, and it is shown that correlation is likely to be practically significant only when the correlated contribution to individual standard uncertainties is significantly over about 30% of the relevant standard uncertainty, leading to correlation coefficients |r| greater than 0.1. The implementation includes a more robust differentiation algorithm than previously reported for spreadsheet use, and initial preparation of the spreadsheets has been automated. The principle is illustrated with a simple example. In this work, two toxic compound, sulfide and thiocyanate were determined simultaneously using kinetic spectrophotometry. These anions have shown the catalytic effects on the reaction between iodine and azide. Since the system was nonlinear, a nonlinear model, principal component-wavelet neural network (PC-WNN) was used as the multivariate calibration method. The principal component analysis was used to decrease the dimension of the original matrix. In other words, the scores of the PCs, 5, instead of the original variables, 301, were used as the input for the model. Two methods were used to select the most relevant principal components: eigenvalue ranking and correlation ranking. In this work, eigenvalue and correlation ranking methods have shown better results for thiocyanate and sulfide, respectively, and it can be concluded that these methods are complementary. The WNN has several advantages relative to other types of neural network such as better convergence ability. The data set was divided to calibration, prediction and validation sets. Each set was selected so that the concentrations of the analytes were approximately covered the entire ranges of the analytes. Mean relative error for thiocyanate and sulfide in validation set were 8.5 and 10.6, respectively. Thiocyanate and sulfide can be determined in the range of 60–700 ng ml−1 and 20–400 ng ml−1, respectively. The proposed method was applied for the determination of sulfide and thiocyanate in real samples such as tap, waste and river waters with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Four density functionals — including that recently introduced by Perdew ((1986) Phys Rev B33: 8822)—are tested for first-row atoms, hydrides and dimers. Calculated contributions of the correlation energy to the ionization potentials and electron affinities of atoms and to the dissociation energies of molecules are compared with empirical values which were reevaluated for this purpose. An improvement over Hartree-Fock is found in all cases if the self-interaction or the gradient correction are included in the density functional, although there is a rather large variation in the accuracy of the predictions.  相似文献

将凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)中的示差与紫外检测器联用,测定了无规共聚丁苯橡胶和SBS三元嵌段共聚物中各级分的组成变化.实验方法选择中对比了两种浓度参数的确定方法,发现通过改变注射量来实现浓度变化的方法优于使用系列浓度样品的方法.分别测定标准样品在紫外和示差检测器上信号产生的时间间隔可以确定两个检测器上信号的时间差.根据紫外-示差检测器联用可以看到SBR无规共聚物和三嵌段SBS共聚物样品中每一个级分中随着相对分子质量的变化,苯乙烯含量的变化.  相似文献
